Excellent work and attitude!

The service went fine. One electrician came out and completed the work in a half hour. He was prompt, courteous and did a good job. I had no problems scheduling the deal.

He was very professional, helpful and informative. He did the work safely and efficient. We had no issues with any of the work that was delivered.I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

O.K.       I called another company and they said about the same thing ( replacement needed )  but they didn't charge anything!

It turned out well. The technician they sent out was extremely helpful, he prevented  me from spending extra money with them. They were honest, which is a huge deal. He probably could of up-charged me on things, but he didn't. Most companies come out and up sell you, and that didn't happen. I think he did more than he was really supposed to do.

Overall it went very well but it has to be noted that the technician was two hours and forty five minutes late. I understand that there was a previous service call before mine that was scheduled and there were problems regarding it that the technician explained to us... that is is fine and understandable... but still... that is a long time as far as late goes to be waiting around. They did a great job overall. No complaints on their service but punctuality is a big thing especially when you have services happening that day in other areas that need to get done (Brighthouse Technician) and can't because of it. The other nitpick I have is when I give you a coupon that was found/promoted on your website do not have the tech say to me "Your Killin Me" when I give it to you to take off the final price. I realize it was meant as a joke but still... this coupon was found on your website. I didn't make it up myself. It felt a bit rude and unnecessary. Like I said they did good work but lateness and attitude toward customer service means the world to me and when you mess up in those areas I notice it, and I'm sure other people would as well.

I was contacted the next day after purchasing service. Set up service for 2 days later. Provider called that day to reschedule due to unexpected workload. Rescheduled for next day. Provided called several hours early to see if he could start earlier and I agreed. Nick arrived on time and completed work in 1 hour. He was courteous and respectful. I will use this provider again.

It went well. But, of course it wasn't just that because they come out and do the inspection and then you have a huge invoice, but I mean they were great. The people were really nice. The guy's name was Mike and they were very knowledgeable and very thorough.

Everything went well, and it was a good experience.  Scheduling the service was easy, the electricians were friendly and helpful, and they did a good job without making a mess.

They did a pretty good job. The thing is that my home obviously didn't have electric power in here so they had to do some other things. They added a couple of fixtures for me, a couple of outlets. But, they were very professional. They were on time. There was a little bit of a problem with the coordination of the plumber and the electrician because they both needed to get in about a 3 square foot area and they couldn't both do it in the same time, and the plumber really didn't want to work on the system with the electricity. But, they worked it out fine. I was satisfied with the price.

We had them out back in December to install 2 ceiling fans, replace a light in the master bedroom, install a flat panel TV, and fix 2 switches.  We had to have Nick back out to fix the 2 switches that he said he had fixed on his first visit but weren't fixed.  In additional to this we asked that he move an electrical box and install another flat panel TV in our house.  When he showed up for the job he fixed the 2 switches and then had make a run to Home Depot to purchase an electrical box for the TV.  After being gone about 45 minutes I got a call that his truck broke down and couldn't come back to complete the job until the following week.  I contacted In Phaze and ask that they send someone else out to complete the job since we had the satellite company coming out 2 days later to hook the TV up.  After a few calls back and forth, I was finally told that Milo would come out on and complete the job.  Milo was wonderful.  He called and asked very specific questions about what needed to be done, what color our outlets were so that he had the right switches, etc.  He showed up early and equipped with everything he needed to complete the job.  He apologized several times for the disaster with Nick.  At the end of the day, there was a lot of frustration about the job not getting done when it was suppose to be but I appreciate the responsiveness of Milo and Brian to make sure what we needed was taken care of.  I would certainly use In Phaze again but I would request that Milo be the one to do the work.  Very professional and a genuinely nice man who knew what he was doing!
