Bobby arrived and got right to work, was courteous, and my goodness fast. The job was complete in about 45 minutes and I was able to go about my day much sooner than I anticipated. The price was right on and they even honored the coupon I presented from their website with no issue. I would absolutely hire In Phaze again and the great news is that they will travel!!!

Ozzie from In Phaze electric took down a ceiling fan that was no longer working and installed the replacement fan. After installing, he found that it was wobbling so he took it down and re-installed it to make sure it wasn't his error. This all took several hours on a Friday evening. He went above an beyond what he needed to do. Ultimately, the fan company sent us another fan due to the wobbling issue and we requested Ozzie to come back out and install it. Again he did a wonderful job. Mike, who took my phone calls, was also great to work with. When I originally called about the fan (which was making a popping sound and electrical smell when you'd turn it on), he told me that it was likely the fan itself and not an electrical problem, and he was right. He could have easily had someone come out to look at it and charged me for it, and I wouldn't have known the difference. I'm so happy we found an honest, reputable electric company that we will use for any electrical issues in the future.

In Phaze sent a local electrician to my home to determine exactly what needed to be done. It was actually quite involved. I don't quite understand everything, but a second electric panel needed to be removed. Something in the attic needed to be changed; and the new panel installed. That involved cutting a hole in the wall and moving a shelf in my laundry room since the new panel is longer than the old one. Anyway, the electrician gave me a reasonable estimate, and we set a date for the work to be done. The work took an entire day. The electrician was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The job appeared rather complex to me, but he made a complicated wiring system more simple. He also went above and beyond the call of duty and fixed three outlets in the house that were loose (free of charge!). I was very pleased with the work, and with the In Phaze electrician.

They did a really good job. He was very knowledgeable and helped me troubleshoot some stuff. I didn't have to really do anything, which was great. It didn't cost me anything else. He was an honest guy. I would definitely use them again.

Work was performed satisfactorily except broken glass light bulbs were left on the driveway where someone could harm themselves.

I called In Phaze for a few issues I have having. They repaired an exterior outlet that another electrician could not fix. They also replaced a living room ceiling fan that had stopped working and an exterior ceiling fan that was starting to fail. Robert Wheeler did an outstanding job, was very professional, and ensured everything was working after the install. The install was quick as well and the prices were great. I will hire them again in the coming weeks to do several other projects in the house. Highly recommend their services!

Excellent! Todd kept in contact with us after the initial inspection and quote. He arrived on time for the work. He was very professional and got to work quickly. He was supposed to install a 4th light, but when he opened the box (which was sealed), he noticed the light was used, cracked and bent. He immediately showed us the damage so we could return it (we originally bought it). We will be calling him again to install that 4th light once we get it exchanged.

It is easy to see why these guys are on top of Angie's List here in Orlando. Robert was prompt, professional, and looked ahead to predict our needs. He saw I was working from home, and ran a temp line as quickly as he could to serve the need and get me up and running as soon as possible. The work was done quickly and cleanly, and I was, and am very satisfied. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

It was good. The electrician needed to overcome some construction barriers within the walls. He did it neatly and professionally.

This was our 2nd time using In Phaze Electric for this type of work, and we SPECIFICALLY asked for Keith to be assigned. He had come out the first time, and he is SPECTACULAR. He is knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and professional. He moved from one item on the list to the next without wasting any time at whatsoever. All the while, offering good advice and tips. I will continue to use this company (as long as they keep sending out Keith).

Everything was perfect! The end result is exactly what we wanted and looks like it always belonged. Alex Carvajal was our tech that came out and he is incredibly professional and great to work with. Highly recommend In Phaze Electric and Alex specifically for a job well done!

It was perfect my Electrician was polite, professional and personable. I was comfortable with him in my home. I was very pleased with the fact the he was willing to put on the crystal on the chandeliers because I had started doing it. He tested the lights before he left. I will definitely use In Phaze again.
