In Phaze Electric, Inc.

I have hired In Phaze Electric for several projects now and each time is better than the last. I have a small business renting upscale properties and great electrical is critical to my remodels. Sometimes people are intimidated to hire an electrician because they think it is too expensive or they underestimate what it does for the project they are working on. I could renovate all day long and it would all be undersold without the right lighting and updated look of clean white outlets and rocker switches. Consider the mountain of work InPhaze completed for me for me above. Out of all the things I spend money on during a comprehensive remodel, this has the biggest bang for the buck in my book. In addition to a great modern look, it improves the safety of the residence and it improves the energy efficiency which is a selling point to my discerning clients. Although I have been happy with InPhaze, I did have an experience with one of their techs where I wasn’t certain I was getting what I was looking for. I spoke with Tony, the owner, and he cleared everything up and surpassed my expectations. Every company ever, has a moment where they are perhaps not stellar but the mark of a truly great company is how they approach one of those less than stellar moments. InPhaze showed great interest in delivering what I needed and collecting feedback. If I could only chose one company this year, out of all that I have used for the super service award, Inphaze would be it.

He was okay. If the installation is done higher in the ceiling they will charge more. I understand that he would have to charge more because first of all other people had similar offers also charge more and then he had to go back get a higher ladder to reach the fan but again he should have stated that so.

Excellent service - the electrician Mike arrived very promptly and got right to work. He clearly knew his craft very well, and efficiently carried out the work. I plan to have him do some more upgrades in the near future.

I was contacted within a few hours of sending the initial request and a meeting was set up with the technician, Francisco. On day of service the tech called to confirm the scheduled time and he arrived as scheduled. He estimated the work to take 3 hours and he was correct. Pricing was easy to understand and given the quality of the work by Francisco it was worth the cost. I will definitely use In Phaze in the future and will ask for Francisco.

Great work, very happy. Had an issue because I was not specific about the bathroom exhaust to the outside but they took care of it right away which is all I can really ask.

It turned out ok. He charged me an extra $200 just for changing a face plate on an outlet. I also asked him to check the outdoor lights and he didn't. I thought maybe it was just burned out bulbs but it wasn't.

Milo, with In Phaze Electric, came out and did an amazing job. He installed the track light, and a dimmer switch, and he ran all the wires without having to make a single visible hole in the drywall requiring any patching. Milo did this by removing a small section of crown moulding, and ingeniously cutting the wiring's pull-through holes behind the crown moulding, and then replacing the crown moulding, so there was nothing to patch or re-paint. He was like a surgeon doing laparoscopic surgery through a couple of tiny incisions, so as to leave no visible scars. I highly recommend Milo for any electrical installations you may need. He has decades of experience, and is one of the most talented electricians in Central Florida.

All work completed as expected. Alex our contact was courteous and respectful and appeared knowledgeable.

It was excellent. My parents had the same done on their house and it turned out they had an old surge protector that was fried so it did it's job. We recently had a surge in our refrigerator which cost $300 to fix and getting this done is cheaper so I wish we had had it done sooner.

Chris showed up on-time an inspected everything and the home was OK. I sleep better now knowing my home built in 1961 has a good electrical system in it. Thanks Chris

I've been using In Phaze since 2010 when the only technicians were the the owner, Tony, and his apprentice. And they still never disappoint. Their service and quality of it is second to none. Their prices are always affordable and the scheduling is always to the client's convenience, and if their going to be late, they call and let you know (as was the case on this day). Lastly, and most importantly, their always friendly and respectful when they're working in your home.

The service was great, we were missing a piece to finish the job, but the worker went out of his way to go get that piece and finish the job for us.

The job went great. The technician scheduled the job quickly and called in advance of coming over to determine what type of switch he would need and even asked if I had a preference in the way the switch operated (sliding dimmer type switch). The job was done quickly with very little oversight needed. I would highly recommend In Phaze Electric.

***DISHONEST PROVIDER*** I called the office and explained that I needed to replace a ceiling fan that's on a 15-foot ceiling. I told them that the downrod is 5 feet and the wires would have to be extended. They said they would honor their price of $139. When the installer came out, suddenly the price was $215. He said he 'doubted' that I read the fine print and 'doubted' that the office told me they would honor the price. He also said because the fan had a remote there would be additional wiring, and the fine print doesn't cover that. Also, because I was using a fan that I already had in another room, that could mean that it doesn't work and he didn't want to get blamed for it. Bottom line, they told me they would honor the price after I gave them all the details, then when they got here, they wouldn't. I call BS. This is a BAIT AND SWITCH operation. ****DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PROVIDER!*****

I could not be more pleased with the In-Phase's professionalism, friendliness, and prices. They stand behind their work and keep promises. Bobby has been my primary contact and he is excellent. I highly recommend this firm.

Went great and will use them again.

Scheduled appointment for the 3-5 window. No one showed. I called at 5:30 and that is when I was informed that the person scheduled for my appointment is no longer with the company. They didn't call me. Will look for someone else to do get estimate and install.

Took awhile to determine path of strike. Replaced a couple of sockets, switches, two flood lights and a ceiling fan. Will have them install surge protector on house.

The technician was on time, professional, courteous and friendly. He worked hard in intense heat and didn't fuss or complain. He was very polite and he fixed everything well. He was very knowledgeable about his job and what needed to be done and did not charge an arm and a leg for it. He even did an extra item that we had not discussed prior and he didn't charge for that. A really nice guy. The work is still good months later - he fixed the problem.

Could not be happier. Alex did a great job.

Great company. One fan was extremely high up so they had to bring scaffolding to reach it and it was a big process due to the extension poles and way the wiring was done. They did everything and addressed all the obstacles without issue. They even waited at the property while we had to get some extra parts to make sure the job could be completed properly. They helped with various other items and even when we had to go back and forth on certain items, they never pressured us or complained. Excellent company and excellent work. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

I couldn't be happier. Bobby and Kyle called and came earlier than originally scheduled. They were very professional and knew exactly what they are doing! They diagnosed the issue I was having and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Both Bobby and Kyle were friendly and easy to talk to and explained everything so that I would understand! Overall, A+ experience all the way around! Will definitely hire them again for any Electrical issues I have in the future. Thanks!

Jeremy was Awesome! When I'm ready to have additional work done I will be requesting that he be the one to provide the service!
