There was a misunderstanding regarding the time of the appointment but we rescheduled. The tech went out of his way to find a time to install the ceiling fan on the weekend and was very professional. He did a great job and it did not take him long at all. While installing the fan, he came out and asked how high I wanted the ceiling fan. What I mean by that is that apparently there is a piece that can be attached at the ceiling and make the fan hang lower from the ceiling or he could not install that piece and it would be closer to the ceiling. I really appreciated the face that he asked instead of just installing it how he thought it should be. I have never had a ceiling fan installed before so I did not know about that. He also had it installed in a very short period of time. I would definitely do business with In Phaze Electric again. They did an excellent job.

Everything went well. I was satisfied with their service. Everything passed their inspection.

Ian was the installer, and he is just the nicest fellow! He did a quick, professional job, making sure to clean up any trash or tiny parts that might have spilled. He was extremely personable, and I will definitely call on him and In Phaze for any electrical needs I may have in the future.

The installer installed 2 of the 3 ceiling fans. I installed the 3rd fan previous to his arrival. I paid for 3 fan installations because I could not get the fan I installed to work. He looked at my wiring and installation and saw that everything was correct. The only reason the fan did not work is because I failed to remove the wrapping on the remote control battery. When he removed the wrapping and replaced the battery the fan worked just fine. I felt a little cheated because he did not install the fan, but I still got charged the full price of the fan installation. Other then that, I have no problem recommending this company and would use them again,

We had a couple of scheduling issues at first, but this was resolved, no problem. The installation was performed by someone who really knew what they were doing. You could tell he had a lot of experience. Very nice guy, too. Great job! We use this fan all the time and really enjoy it.

I usually don?t like to submit reviews but I have to for Lamont and In Phaze Electric. This is the second time I've used Lamont and he was just as fabulous this time as the first (which was over a year ago). Lamont is TRULY an electrical professional/expert and has the ? VISION?. After you tell Lamont what you think you might want to do, listen to his vision. I?m glad that I did for each project that he completed. Lamont has installed a chandelier in my master bathroom, installed 3 new flood light systems in my backyard and an electric outlet by my fireplace (on the inside wall, going through the attic) ? none of these were the easiest of tasks ? but all handled extremely professional by Lamont. Lamont is truly an asset to In Phaze Electric. I hope the next time I need someone, he is still there. Thanks Lamont for all that you did for me! Alesia

We found In-Phaze electric through an Angie's List deal and paid in advance for two hours of electrical service. After reviewing all the different tasks, he gave us quotes 'by the job'. All work was done to our satisfaction and we are very pleased with the results.

It was good. It was a really basic thing. It was fine.

I bought a big deal for this service. I complained because he never showed up and he never called us back. He must have done something on the Angie's List site because he came almost immediately afterwards. He was okay. I would not recommend him. He was not good, but I was not upset. It was a long time between us buying the big deal and him coming out. We wound up paying a lot more because the thing that he advertised was really for just a tiny little furnace. Just to get a normal, routine, regular service was more so we ended up paying them more. Which is why I was not thrilled with him. The price was not as represented. The quality seemed fine. He was professional. It was just a little bait and switch that is keeping me from giving him an A.

Based on the amount of outside work involved, the job was done very professionally and neatly. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them for your electrical needs. Communication with Brian and the staff was very pleasant and all calls/inquiries were returned very promptly...even after normal business hours.

I paid very little and got all that I paid for. He told me where I could buy an inexpensive GFI tester and suggested I check them occasionally. When I told him of my concern for a light switch which would flip the circuit., he gave me some vague answer. Made no suggestions for how I could fix it.

Daniel was incredible. He moved the very heavy king size bed (I helped, but very little) to get to the existing fan. After Daniel removed the existing fan, he installed the new fan (in all the many steps that a Casablanca makes you go through) and then moved the bed back. Very kind and courteous and plan on using Daniel/Phaze again.
