Jamie was very nice and exceeded my expectations. We requested that he come back and do some more work and he got an estimate to us that day. We found our electrician!

They were very kind about the arrangement of doing the job for my mother. She liked that they treated her very very nicely. She said they were very thorough. She said they were very honest and open. My mother requested another job to do that they weren't able to do but assisted in giving her assistance on what and how to get that done. They did run a little late, but she said that they called and let her know, so that wasn't an issue. I want to make sure that everyone knows for price, that this was a big deal offer. She said they also found issues that they went ahead and fixed too.

They've been great. They've been trying really hard but we have been having scheduling problems. My mother had surgeries. It just didn't happen because of my circumstances but they were completely complying it's just we couldn't get it done. It's not their fault.

They called a couple hours before original appointment and said truch had broken down and wouldn't be able come out that day. They I fell thru their rescheduling cracks and didn't hear from them for maybe a month. Called them back, they aplogized and rescheduled, and the entire experience from that point on was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and personable techn ician, and wasd very pleased with the work. Initial scheduling just one of those freak things that happen in the service world every once in a while, I believe...

Went great, scheduling the appointment was fairly easy and I really found their Saturday service to be convenient. Technician came out and was very professional, found issues immediately. Would use again.

I called to have an electrical inspection ($49 special on Angie's list) done at my rental house after my tenants expressed concern over the eletrical wiring. They were having to replace light bulbs too often. Nick performed the insection and the follow up repairs. After performing a thorough inspection of all the outlets and light switches in and around the house, he made some recommedations on things to fix. I scheduled a follow up appointment with him to replace 3 worn out GFI outlets and add a GFI in the kitchen where there wasn't one. It took about an hour to complete the work. Nick was very friendly, punctual, and professional. He even took the time to inspect some track light housing that the tenant replacedbut wasn't working. In the end, I got the peace of mind that the wiring is good, and also took care of a potential safety issue with the faulty GFI's.

The technician did an exceptional job. He checked all my electrical outlets for safe and efficient use. He arrived at the appropriate time and showed professionalism during the time in my home.

They showed up promptly to review the job, just never heard from them again.Would be nice if I at least got a call back.

This was supposed to be a "whole house electrical inspection" however when he arrived, he asked the year of the home (2006) and told me it should be fine - he did not really inspect anything (he never went into the attic, he only looked at the breaker box quickly). He did answer some questions I had about certain items in the house and gave me a ballpark on adding some electrical outlets, but after he left I felt a bit cheated since he never did the inspection. I spoke to my husband about the experience and we decided we will not be using them for anything.

It went well. We had a discounted coupon for $49.00 to have the electical checked inside and outside. Set up an appointment date and time. The person that came out was extremely knowledgable and answered our questions. The only problem I had was they came out late, and I had to call them to find out what was going on. I might try to use them one more time, but if the the same problem came up with arrival and calling them, would not use after that.

Final cost was more expensive than the estimate provided over the phone, but it was still reasonable for the job. Jay started later in the day than originally stated but he called to let me know he was running late. The installation was completed in 2 visits instead of one. Jay was professional and did a good job.

Of all the work we've had done recently this is the only one that went off without a hitch. I really liked Jamie who was running the job and did the inspection. I also liked the electricians who came out to do the work. They were very competent and respectful. I got an overhaul of the lighting in living room/great room/kitchen. Existing lighting was removed and replaced with recessed lighting which we love. Porch lights were installed, motion lights, smoke alarms were installed, two new fans installed, all GFI switches replaced, a phone line moved and a flat screen tv mounted on the wall. Also the breaker box was replaced. This was a two day job. They cleaned up after they were done. Also, Jamie came by the next day and we went line by line thru the proposal and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. This was a professional company. We are thrilled with our lighting and I can sleep better at night knowing that we have made our house a lot safer. I really like this company and they will be the ones I go to for any electrical needs in the future.

Good, good! It was a couple weeks ago, I don't know the exact date. It wasn't much longer than after I called them out. They found something that needed to be fixed. I didn't do it that time, but I probably will call them out to do it later. The additional work will cost about two hundred and fifty dollars. The were on time and knowledgeable. They were professional. I had no problem. They went in the attic and everything.

It went well. The provider had good information on future services.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were punctual. They did some work and gave me a bid on some major work. I have since had other bids that I think are more detailed and thorough. They did their job for the Big Deal. I have a 1979 Siemen electrical panel and I've had two electrical engineers tell me that the entire box doesn't need to be replaced. In Phaze recommended that I replace the entire box. Two of the boxes completely need to be replaced but the rest of them are acceptable. One electrician really fine tuned the wiring and questioned the caliber of wiring whereas In Phaze did not do that. I didn't feel that In Phaze was as thorough in getting up in the attic to look at things. I wasn't as willing to give them my money. I knew that I already had problems with an outlet for a dishwasher. Their bid was almost $2,000 for all the things they said needed to be replaced. Things need to be replaced but not to the extent that In Phaze said. They did a generic type of thing where the other company was much more detailed. It wasn't just an issue of dollars and cents. The other company was definitely looking at it from a much safer point and they were less money. In Phaze was good in general but I didn't hire them to do the work because they were not as detailed and safe as I wanted them to be. The Deal was $49 and I paid an additional $60 or $70. The price was fair for what they did.

They're very communicative. I really was impressed with him.

He’s very personable and is the neatest worker. He went the extra mile and everything is coded in the panel. We have hired him for more work and it was worth every penny and then some. He was quite knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend him to a friend without even blinking.

They were super. He had great customer service and was friendly to work with.

They were very thorough but I am not sure what happened in the end because I was of the impression that they were going to get back to me with some estimates however my significant other out there might not have been really clear. The gentleman who came out was very good and thorough. They discussed about a couple of projects with me but so far I have not pursued it with them yet. The work that I had originally contracted for through Angie’s List to do an electrical inspection was very well done. They were very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I was satisfied with the services provided. They did not rush through at all.

Everything went well, good service and very proficient.

The technician gave us several good tips based on the questions we asked. We are having them come back work required or upgraded.

Work to be performed on 3/8. I will follow up after that but company has been very responsive, courteous and professional.

So far, based upon their customer service and attention to detail, I would recommend In Phaze Electric to everyone I come in contact with that needs an electrician. However, I haven't received a bill yet, so we will see if this holds true. ;0) From a customer service perspective, Jamie and Ben did an outstanding job of completing all of the work in a timely manner and answering all of my questions. I would recommend them again and wouldn't have a problem using them again on future projects. The only negative I had was that there was a little more drywall mess and dust left behind than I would have liked. I am anal retentive and like things spic and span, but overall they did a fairly good job of cleaning up after themselves. The owner, Tony, was very responsive to my urgent request for assistance and then subsequent desire to reschedule my appointment out a few days.
