Mylo arrived on time and was very professional. He had to go into the attic and find a junction box and tap off of it; then fish a new cable down the wall and install a new electrical receptacle. For the other two electrical receptacle upgrades; he took out the old ones and installed new ones with additional plugs (all GFI). He cleaned up after the job. I would hire this company again for any electrical work.

The service went fine. One electrician came out and completed the work in a half hour. He was prompt, courteous and did a good job. I had no problems scheduling the deal.

He was very professional, helpful and informative. He did the work safely and efficient. We had no issues with any of the work that was delivered.I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

O.K. I called another company and they said about the same thing ( replacement needed ) but they didn't charge anything!

It turned out well. The technician they sent out was extremely helpful, he prevented me from spending extra money with them. They were honest, which is a huge deal. He probably could of up-charged me on things, but he didn't. Most companies come out and up sell you, and that didn't happen. I think he did more than he was really supposed to do.

Overall it went very well but it has to be noted that the technician was two hours and forty five minutes late. I understand that there was a previous service call before mine that was scheduled and there were problems regarding it that the technician explained to us... that is is fine and understandable... but still... that is a long time as far as late goes to be waiting around. They did a great job overall. No complaints on their service but punctuality is a big thing especially when you have services happening that day in other areas that need to get done (Brighthouse Technician) and can't because of it. The other nitpick I have is when I give you a coupon that was found/promoted on your website do not have the tech say to me "Your Killin Me" when I give it to you to take off the final price. I realize it was meant as a joke but still... this coupon was found on your website. I didn't make it up myself. It felt a bit rude and unnecessary. Like I said they did good work but lateness and attitude toward customer service means the world to me and when you mess up in those areas I notice it, and I'm sure other people would as well.

I was contacted the next day after purchasing service. Set up service for 2 days later. Provider called that day to reschedule due to unexpected workload. Rescheduled for next day. Provided called several hours early to see if he could start earlier and I agreed. Nick arrived on time and completed work in 1 hour. He was courteous and respectful. I will use this provider again.

It went well. But, of course it wasn't just that because they come out and do the inspection and then you have a huge invoice, but I mean they were great. The people were really nice. The guy's name was Mike and they were very knowledgeable and very thorough.

Everything went well, and it was a good experience. Scheduling the service was easy, the electricians were friendly and helpful, and they did a good job without making a mess.

They did a pretty good job. The thing is that my home obviously didn't have electric power in here so they had to do some other things. They added a couple of fixtures for me, a couple of outlets. But, they were very professional. They were on time. There was a little bit of a problem with the coordination of the plumber and the electrician because they both needed to get in about a 3 square foot area and they couldn't both do it in the same time, and the plumber really didn't want to work on the system with the electricity. But, they worked it out fine. I was satisfied with the price.

We had them out back in December to install 2 ceiling fans, replace a light in the master bedroom, install a flat panel TV, and fix 2 switches. We had to have Nick back out to fix the 2 switches that he said he had fixed on his first visit but weren't fixed. In additional to this we asked that he move an electrical box and install another flat panel TV in our house. When he showed up for the job he fixed the 2 switches and then had make a run to Home Depot to purchase an electrical box for the TV. After being gone about 45 minutes I got a call that his truck broke down and couldn't come back to complete the job until the following week. I contacted In Phaze and ask that they send someone else out to complete the job since we had the satellite company coming out 2 days later to hook the TV up. After a few calls back and forth, I was finally told that Milo would come out on and complete the job. Milo was wonderful. He called and asked very specific questions about what needed to be done, what color our outlets were so that he had the right switches, etc. He showed up early and equipped with everything he needed to complete the job. He apologized several times for the disaster with Nick. At the end of the day, there was a lot of frustration about the job not getting done when it was suppose to be but I appreciate the responsiveness of Milo and Brian to make sure what we needed was taken care of. I would certainly use In Phaze again but I would request that Milo be the one to do the work. Very professional and a genuinely nice man who knew what he was doing!

What impressed me was that the technician came back and finished his job. He probably didn’t get anything out of it but he still came back and he was really friendly. I think his name was Jamie. I was very pleased with the final work. We have had a pretty nasty part with his boss, it was really ridiculous. It was very bad and it didn’t turn out very good. Nevertheless because he worked so hard, I would probably just hire him again. He was just unbelievably committed to what he was doing. I felt bad for him. He finished his job like he promised he would but it was not a very good experience for him either I think, because he didn’t make much money out of it. He worked for hours and hours, I felt terrible. They really quoted us something and he stuck to it but his boss was not good to deal with. Considering the amount of work, it was still good price. There was some miscommunication that happened because they should have quoted much higher really. So for us it was excellent. But at least they stuck with it and they guy came back many times until he fixed it all. He was just so honest. He put everything into it.

Bobby was friendly and knowledgeable. I had met with several different companies to get estimates and he was the only one who didn't talk down to me. He was willing to work with me on how to save money and split up a big job. (There's still more to do on my property). There was good communication throughout the process and they were fairly reliable and timely for getting the job done. I would definitely recommend them and they will be my first call for all my future work.

Dennis came to the house on time. He called before he arrived. He was professional and knowledgeable. We have used In Phaze Electric two years ago and they did a good job this time. Company is consistent!

Mike Jackson arrived promptly this morning and went to work problem solving our ceiling fan light issue. Once that was fixed, he hung a kitchen fixture for us, even allowing for me to be a little indecisive about the height I wanted. He offered helpful insight and suggestions. We even discussed having him back to hang additional fixtures.

In Phaze Electric ran two Cat 5 cables for me in the middle of Dec. This review is a little late due to the horror daze but I have to say I am quite pleased with my experience with In Phaze. The two runs were about 100 ft or so and though this was a small job In Phaze accomplished this job to my expectations. The estimate was spot on and work performed in a very professional manner, best of all the connections fulfilled my needs as I hoped they would. The cost for the two cables was quite reasonable and comparable to other providers but In Phaze is a fully licensed electrician and I will have no hesitation calling them in the future. In short a professional outfit and based on my experience I highly recommend them.

Lamont, the technician, did an excellent job of explaining everything and did a very thorough job. I have scheduled my third job with this company to install recessed lighting and a dimmer switch.

He was very knowledgeable and everything went very well. He will be coming back on Saturday to perform more work.

Really great experience! They came out and spent hours diagnosing electrical problems in my new home. They were able to pinpoint a few things causing the problems and repair them. The electrician kept us well informed of his progress throughout, and the overall cost was very fair for the amount of time and work done. Highly recommend!

The company owner was pretty involved in the entire process from taking on the initial call to sending supporting staff and making sure work was completed to our satisfaction. The electricians were very helpful, friendly and professional. We definitely had a very positive experience with this company as a whole. ?

Roy was very professional and was on time. Even though the work took longer than expected we were not charged more than the original quoted price. Very reasonable price for work done. We would definitely use them again. We are very pleased with the work done and this made our office space much easier in which to work. Thanks Roy and In Phase Electric!

1. Requested outdoor electrical outlet on post that snapped off be repaired and then retrofit from 220V to 120V. Installer put a new wooden post in ground and mounted the repaired conduit to the post. Installer installed a new outdoor rated box with new 120V outlet wired for 120V to my outdoor breaker panel. Installer labeled breaker on outdoor panel so I can find this outdoor receptacle easy. Job #1 DONE 2. Requested wall mount stove outlet be replaced with recessed outlet for new stove. Installer removed old outlet and inspected wire. Installer cut wire to correct length and installed new outlet into new recessed outlet box he installed in my drywall. Installer sealed old hole at my request using my foam in a can.(bugs) Installer cleaned up when done. Installer was polite. Job #2 DONE Jobs 1 and 2 DONE and I am very happy with In Phaze on first job ever using them!

Jeremy with In-Phaze electrics was punctual, courteous and efficient. He installed and programmed the fan in less than an hour, and also gave us fair estimated pricing on future projects. We will definitely use In Phaze again, I would also request Jeremy if available.
