We just moved in to a new home and called In Phaze Electric for an estimate and an appointment was made for 2 days later. Keylin arrived on time and was able to send us a quote the same day. We accepted the quote and were scheduled for the next day. Tito and Jerome arrived on time and went right to work. They are both experienced and knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after they were done. They were here for 5 1/2 to 6 hours.

Keith was professional, courteous and easily completed the project. I would use this company again!

Wonderfully well. Jerome was very impressive; he listened to our goals and came up with a fantastic kitchen lighting makeover plan. Jerome is very knowledgeable, has a great personality and he did a very good job for us.

BAD -- Fealt like a scam. Olderguy arrives with younger guy and tells me they will work faster and therefore save me money. WRONG the young guy seemed to be an apprentice and hardly did any work which was actually done by older guy (The teacher). Atfirst they quoted me$150.- per hourbutI ended overpaying U$S 477.66 AQLsothere was an area the coould not fix therefore they usa my outdoor use extension cord to jerryrig a connection tothe living room outlet.

The job was done very professionally and efficiently, and the light looks and works great. My only complaint is that I had to ask them to keep their face masks on, and even after doing so one of them continued to wear it below his nose for the duration. The only (small) issue with the work was that they could not figure out how to make the light dimmable. It took me 5 minutes to figure it out later. Since I'm not an electrician, I think they just wanted to be on their way.

Outstanding. I noticed the other day that my front porch light had dropped out of the recessed receptacle and was hanging by its wires. I quickly contacted several electricians from Angie's list and only heard back from two of them. Both were pleasant and helpful. One could not get to me for about 7-9 days. The other (Phaze Electric) had me on their schedule the next day. Jerome showed up early and quickly assessed what was needed. He obtained the necessary part from Lowe's and was back in a flash to remove the old housing and install the new one. I also used Phaze Electric a couple of years ago to hang ceiling fans on my back porch and they did an excellent job then, too. Phaze Electric will be the company I call in the future for all my electrical needs. I trust them to do a great job at a reasonable price.

Tom showed up on time and did a great job. I will definitely use them for any future work.

It went well. They came out to estimate the project quickly and we agreed on what needed done and the price. It took a little longer than expected for them to get the needed parts, because of the pandemic, but still fairly quickly. We set up an appointment for the work to be done. Tony came out on time and went right to work. He was very professional and finished faster than expected. We were very happy with how this project was done and would recommend them to others.

Great! No problems as John did a fantastic job. He even volunteered to switch out the plug if it was the wrong size.

Total professionals from the beginning to the end. Only been in Orlando for a few years. Since buying a home here I found it difficult to get any type of contractor to come by for estimates, or give fair, and reasonable quotes when they did come by. This time I was in need of an electrician. I contacted several top rated Companies near me. Four out of the ten I contacted got back to me. Two of the four tried to give me estimates via texts (didn’t go too well), and two actually came to my house for free est. Of the four estimates I received, the most professional, accommodating, reasonable, fair, complete, and quickest estimate I received was from In Faze Electric. Robert was the gentleman that came by for the estimate, and William, and Evan came by to do the electrical work. All were over the top friendly, professional, and accommodating. Evan and William were knowledgeable, very helpful, and clear with the scope of work they performed. They were also very meticulous, and neat while performing their work. I suggest you look no further if you are in need of an electrical company that will meet all of your needs. I will be using, and recommending them in the future.

I would recommend In Phaze and will be using them for my electrical needs going forward. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with. I dealt directly with Kaylen for setting up the job and Joe as the electrician. I had great experiences and will be booking with Joe when available for future projects. My project was for installing some ring cameras and lights around the house. We ended up having issues with the products Ring sent and their install. In Phaze worked with me as I worked with Ring to get the right parts in, which took over a month, due to Ring issues. Once I had the products in hand they were out within a week and had them installed. Joe worked with on the best install points and setup of the cameras and lights. I’m def happy with how the project turned out. On the business end Keylan worked with me on fair pricing, esp considering they had to come out twice for installs with the issues we experienced with Ring.

In Phaze Electric did a phenomenal job at our house. It was a pleasant experience from sales with Keylin, Jessica with Permitting, Chris and Tony in the Backoffice, and the electricians that came onsite Joe Brancaccio and John Sarden. Our job was to replace a 200 AMP panel, meter base, and install a generator interlock. Each person took great care and was nice to work with. Joe specifically has a great way with people and will go out of his way to make sure things are done right! We can sleep soundly knowing that we were taken care of by In Phaze and that their work will last for years to come.

We invited three companies to call us; our main criteria was fast service to replace a ceiling fan, because the existing fan was leaking oil. Mr. Sparky called immediately and said they could be there the next day; well, the next day (Friday) arrived and they called to say they couldn’t make it, and would re-schedule us for Monday. Henry Electric never bothered to call. In-Phaze had also called, so we scheduled with them for Monday and cancelled Mr. Sparky because we felt they were playing games with us. In-Phaze’s electrician showed up on time, and did a beautiful job; he had to install a “fan box” in the ceiling to bring us current with code, which involved a bit of attic work … even cleaned up his mess. We would call them again.

It went very well. The technician was great. He fixed my electrical problem in no time.

I had a breaker that kept tripping, I suspected a bad breaker. He quickly found out that wasn't the case. He went one at a time through the switches in my house until he found the bad switch and replaced it.

Evan was superb! We had three electrical needs: troubleshoot and repair the pool light, fix an outdoor outlet, and install a whole-house surge protector. Evan found the root of the two electrical issues and resolved them in a professional and thorough manner. We were out of town at the time of repairs and he did an excellent job walking us through the issues, the fix, and pictures of what needed to be done. I will definitely use them again.

After having some electrical problems in my house, I had In Phaze electric diagnose the issue. It required that I replace my antiquated electrical service for the main panel (outside) and the service panel (breaker box in the garage). They were very professional, did a great job at a fair price and solved the problem. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for your electrical needs.

Company responded right away and sent an estimator the next day and the electrician 2 days later. The electrician Tito is very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Definitely use this company again if needed.

They sent out an experience electrician that did an amazing job. I would not hesitate to hire again. Ask for Joe the guy is amazing!
