Over a year after InPhaze installed our electrical panel, we needed to have an a/c installed and upon the electrical inspection was told the electrical panel needed to be upgraded. We called In Phaze and spoke to the manage/owner and he personally came out to inspect the panel and agreed to replace the panel for what we needed at no additional cost. In Phaze honored the warranty even though it was past a year and they took great care in resolving all issues in a quick and professional manner.

After many reschedules we finally got technicians to the house but not the one who was originally scheduled and had the correct part for the job. So one technician had to leave to go buy the correct part, only to return to find out he got the wrong one. The other technician left to finally go buy the correct part. The job ended up taking over 4 hours which was double the time it should have been and they left a mess and didn't clean up. Whenever we spoke to someone in the office about all the miscommunications regarding parts, scheduling, etc...we never received a full explanation. Their customer service rates very low and their internal communication seems non existent.

John did an excellent job. He cared very much about doing the work correctly and making sure the finished product looks good. You can't even tell he was here even though he ran new service, and corrected several problems. I would hire this company again!!

I've enlisted this Company 3 times and they are the best. Great job! They care about the job they do and always make certain your satisfaction is the end result. The last job was installing a camera on the exterior with a flood lamp.

John arrived promptly and fixed my issue as well as installing a couple of things I needed. Showed me where some additional work will be needed to ensure things are safe. Would highly recommend using them and will ask for John again.

They gave me an arrival window of 1 to 3. By 5:30 they still hadn't arrived so I cancelled it and called someone else.

waited all afternoon for the appt and no one showed up or call. I called office and send text to follow up but no reason to why no call. I still gave them a second chance and they added me for next day. Person did show up and did a good job but was not very customer service oriented. For example when deciding on how long the lamp He said "tell me how short I am not changing it a third time." Took a long time to tell me how much it would cost. Even went outside twice to check on not sure what then to tell me and looking it up on his phone. It took 30 minutes just to tell me how much it would be. His helper cleaned up afterwards but he did not do anything and I had to clean up what was not done. Kept saying he was the best but it did not feel like it. Did not know how to screw in a glass on another lamp I had.

We just moved in to a new home and called In Phaze Electric for an estimate and an appointment was made for 2 days later. Keylin arrived on time and was able to send us a quote the same day. We accepted the quote and were scheduled for the next day. Tito and Jerome arrived on time and went right to work. They are both experienced and knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after they were done. They were here for 5 1/2 to 6 hours.

Keith was professional, courteous and easily completed the project. I would use this company again!
