William with In-Phaze Electric did a great job installing electrical outlets in eight areas of our home. Only one of the eight areas will require any drywall work due to required holes from wire-fishing. This is the second time I have used In-Phaze Electric, (the first was several months ago, with Milo, at another home), and the results this time were just as impressive as the first time. I certainly recommend In-Phaze Electric to anyone requiring the services of an electrician.

Technician believed the job to be too difficult and declined to provide an estimate. Overall experience with this technician was poor.

Mike came out. He was right on time, very professional, qualified and honest. He told me what the contractor said was not correct. He verified and checked all aspects of my electrical and said there were no safety issues and everything was operating well. He said my electrical box was old and even though we could still get parts and it would not effect my insurance (like my contractor said) I should plan on getting a new panel in the future but there was no emergency. I am budgeting for that now and will definitely call them when the time comes to do it. I have found my new electrician who is honest, fair, professional and I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs electrical service. I already called a friend to have them get a second opinion.

I had contacted In Phaze last Thursday as I needed an electrical outlet repaired. The gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant on the phone, and we set up an appointment to have someone come and look at the problem between 12PM and 1PM the following Monday (which was this past Monday). Unfortunately, nobody showed up or called to indicate they could not make it, which is disrespectful of my time as a consumer and quite frustrating as I needed this work completed. I tried to follow up yesterday morning I got voicemail so I left a message indicating the issue and requesting a callback. I didn't hear back (now over 24 hours) and when I called today thinking I would give it one more try, I got voicemail again. I ended up going with another Electrician I found here on Angie's list, but it's my hope that this review will help the management at In Phaze in some way to address these issues.

As much as I hate writing a bad review, it needs to be done this time. In Phaze came out to my residence and performed an estimate, that went smoothly. However after that, their follow through was non existent! I cannot understand how a company can completely ignore a customer like this. I called back on 5 separate occasions over 3 weeks to schedule the work to be done. I could not even get them to send me an email with an estimate let alone schedule the work. Don't believe me? Try calling, I'd bet money you will get an answering machine. Seek work elsewhere.

I had a transfer switch installed by another company. The job was not done correctly -- the electrician installed a female receptacle instead of a male receptacle. Since he hasn't returned to correct the error, I called In Phaze Electric to a) correct any other mistakes that were made, and b) install the correct receptacle. The technician called to say that he was in the area, and that he could complete the job today. I agreed. He showed up, promptly began work, and he was finished within an hour. Now I have a transfer switch to which I am able to connect my generator. Regarding the price, I thought it was a little on the high side. But, the mistake made by the previous electrician was fixed by In Phaze; so, maybe it was worth it.

John arrived on time, very professional and courteous.

My fiance and I saw a deal with an offer on installation of outdoor electrical outlets. We also were looking to install 2 outdoor lights on our patio and possibly some additional work that we would have talked about during the visit. We called up In Phaze Electric last week and had set an appointment for 2/20 for early in the morning. My fiance received a call/text saying they would have to reschedule for later in the day. Unfortunately that time did not work for us so we rescheduled for 2/22 at 9am. As of 11am no one has called or shown up. We called and left a message. We will not be doing business with a company who has shown a lack of punctuality and professionalism in reaching out to clients. We understand things come up that you cannot plan for, however, a courtesy call would have been great.

I had a great experience with this major rewire project. When they came out to review the project for a quote we discussed some of the potential challenges they might find in the 60-year-old block structure. Once I made the decision to go with In Phaze, they were able to start the job the following week with a full crew (4-5 workers) every day of the project. Tito and his crew did a fantastic job, finishing a two-to-three week job in about seven days and the job passed inspection with no issues. They were always in communication when there were options of how to complete parts of the job to make sure it met my expectations.

The electrician was friendly, courteous, prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and was careful to leave the working area clean. In Phaze had a set price for installation of a standard ceiling fan so there were no surprise fees. Overall a very good experience. I will absolutely call In Phaze whenever I need an electrician.

I would like to start by saying that this company exceeded my expectations. I dealt with the technician (Osvaldo Abreu) and I must say he is a great asset to this company and an examplary employee. He went above and beyond while assisting me with the repair needed. He was knowledgeable, trust-worthy and mostly went above and beyond to provide me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision as to what I needed to do to repair my issue. I will say that this company has definitely won me a long-time customer and I will continue to use them for any electrical issues needed in the future. If you have any doubts/concerns as to why you shouldn't hire this company, my recommendation is to hire them - just DO IT, as you will not be disappointed! I work in the Property Management business and deal with many vendors on a daily basis and I must say that this company and technician are truly one of the best. More importantly, they're honest about their prices and very trustworthy. It was a true pleasure working with them!

The technician was on time and did an excellent job.

The electrician came out as scheduled and did a thorough inspection, and gave a full report of what he had observed. He was patient and offered all my questions. I felt confident that he was giving me a complete and honest report.

They did a good job, were polite, easy to talk with and ready to meet my needs. Other than them not covering their shoes when entering my home on my light colored carpet everything else went well.

Keith was a great technician and was very responsive to questions I had (I had quite a few!) and never made me feel like I was bothering him. He answered my questions in a way I understood. I felt comfortable with him and would definitely welcome him to do repairs in mine and my mother's home again. I felt the pricing was fair for the work done.

I had two ceiling fans installed in living room and bedroom. The technician realized there was no box wired for one fan and was able to install a box for minimal up charge while on site. Fan was installed correctly and balanced.

I was referred by a co- worker. I had a outlet that had caught fire from wires inside( found out after Dennis showed me). I had set up an appointment for estimate and technician showed up on time and was great. I asked when the work could be done and he did it on the spot, he did go and get some parts from hardware store. The work was done in timely manner and very nice clean up. I had the outlet changes and a light fixture added to the attic. I was able to use a yelp coupon and the price was more than reasonable. Definitely will use again!!

Excellent service! Called at 9am, electrician arrived by 1pm, work completed an hour later. Absolutely amazing level of service. Highly recommend!

Alex came to inspect and provided a timely estimate with all charges spelled out. Once we accepted the estimate, he quickly worked with us to schedule a time to do the work. He came out at the exact time agreed upon, and he ended up converting two additional canister lights to LED for us for free! Alex explained that after he provided us with the estimate, his wife had a baby, and even though he wasn't going out on jobs by the time we agreed to the estimate, he did so for us because he had already done the estimate. He was very professional, did more work than agreed upon, and left the place clean. I would definitely hire him again if I needed an electrician! I didn't rate him above on price only because I ended up not getting another estimate, so I didn't have a method of comparison for the exact job that he did for us.

It was awesome. They came the day before to determine the scope and showed up the next morning to replace the panel, They were punctual, courteous, friendly and took ownership of there work. They were great to deal with and I would definitely use them if I need electrical work done. They replaced the company I used in the past as my 'Go to Company' you won't go wrong in using them. Found our electrician. We had an emergency and had to call 911. We could smell an electrical fire in the wall. We never had an electrical need before this. I put a post out on Angie's list to 6 electricians. In phaze electric inc, replied within 10 minutes and was sending a technician to the house. Repair work was done by Dennis. He was awesome. Very personable and got right to work fixing the outlet. Very impressive!!!

For the most part it well there. There was a hiccup where we could not use the old downrod for the fan since the old rod could not be removed from the fan no matter what was done to try force it off. That necessitated the electrician to leave and come back the next day after I had purchased a new down rod. After that, the installation was completed. There were some issues with trying to get the fan and the remote connected to each other but the technician spent the time to get it working. Over all, they did a great job and I would highly recommend them for their professionalism.
