In Phaze Electric, Inc.

I had a few electrical projects that needed repair/updated around my house. I went online and did some research to find a reputable company. I narrowed my search to three companies. After receiving free estimates from these companies, I settled with In Phaze Electric, Inc. This company is owned by Mr. Tony Taylor. His Team Leader Robert came to my home and listened to what electrical work that I needed. He explained what would be required and then provided me with a professional written estimate. Robert was very honest, sincere and courteous. We agreed on a price and the work proceeded. A couple days later, two Electricians (Tito and Hector) arrived at my home, on time and had a professional appearance and attitude. The work these two men performed was outstanding!! They did immaculate work. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the results. Their work was an absolute masterpiece!! The price In Phaze Electric charged for the work they did was very fair!! I would recommend this company to anyone searching for a quality electrical company. This is a 5+ star company!!

It went better than I expected - Robert arrived and got everything set-up...very knowledgeable and nice guy! Another technician arrived shortly thereafter and completed the job sooner than I expected. All the breakers are Square D, which is awesome. Very happy!

Although it took a bit of phone tag to set the appointment, we got one set for the next day. William was on time, and got right to work. He quickly fixed the problem by replacing a GFI outlet - not the breaker (which I described as part of the issue in our conversations before the appointment). So I still have a breaker that is not completely functional, but all my outlets work. He was very polite and professional and did good work and gave great advice.

They changed some GFI outlets. We filed a claim with our insurance. They did GFCI and duplex recepticals.

Very well. In Phaze sent the electrican who had found the problem with the old ceiling fan. William arrived on time, handled the job expertly, and cleaned up completely.

It went well. The guys were professional and tidy. The only issue was that they came a little later than expected. Apparently someone in the office double-booked the electrician. It wasn't a huge issue for me as I didn't have to work and had the day off, but I could see this being an inconvenience if you have a tight schedule.

It was horrible, guy was late (Appt between 3 & 5) he came at 7:30pm & had an attitude because he had to go to the security check in for my Community. Ironic because he did not call until 6:45pm & offer no apology. Had the nerve to tell me he was busy & I was lucky he showed at all. Then tried to sell me a switch even though I was clear that he was labor only. He then quoted me a price of $600 which was triple the going rate. Not cool to try & exploit people. He said that was what he was charging people all day. What a Scumbag!! Never again.

Not great service, but okay. Their knowledge of doing a ceiling fan installation was not good, they couldn't troubleshoot simple stabilization of the ceiling fan and figuring out how to handle the ceiling fan not working properly. The lightbulbs were not the correct ones and the wiring was mixed up on one of the fans.

Chris Haywood arrived to our house and was probably one of the most friendliest people I have ever done business with. He made us feel comfortable allowing him into our house and that we were getting the best deal possible. The day of installation, he arrived on time and was very careful not to make a mess during his install. The work was performed as expected and we are very happy with the entire experience from In Phaze and Chris Haywood. We would definitely recommend this company and most importantly Chris to do any work.

Great! This is the second time I've used them. Technician was friendly and professional.

They worked with me and even though I had to reschedule the appointment, they were good with that. They did not charge for the reschedule. The Electrician they sent out was observant and knew his trade, very professional, yet not stuffy. The guys I spoke with were excellent, punctual and friendly. I will definitely use them again..

Very easy to work with, reliable. Steve did the inspection, I could ask everything, he followed up if the light would work now (night sensor...). Will hire again for needed work due to my remodeling activities. Looking forward to work with the inPhaze team again ;-)
