Description of Work: Had an 1130AM appointment on Friday with Bobby Bell from In Phaza. He arrived a little early, but called to let me know he was in the area and could come a few minutes early, which was fine. While he was here doing the inspection, I asked if he would give me two quotes, one for a whole house rewiring and one for bringing house up to code since my house was built in 1973. He was very accommodating, easy to talk and work with. Was very helpful in giving me the information necessary to make a decision. I had several other quotes from electrical companies, but In Phaza was the next to the lowest price, didn't try to sell me what I didn't need as some of the other campanies did and offered to give me $49.00 off the quote from the inspection that I bought odd Angies list. When I am ready to do the job they are the company I will choose. Easy to work with, always answers the phone, and I trust them wiath my house.

+ -1 moreBen was very pleasant and informative as he completed all of the tasks, which took about 2 1/2 hours. He spent time making sure the pool light had no electrical problems, ensured it was safe although not functioning, and explained what needed to be done and how to get it repaired by experts at a reasonable cost. He even replaced the door bell cover at no cost because the plastic had yellowed over the years and he had an unneeded extra one in his truck. And he got along great with my 3 dogs.
Description of Work: Installed 2 smoke detectors to replace old ones and put new lithium batteries for long-term battery backup in case of electrical outage, Replaced/installed GFIs where required by code. Replaced a non-functioning circuit breaker. Replaced 2 outside covers to be compliant with current code.

He included a discussion of the pros and cons of each possible fix and followed up promptly with an emailed proposal, as I requested. He was very pleasant and got along great with my 3 dogs.
Description of Work: Checked all interior and exterior electric sockets, GFI system, circuit breakers, pool light, smoke detectors for problems and for code standards. Recommended various fixes and upgrades.

+ 0 moreEasy to get a hold of to set up an estimate. The electrician (Jamie) got stuck at another job and had to cancel on me the day we planned but was able to get here the day after. We set up an early morning (Friday) to get the work done and once again they had to cancel. I was able to reschedule for Tuesday morning. Jamie showed up with another guy (Jay, I think), but then Jamie left and Jay did all of the work. As I understand it, Jay took over the job because of other jobs Jamie was working on. The work took about 6 hours but looks great. It's possible that these guys take on too many jobs so it makes them a little less dependable. However, I still will use them again. B+
Description of Work: I had 3 motion sensor lights installed around my house. This was not an easy task because there was no electricity run near where they needed to be installed.

+ -1 moreThe owner said he was sending someone to fix our problem, but the person that came was not the person the owner told us would come fix the problem. He replaced the switch in the kitchen with a used one that he took out of his bag, when I had bought a brand new I wanted installed. I realized after he left that he still replaced it with the used one. He then said he was going to go out and grab more supplies for the new ground faults in the kitchen. When he came back he didn't have the right supplies and it ended up costing more money.
Description of Work: We had an overloaded circuit, and it blew the wall socket. He found the problem and did replace that socket. He also suggested we replace our sockets in the kitchen with ground faults, so he changed those as well.

He quickly tested and replaced the receptacle. Problem was fixed and lights back to normal in no time at all. He came in and got straight to work. This company is very reliable, and I will use them again if needed.

+ 0 moreWe left a message for Tony and within 15 minutes he returned our call and within several hours, Tony had sent Ben to our home to give us an estimate. Ben did the work in a very professional manner. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and respectful of our home and us. He took the time to explain how he would get the job done and also gave us excellent advice regarding the light we should purchase. I don't know if the estimate was comparable to other contractors. We had contacted two prior to calling Tony and one of those would charge us for an estimate and the other contractor did not return our calls. We liked how Tony returned our call promptly and had Ben at our home within a few hours and we liked Ben immediately and trusted that he could get the job done. We are extremely pleased with the work and will definitely use this company again and will call Ben directly.

Jamie was very professional and more. after the inspection of the entire house and property he looked at a ceiling light after I said that it worked for years and after changing the lights (thought they expired) the ceiling light no longer worked. Well Jamie pulled up my step ladder and checked the fixture for why no longer working. He replaced the fixture and said at first look the wiring was not active but would need more research.
Description of Work: This service was an inspection of the entire house/property for electrical purposes. Jamie the service provider arrived on the agreed day and time. He walked thru the house and the outside property to inspect the plugs/electrical boxes, etc. He was very personable and professional. We both checked out list of problems and he answered my questions about what would be the most important project. He promised that he would send via email the results of his inspection and how I should next proceed. As of today I have not received the email but look forward to working with Jamie on the making sure my house is safe/secure

We would like to do some stuff before we could be coming back. They did one thing wherein they were excellent. They communicated well. They were fine. The key was they were very prompt. I will use them in the future.
