I was very happy with Mike he fixed everything I needed . Mike found other problems and fixed them also If I was you I would STOP looking for a electrician and call In Phaze Electric The customer service and work etiquette very hard to find today, You get what you pay for awesome.

Had ceiling fan malfunction and considering the age of the fan relative to the age of my home, I was very concerned it was a large electrical problem since the fan did not initially seem to be getting any power. Sent In-Phaze an email via their website and was contacted the next business day. They were able to send Joe Lovett out the following day, and phone representative advised how to make the most of the electrician's time in order to prevent additional labor charges, which I appreciated. Joe called the day of the service to provide a more exact time for his arrival in the agreed upon service window. He was friendly and professional and was to quickly isolate the problem as the fan's remote receiver as faulty, which was preventing power from reaching the fan motor. We agreed the best course of action was to bypass the receiver and wire the fan for manual control, which he did, and then reassembled the fan. As he had time left of his service call, he performed a brief general home electrical inspection, and although he was unable to provide a quote for the installation of new LED recessed lighting because he was not completely familiar with the process, he did state the company could provide a technician to write up a quote later.

I plan to use them again when I'm ready to complete those projects.

Inspection went very well. Guy who came, Jamie, was very personable, shared what he was seeing as he went along, made some suggestions, listened well and I learned a lot. I did not, however, decide to go with Phaze Electric to do the repairs and upgrades as the pricing they came back with seemed pretty high and I noticed that another provider on Angie's List quoted a price for installing the same electrical panel that was $200 less. I think they'd do a good job but pricing turned me off so am still looking for an electrician to do the work.

Bobby Bell was timely, courteous, professional and very helpful in fixing the issues a home inspection presented. He brought the electrical issues up to code and made the house safe for soon to be new owners. Thanks a million.

I originally contacted the company via email to request an estimate for some problems we had in our house. They quickly responded and I was able to get an appointment for the following business day. For the first appointment Victor was available earlier than the schedule time and offered to come in early however I was not home. On both appointments he was on time and very professional. While working on each project he would show us what was wrong and gave us options so that each item would be fixed to our satisfaction. Great experience and I would definitely use them again!

He was punctual, knowledgeable and has great people skills. The price was well within what was quoted when the appointment was set up. His professionalism became evident when after the installation, no adjustments were required. We will readily use this company again, should the need arise. I highly recommend them!

Called the owner Tony. Sounded very knowledgeable and professional. Very likeable, very friendly. Matthew arrived promptly, dressed professionally, was courteous. Knew instantly this guy knew what he was talking about. He cut the old wire which had a ball of corrossion about 2.9 + inches in diameter and replaced with Polaris wire and lug. Job was quick performed. Matthew went further and repaired an electrical outlet in my computer room. Will definitely use again and recommend to my friends. These guys are excellent! P.S. Previous "electricians" wanted a $1000.00 or maybe more.

He was here on time. Everything went okay. Very polite. He explained to me everything while he was working.

Nick was way ahead of schedule and called to see about coming out earlier, which was great. When he got here he was very professional and courteous. He also was very knowledgeable and answered a lot of questions that I had. I have a couple more jobs that I need done in the near future and will be calling them again to help me out. Nick is an asset to the Company.

Lamont is a very friendly person. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his thoroughness. After his inspection he gave me an estimate on all of what I needed done. I felt the estimate was fair and he said he could do the work at that time instead of making another appointment and taking another day off. It saved me so much time. I will definitely call In Phaze again if I ever need their services. I am completely satisfied. Thank you so much Lamont.

Bobby Bell arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. Refreshing at a time when it take 2 or 3 calls if I get an answer to find out why a contractor did not arrive at the scheduled appt. Repairs I thought were needed were resolved by Bobby Bell's troubleshooting. He went the 'extra mile' and downloaded a pool pump manual to insure the issue was not electrical. He made recommendations and provided a free estimate for work to install new exterior GFI receptacles and upgrade older receptacles with new GFIs. Even though it was evident within a short time of arrival that no repairs were immediately needed Bobby was friendly, conversational and took the time to insure I understood the issues we addressed to avoid future problems. No need to look further, my work will be scheduled this month with In Phaze Electric.

Everything was done on time with professionalism to total satisfaction.

The electrician did an outstanding job. Quick and efficient. He was very polite and pleasant. We will use this firm again.

Very professional, respectful, clean, considerate, and hard working. Reasonable price. Fair and honest. They are very busy, so as mentioned in other reviews, don't hold them to your date or time schedule.

At 6:20 pm, I called Tony because he said the electrician was going to call me when he was on his way, and he hadn't called after the window of 4-6 pm. Tony said that he would have Mark, the electrician call me immediately to let me know the estimated time of arrival. I waited for the call until 8 pm and never got it. Because I am in the process of remodeling this home, I needed the electrical evaluation ASAP, and since the electrician never called me, my current contractor offered his electrician so we wouldn't have a delay in the remodeling. Hence, last night I hired the contractor's electrician to expedite the process. In addition, since my first contact with Tony, I had given him my cell phone number and the address of the home to do the service, and yesterday they didn't have the address, and Mark the electrician apparently called my home phone number, instead of calling my cell phone, which was the number that I had requested for him to call. All this displays an internal miscommunication. Based on the multiple good reviews of Angie's List customers, I'm sure that this is a good company. However, I needed to have the electrical evaluation done in a specific date and unfortunately, they were not able to fulfill their commitment. Sincerely, Carlos Garcia

It went great. Bobby basically finished a job I had started to replace the 1/2 inch conduit that runs from the pump motor to the box on the side of the house. I called In Phaze in the morning and Bobby the tech was out in the afternoon, which in itself was impressive given it was the day before 4th of July weekend. It took him about 15 to 20 minutes to perform the job (which would have taken me 1/2 day or so and multiple trips to the hardware store) and he did it correctly.

Great work. very knowledgeable. Pretty quick in getting work done right...the 22A stuff that was there was not right, jay corrected all of it.

First try with Angie's List and not very impressed! In Phaze Electric was highly rated on the web site. I called and set appointment for today between 9am & 11am. I had to call twice today to get somebody and was told the service tech would call me back. He called at 11:40am to tell me it would be after lunch before he could arrive. I called back and left ANOTHER message with their Orlando office and canceled. A reasonable explanation would be understood, but COMMUNICATE, please!

Victor called and said he was in the area and asked if he could come by 30 minutes early and I said that would be fine. He didn't come early but arrived at the originally scheduled time. Victor was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing. Being a curious fellow I followed him around to see if I could learn something and was surprised at how cursory an inspection this turned out to be. I was under the understanding that all of my outlets were going to be checked and that I would get a report/summary at the end. Neither of those things happened. I also asked for a quote to run two to three outside security lights to an interior switch and he said that was no problem and that he would have it back to me within 24 to 48 hours. I didn't hear from him until May 22, 2014 when I received an email quoting me $868.50 (that's after discount.) The $49 price for the "special" was reasonable for what was advertised, I just don't feel the delivery was there. The $868 price is way too much.

In Phaze Electrical in Orlando do wonderful work. Bobby is an awesome electrician! Bobby came out and worked on my house last August. He ran wire from house to so our well, so that our generator would run entire house should we have a tropical storm. He came out today and did some work on my stove top. We are running properly now. Upon realizing I wanted overhead light and a fan in my nursery, I called In Phaze. Their prices were MUCH better than other electric companies I had previously contacted for quotes. Jay came out, cut a small hole in the ceiling, did the necessary wiring, assembled the ceiling fan I purchased, and installed it. He also took the universal light/fan remote I bought and installed that as well. He made very little of a mess, and cleaned up afterward. He was also one of the friendliest contractors I've ever worked with. If I ever have any other electrical home needs, I will be calling him back.

Everything went very well, Joe was excellent! It got late, but he even took the time to run out to Lowe's twice because he didn't have all the materials he needed. I will keep IN PHAZE electric at the top of my recommendation list.
