We were scheduled for 6pm on Friday but Dennis called earlier to let us know a previous appointment had canceled and he could come by earlier. We were home so the timing worked great! We showed him the two areas we wanted him to look at and he assured us that neither one would be a big deal. He got right to work and rewired the electrical box in the ceiling that the garage door opener was plugged into. He had to work on two different plugs and go into the attic to do so. While there he discovered wiring coming from the outlet that was not connected to anything and took care of this safety issue for us. After completing the garage he cleaned up everything and it looked as if it had always worked that way! He then went to identify the problem with the outdoor fan. This included getting up on a ladder to find the splice boxes that run along the porch roof and opening each one. He identified some wiring to one of the ceiling lights as our culprit and quickly got the lights and fan working again. When he was putting the fan back up on the ceiling he noticed that there were only two screws holding it in place and added two more to ensure the fan stayed in place. He also replaced a dimmer switch with a regular one as he told us that was going to cause us problems in the future. Dennis was awesome! He was incredibly friendly and told us every detail about what he was doing and why. As he was leaving he also gave us some suggestions as to some other work we may want to look at in the future, such as a surge protector to the house. Everything is working exactly as we had hoped and we will definitely be going with In Phaze Electrical (and hopefully Dennis!) for all future electrical needs. We highly recommend this provider!

Jeremy arrived as planned and repaired a ceiling fan outlet, recessed lighting over my bar, several wall outlets and replaced a couple of them with new USB-accommodating wall outlets. Just like Bobby, he was punctual, diligent, friendly and efficient. I couldn't be happier with the work done by In Phaze. Great value, great service!

Here is someone who understands that people work hard for their money, and don't need added sales pressure. There were a lot of issues in my house, but he didn't stress me out over them. He explained them in simple terms, and itemized everything by # and $ on his emailed report. He offered to come back several times in the event that I wanted to space jobs out and do them at my own pace. He also went out of his way to install a special lighting fixture as a surprise for my husband.

Contacted company through Angie's list and scheduled appointment for following week. Technician was on time and completed all work promptly. Advised me of the additional equipment needed before they could replace the existing under cabinet lighting. All ceiling fan and light fixture replacements were installed correct and have had no problems. Definitely will use this company again to finish under cabinet lighting install.

After paying for the on-the-spot repair, and feeling very confident in Mr.Love's knowledge and sincerity, I told him I had other electrical work I would like to have done as well. We discussed the specifics of the additional work , and he advised he could not provide any cost figures at that time. Therefore, I asked if he would send me an email with the cost for the specific electrical work we discussed, so I would know what kind of expenses I would be looking at....He said he would do so and included my email address on the invoice/work order... Perhaps it's just an oversight, but I have been waiting to hear from Mr.Love or anyone from this place of business regarding the additional work we were interested in having done, but at this writing, I have not received any further communication since Mr. Love's visit on July 25, 2014. UPDATE: Today is November 16, 2014... I still have not received any response on the additional electrical service I wanted to have done. Note: My email address was included on the company's work order which already contained my telephone number, if they really wanted to contact me....I presumed Mr.Love would be turning the information in to his office at the end of his work day. However, still anticipating doing further business with them at the time of my first review, I gave them an A rating in Responsiveness and Professionalism....Unfortunately, that was a big mistake on my part, and I apologize to Angie's List for that. With all due respect to professional courtesy in business, to be ignored does not rate as excellent in responsiveness or professionalism and I have revised my ratings as indicated and wilI not use this vendor again, nor do I recommend them.

The person who did the inspection did a complete job on both the inside and outside electrical. He also looked at all the smoke alarms. He noted a few electrical plugs that were not properly tightened and made corrections. He also discovered a plug that was not working properly and told me how to repair it rather than charging me to do the repair, since it was an easy repair to do. I would rate the company very highly.

Went well, very professional

On time, even called ahead to give me his ETA. Dennis took care to cover furniture and would clean any falling debris.Very please with the outcome of the job. Dennis even took in consideration what we may need in future. He explained the operation of the ceiling fan and made suggestions considering the types of lights to use.

I was contacted by Brian very promptly and courteously to schedule an appointment for the installation of 7 ceiling fans at a cost of $77 per fan. Our electrician Victor was phenomenal. He was personable, an expert and installed all 7 fans including 2 outdoor fans in record time (something less than 4 hours). Everything worked from the wall switches and was perfectly done. I would highly recommend In Phaze Electric. Victor was fantastic and this is a great company. Thank you!

Mike of In Phaze Electric was great. He came quickly to help out allowing the Dulando patio roof contractors to proceed with only a one day delay in the roof installation. Mike was easy to work with and explained in detail what needed to be done. Once the patio roof was installed, Mike came the following week to install the fans and lighting as well as restore the electrical components for the patio. Everything is working great! I highly recommend In Phaze Electric, Inc. for any electrical job - small or large and will call on them again in the future.

I was contacted promptly by Brian from In Phaze Electrical after I purchased the Angie's List deal, and he was very flexible about scheduling to meet my needs. On the scheduled date, the assigned electrician, Dennis, called ahead to indicate he could arrive a bit early if that was convenient for me. He arrived and went through what the 'deal' included, and proceeded with his inspection, providing suggestions to address current or potential safety issues. Since I just bought the house and had the home inspection report, Dennis went through the list of electrical issues identified by the home inspector and fixed several outlet issues (reverse wiring, non-working GFI, et al.). He also addressed some additional items I requested (raised a hanging chandelier, set up garage door remotes) and provided estimates on future electrical work I plan to do. Dennis was here for a bit more than 2 hours, so I was charged an additional $156 for the additional time and work that exceeded the $49 inspection deal (I expected additional charges). I was very pleased with the work performed, as well as the professionalism of both Dennis and Brian from In Phaze, and will contact them again when I am ready to move forward with some additional electrical installations.

Lamont and Angel were very informative and professional. They got the job done efficiently, took away all the garbage and swept/vacuumed the floors. I would definitely use In Phaze again.

Dennis from In Phaze is a pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable electrician. The pricing is of the fairest I've seen, he keeps in touch regarding scheduling and day-of delays (no matter how small they really are) and the quality of the work is excellent. Sometimes it's the small details like making sure to clean up a job site when the work is done that makes a world of difference. Dennis does this. I'd recommend In Phaze hands down. In Phaze is what a family business is supposed to be! As well, in a world with many kinds of folks out there, In Phaze is comfortable to have in your home/business.

There were no troubles with scheduling the appointment. The technician spent about an hour on the inspection. He then followed up quickly with a report that he sent to me. Everything turned out fine.

We purchased a Big Deal on Friday July 18th and were contacted later that morning by Brian, In Phaze Electric's service director. We had suggested some possible service dates that were several weeks out, as we were going to be out of town for a few days at the end of the following week; however, Brian suggested that he could have an electrician out to the house early the following week, if that worked for us. We settled on the following Tuesday. The electrician, Victor, arrived on time as scheduled and phoned to let us know he was on his way about 20 minutes before he arrived. Victor explained what he was going to install the unit at our outside electrical panel. He had intended to install the unit using one of the empty circuit breaker locations; however, he was unable to do so, as he did not have a breaker that matched our panel. He proposed an alternate installation where the unit attaches directly to the main cables running into the house. This was acceptable to us, so he proceeded with the work. In the process, he discovered that the aluminum main cables did not have anti-oxidant paste applied to the connections and explained that this could potentially result in the cables overheating and causing a fire. One by one, he disconnected each of the four main cables, applied anti-oxidant paste and reconnected them. At the same time he installed the surge suppressor. Although this resulted in his having to spend additional time and effort, Victor did not charge extra for this service. We were very pleased with our experience with In Phaze Electric and especially with Victor, who could have missed or ignored the issue of the missing anti-oxidant paste, possibly resulting in damage to our electrical system or to our home at some later date.

Total time was no longer than an hour. After our discussion about what was to be done, the electrician explained how and why he was doing it a certain way. Also explained what to do if the surge protector tripped and advised me regarding protection of my electronic equipment.

We had a floor socket that was running hot. I wanted them to check all of the electric and it was hard to find the breaker box connected to it. He also sealed off the electric where we had a garage disposal removed. I had used them before and had liked working with them. They are friendly, dependable and do a good job. They called to follow up after the appointment.

All went smoothly, The lights were removed, inspected the wiring and tested to check the current. The new fixtures were installed and everything was cleaned up and finished in less than a hour. Our tech's name was Robert and he was very knowledgeable and professional.

Outstanding. Showed up when they said, did what they said and worked to ensure my complete satisfaction.
