I was able to schedule In Phaze to come out the day after the purchase of this Angie's List Deal. Great prompt response. Joe arrived on time and did an outstanding job. Joe advised of any concerns, and asked for input as to the color of the fan paddle options. Joe showed me how to flip the fan paddles over if I wanted to change to the other color. This experience was seamless, just as it should be! I'd use Joe, and In Phaze again with out a doubt!

Joe originally came to do our estimate at the end of June 2014, but it took us some time to get our ducks in a row. I had a few additional questions about In Phaze, so I put a call into the company and was given the owner's number to ask those questions. Tony got back to my voice message promptly (same day) and answered my questions to my satisfaction. We cut down the cost of having the work done somewhat by digging most of the trench ourselves after calling Sunshine 411 to get the existing utility lines marked. Joe bought all the parts and completed the work to our satisfaction. I am happy to say that all is functioning well and we are pleased with how this transaction turned out.

Someone came out to do the appraisal they scheduled the work for yesterday my husband waited all day they never came we called and they said they had a problem scheduling issue. They said they would call us today when they did not call we called them and they would not even make an attempt to do the service they committed to. I would not recommend this company at the meeting they were very negative about being on Angie's list they would prefer not to do work for Angie's List. Not reliable company.

It went superb. The house was built in 1959 and the outlets were only 2 prong outlets. I had him change almost all of the outlets to 3 prong outlets. He repaired a light switch in the garage for me. The price was reasonable. What really impressed me with the service was they were originally scheduled to come out on 11/4/14. Jay showed up but unfortunately 5 minutes before he showed up I had a mild GIA. He came into the house and I asked him if he could call my ex-wife to help me. He did that and then stayed to make sure I was okay. He told me he would reschedule me for when I was better. This is unheard of in this day and age. He’s a great guy and needs a raise!

They missed their first appointment. They said they had an emergency so that was okay. I had to cancel the 2nd appointment because I had to go out of town unexpectedly. They were supposed to come yesterday between 3-5 but they never showed up or even called. I will not be using this company.

I was impressed; I didn’t know those switches existed. They were really good.

That was great. It worked out pretty good. They contacted me, we set up the appointment, they were right on time, and right on the day we scheduled. They were really good. They were very thorough and sharp on time. They explained to me like I didn’t know anything, which I didn’t. They explained in easy to understand words for somebody who doesn’t know a thing. I eventually hired them to do some improvements on my electric switches for the rooms.

The owner sent out an electrician that he had only had for a short amount of time and who didn't do satisfactory work. I called the owner of the company who ended up coming to my home and finding everything wrong that this employee had done and he fixed every problem, including one that I hadn't even found. I rave about this guy! He corrected everything, installed new ceiling fans and sent out some of the best electrician, named Jay that they've had for years in order to fix the mistakes. He gave me a great deal and went above and beyond.

Bobby was so professional, courteous and explained everything he was going to do and how it would help. He did an excellent job!

Dennis and his guys were always on time and beyond courteous. They went above and beyond what was expected and spent hours with me, answering all my questions. Being in an older home, we were concerned about the quality of the electric and Dennis assured us that everything was up to code and took the time to double check, while explaining everything to me. Will definitely use them again.

The technician arrived on time and explained everything he was doing. Provided a detailed estimate for possible future work.

They gave us a good rate/ they returned three days later to do the work in a few hours.

Very well, professionally handled and done. Joe was great, very honest and thorough. Price was quoted fairly!!will use them again.

In Phase reached out to me right away, and scheduled me for the very next day. The electrician called and gave me a heads up when he was on his way, and was actually a bit early (which was ok by us!). Boy am I glad I outsourced this project. Multiple unforeseen issues arose, and their tech worked through them all like a true professional. He actually waited in his truck for over a half hour while I ran to Home depot to get an "slope kit" for the fan, due to my ceiling being just over the max angle the fan could hang with the factory bracket. About 2.5 hours later, and my fan was up, functional, and working great. They really went above and beyond. I felt terrible because I knew my project was eating into the electricians dinner and family time, but had no cash on me for an added tip. They definitely went above and beyond, and I will be using them again soon to replace a chandelier in my 20ft foyer.

on time and done with no fuss or issues

While I am very satisfied with the work that was done I was charged for a permit that was never pulled; when I requested a copy of the permit in September, that's when I found out it was never pulled. The owner offered me a $250.00 refund for the permit or if I insisted the permit. I have yet to see the permit and it's been a month. While I told the owner I'm sure they know what they're doing and all is good; my homeowner's insurance has told me if there's an electrical fire I'm not covered because of the hazard in the attic. It concerns me about the potential for loss even though the hazard has been corrected. The only way to prove electrical work was done is from my receipt. I'm unable to get lower homeowner's insurance because no permit was pulled. If the building inspector had not been out to inspect some other work I would have never known there was no permit pulled. I was told everything is electronic when it came to permits.

We actually had In Phaze scheduled for right after we closed and the initial contact etc was super easy and smooth. However our bank, on the day before said, you must fix these electric issues for safety reasons first. These guys were able to squeeze us in and get the work done and help us close our home which was amazing as it was truly an emergency for us and no one else would come out that quick (and honestly understandable) Thanks so much for helping us get our house closed!!!

The guy arrived on time. I was surprised he wasn't in a company logo shirt or something but not a big deal there. He installed the ceiling fan but left stuff on the carpet as well as on the garage floor. It's not a huge deal but did surprise me a bit. The service was fine, fan works, looks good.

Bobby Bell arrived promptly at 3 pm. He was professional and quite knowledgable. He was very thorough and then asked if I had any additional concerns, after I had shown home several areas, both inside and out.

Nick from In Phase Electric arrived and wired/hooked up an exhaust fan, two power outlets, and two switches to a new circuit in the circuit breaker. He did not wast any time, He cleaned up after the job was completed. I feel as though he did an excellent job!!!

I called the office about a week ahead of time. The electricians Lamont and Angel arrived on time on 9/26. They were very professional--worked quickly and neatly. They answered all my questions and got the job done quickly (in about an hour or so). They hung the new lamp (one fixture that has multiple pendants hanging) and then patched up the hole after the junction was moved. They left no dust and moved the kitchen table neatly, back into the original location. They even had good advice about the distance between the hanging pendants and the table--they worked with interior designers in the past, apparently. We are very happy with the end result. I was able to use my Angie's List coupon to receive a discount. Thanks guys!

Fine, they did the work well and quickly. There were issues fitting the panel into the old location, and their electrician was able to overcome them very efficiently.

Absolutely thrilled with the service, professionalism, punctuality and quick response from In Phaze Electric. Joe was on time, friendly, and absolutely wonderful! I have used them twice now after repeatedly being price gauged by other companies in the area. I will never turn to anyone else when in need of electrical work! A+++++

Love these guys. Won't call anybody else ever. Super nice, came on time, tidy, and very careful of your home.
