Eric Knopsnyder totally exceeded my expection. He arrived punctually as agreed, worked fast and efficiently to install my new Generac GP 17,500, tested it, teached me how to operate it, all of that in the span of a couple of hours. After leaving, he even called me to remind me to register the generator at the manufacturer web site to ensure a valid/timely warranty. In-Phase was not the cheapest bidder for my project, but it was certainly the best I could find. Now, my home will be fully powered in case of an outage. Living in Florida amid a hurricane season, that's a big relief.

Service manager Milo Lynch called the day before to confirm the appointment, then again an hour before to say he was on the way, showing up promptly at the appointed time. Milo was very thorough as he walked through the house, patiently explaining what needed to be done, presented possible scenarios and noted a few things that should have been done differently. He pointed out things that were done well, done badly and other things that were done incorrectly. (For example, my electric panel in the garage had been installed 'too high from the ground' and would therefore not pass inspection! I received a very detailed estimate a few days later, outlining the work that needs to be done (and corrected), also describing the electrical condition he found the house in, as left by the previous contractor. Milo was very professional, courteous, and sounded extremely knowledgeable. I was further impressed that he took such time to assess the situation and patiently explain everything to me. Because of Milo, I feel confident that I can trust IN PHAZE ELECTRIC and will definitely be calling on them to take on the job of finishing my electrical work; once the investigation of my previous electrical contractor is complete.

The work was done well. I was given full training afterwards on running the generator. How to turn off the main power, switch to generator, etc. Excellent.

Very punctual. Came out and gave a quote. Executed the work at the price given. did a great job and was on time for all appointments.

On the whole, the job went well. I got several quotes and went with In Phaze because of price and scheduling. They were to bring the house up to 2018 wiring code. My first contact, Mr. Weady, honored the initial quote even though I took nearly five months to decide. He was helpful when asked if there was anything I should consider adding since the house is old...he made some great suggestions. A crew of 5-6 men came and it took 5 days for most of the work to be done while I was living in the house. The crew seemed to work well together and kept me informed as to progress. They were careful each day when they left that I had electricity to the air conditioner and several rooms. Tito was in charge at the house and was very professional. There were several issues which took more time to resolve because I could not get a response from the company for awhile. The remaining matters were finished by Ozzy Abreu, who spent much time and effort to make sure I was completely satisfied. All in all, I am glad I called In Phaze.

I hired IN-PHAZE as a "professional" electrical contractor and their work DID NOT PASS INSPECTION!!! Here were the reasons listed: 1. 2014 NEC 352 Article; Ridge Polyvinyl Chloride Conduit Type PVC locknuts not properly installed at service 2. 2014 NEC 408.4 Every circuit and circuit modification shall be legibly identified as to its clear, evident, and specific purpose or use. Unless you actually want an electrician that CAN'T pass an inspection on the first try, that's a pain to get a hold of, and is so unreliable that you hardly ever know WHEN and IF they will show, do yourself a favor and find another company and forget about IN-PHAZE.

The communication was good and the technician showed timely to the appointment. Service tech was knowledgeable and did a good job installing the fan and installing a new box.

Sent an email requesting a call through Angie's List and never received a response.

Eric arrived on time. He did not have a tall enough ladder to access the high ceilings in the house, but he used my ladder. He worked very quickly and installed all eight lights within two hours. I will have more work in the future, and I intend to use InPhaze Electric. And I will request Eric next time too. Job well done.

The estimates from here for a new HVAC system were absolutely the most expensive and covered less. I attempted to negotiate with Otto to no avail. The hot water heater estimate was higher but I was able to negotiate with Felix and ended up feeling good about the price and then very good about the work - which passed inspection readily.

Vandals had cut & ripped out EVERYTHING. Kieth was amazing in his replace and repair of the entire house. Passed inspection first try.

Fantastic! Making the appointment was easy. Friendly and accommodating. I was updated on appt time. Milo, the technician, was great! He, too, was friendly and personable. He was knowledgeable and did a great job! I didn’t have to pick up after him either! I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat! The “deal” was exceptional!

Benjamin was our service tech and he was fantastic, her was done sooner then he said.

Ben, our electrician, was very professional and kind. He showed up on time and efficiently and effectively installed our ceiling fan. Highly recommend!

It was a bit complicated, which is why I used them. They figured it out though.

I took advantage of the Angie's list Electrical Panel Swap/Upgrade deal. I also needed an inlet box installed for a portable generator I had just purchased for the hurricane season. Ozzy Abreu came out to perform the services, very professional and knowledgeable. I am completely satisfied with the work done. Both jobs were completed the same day except for the generator inlet box (difficulty securing because of high demand lately) despite it pouring rain most of the time. I was charged exactly how much was quoted and was kept informed throughout the whole job. The electronic quotes, invoices and receipts were a nice touch in addition to the appointment notifications with details of the technician performing the work.

Ben Gill was super pleasant and very professional. Excellent work done. Fixed the issue which was a nick in the neutral line to a particular location.

Very well. Electrician was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me as he was doing the work. I was very happy with his work. He cleaned up after himself.

We called and left a voice mail message 24 hours ago for someone to return my call, explaining my electrical problem, leaving my home phone number. I was surprised a copy with so many awards from Angie's List did not have a person to answer its phone. I am also surprised 24 hours later, i am still waiting on a person to return my call. As a result, i will not be doing business with a company who has shown a lack of punctuality and professionalism with a perspective client. Makes me wonder what avenue of contact their clients have with this company after the work is done.

Very well. The gentleman was quick and professional. The work was neat. The work was completed and i have not had an issue.

The service was excellent. Matthew on the first visit helps resolve issues immediately. His estimate was reasonable. Though he was a little late he kept in touched and explain. He was thorough and professional. He explained the options available. He went out of his way to assure that job was completed to a high standard. I definitely plan to use In Phaze again and it is primarily because of Matthew. Also, the coupon was very helpful.

Punctual and courteous and very professional, this company is very well structured, will recommend. The thecnician was knowledgeable and efficient, everything I asked to be done was possible, other contractors I hired in the past had issues and couldn't get things done properly. I'm extremely satisfied with the service, this company did a great job Cleaned up after finishing the job label all the electrical breakers in my panel, now I know where everything is controlled by in and around my house, Alex the technician was very professional and knowledgeable by the way he speaks Spanish, he had to communicate with my father in law that does not speak English while I was working, I will call inphaze again for my other projects.

The (Alex) installer showed up 2 hours later than agreed up time. He "finished" the work in about 20 minutes. Initially he said he was going to cut a hole for the exhaust on the side of the home when he gave me the estimate but instead ran the exhaust line across my house to the ventilation duct. Instead of running another power line to the switch he ran it directly off the same light switch in the bathroom so that it turns on at the same time. This is a shady company. Make sure you keep an eye on them if you decide to hire them!
