The service provider was on time. He was very courteous and really knew what he was doing. Not only did he install the fixture, he left the work area nice and clean. This is the third time I have used this company and will continue to use them in the future for my electrical needs.

The process went smoothly. I really appreciated how personable all the guys are and how they were happy to work around all of my other subs that had to come in and out of the house. And when I needed to make a change they were happy to help. I really appreciated how easy it was to contact Bobby and the crew when I had questions. I would highly recommend them for all of your electrical needs.

Appointment was for tech to show up between 2:30-4:30. At 3:30, I texted the tech, he called and said he would be there in 40 minutes "leaving now". At 5 I texted him for his ETA, said I had to pick up my kids after school. He says "Go get them". Then says "traffic", but he is on his way. I am still waiting at 6pm, and then he texts me he has to stop at the bank first. (?). How can he work in the dark, I'm wondering? He offered to reschedule for Monday, but why should I waste more of my vacation time to wait for someone who has been disingenuous from the start. The worst part was the flagrant disrespect for my time, and how easily he could have just said I don't feel like working, instead of telling me he would be there. Now I am scrambling to find a reputable electrician, thank goodness for word of mouth. I'm very surprised a super service award winner would not only no show to a job, but then string me along for hours, and then still no show. I was really counting on him as I am on a time crunch.

They did an outstanding job. The 2nd chandelier was on a 12 foot ceiling above our stairway landing. Very friendly, punctual. This is the 2nd time I've used them and I've been extremely pleased both times.

Excellent work at my mom's house. I worked with them from out of state and they did an outstanding job.

Everything was done satisfactorily, exceptfpor a few items. An added circuit now has no power. WIll be asking for a visit to figure out why. The $27 dollar offer seems to be a gimmick. That work would have been done anyway. I expect the areas where work is done to be at elast as clean as before the work. In some places the team didn't clean as I expectedso I had clenaup work to do when they left.

We haven't had the work completed because we are trying to decided whether to sell the house as is.

I called in phaze for a quote and they sent an electrician out to look things over. He said it would be an all day job, call when I had all the fixtures in hand and they would schedule the job and return. When I had all the fixtures, I called In Phaze back and explained to the woman on the phone that I was ready for the work to be done. She told me she could schedule him to come in a couple of days at 3pm. I reminded her that this was an all day job. She said she would schedule him the day later for 9am to 2pm. I reminded her that this was an all day job. She said OK and hung up. We had to move a whole lot of stuff around to get ready for him so we were looking forward to getting him in and out so we could put the house back together. He showed up on time on the right day but she had scheduled him to do an appraisal not to do any work. And she scheduled him for 9 to 2. I sent him away, called In Phaze and cancelled the work order. We sat high and dry with the house torn up. Not just lousy but hideous.

An appointment was initially scheduled without consulting us. We were on vacation at the time. Upon our return, we received a message that the appointment had to be changed. We spoke to the dispatcher, and amid more confusion, another appointment was made. The day scheduled, no one showed up. We called, complained, and another appointment was made. This time, the technician called before his arrival. Prior to the inspection, we told him we were having problems with a GFI plug. He took it upon himself to go ahead and fix the plug without presenting us with an estimate of charges. As for the inspection, I believe they looked at the breaker box. They did come in and ask me if my kitchen appliances were working. Then they presented us with a bill for $190+, which included a $35 service fee, $100 labor cost, and the rest for parts. We were flabbergasted, but went ahead and paid. We called the company again to complain, and they were supposed to waive the $35 service fee. Didn't we pay $49 for the service call already? It was a totally confusing and somewhat unprofessional appointment.

The call was scheduled easily and the electrician who performed the original work came out to see if the issue was the original job or if the switch (my original, not a replacement) had failed at an odd time. It turns out it was the switch. The electrician asked my adult son if he had permission to replace it at an additional cost and he was told yes. To be clear, it was not only the electrician's job to be more specific and quote a price but also my son's to ask for that price before approving the job. The switch was replaced and works fine now. My issue is with the owner's response. I called in immediately after receiving the invoice for $160 (which was $13 more than the two hour Angie's List deal I had previously purchased) for a 15 minute job. The receptionist listened, told me she believed the owner would be able to make this right, and took my information. The owner failed to address my concern for more than a week and only after I reached out again suggesting I wanted to pay them, but wanted to discuss the situation prior to doing so. He told me that he has to pay his lawyer the same for simple answers and that he understood that one out of 100 of his customers pricing complaints are valid. He offered me a $20 discount and I decided that I would prefer to write out a complete, detailed and accurate review of what I see as a short sighted decision than take his $20 and allow this to happen to someone else. Was the switch bad? Probably. Is it possible that I was baited and switched? That's possible although I would like to think it was not the case... I cannot imagine he made much (if anything) on the original work, so getting a service call certainly had to help the overall balance sheet for my account. Part of running a small business is gauging ways to ensure people call back. Earning a new client is a lot harder than keeping an existing one. But in this case Tony had the opportunity to say he understood the optics of the issue and as long as he didn't lose money, he could meet me in the middle. Instead I received a short sermon and the offer of $20. I own five properties and know exactly how much time it would have taken me to make this fix. Quote me a rate before providing service and allow me to make the only reasonable decision... Was this company 100% to blame? Absolutely not. But would I ever consider hiring them again when there are so many other providers in the area? Absolutely not.

Todd was very efficient, professional and informational. He provided information on different types of lighting for both the interior and exterior lights. He provided written estimates on all of the different work that needs to be done. He broke down the estimate into each individual job so we can get things done in a timely but cost effective manner. Will be calling them soon to start the work.

Of the four contractors I called, In Phase Electric was the only one to provide an estimate the same day. Jason and Robert were professional and efficient and walked me through the process making sure I understood what the service would entail. They finished in a timely manner with no mess. I would certainly use them again.

They sent an extra electrician (at no additional cost) and were fantastic! VERY happy with this purchase!!
