Description of Work: Repaired a three-way circuit for exterior lighting to garage/apartment unit in the back of the property. Description of Work: I had read great reviews on Angie's list and was disappointed. the job was to remove two outdoor ceiling fans and replace with new. The technician was a very nice person, polite, friendly but inexperienced. He broke one of the lights in one of the old fans (he was working around the broken glass that was on top of the spa cover and I had to go out with a broom to clean it up before glass got into the spa - he didn't make any effort to tell me it broke or to clean it up), did not know that lubricant would help loosen a rusted screw (I gave him some WD40 and suggested he try it)and it seemed to take too long to do the job.

Description of Work: Elvin performed our work today. He arrived 10 minutes early. Worked promptly, explained the process as he went along and we were charged a fair price. He changed about 3-5 GFI receptacles and reversed several hot/cold/neutral outlets. Will use again.

Description of Work: We had two GFI outlets installed, a new outlet added, a light fixture for a ceiling fan corrected and code corrections made to 8 ceiling can fixtures. The service technician, Nick, was running a little late due to traffic, but he called to let us know. He was able to professionally complete the job in less than three hours. He had to run to the store to get the supplies he needed which took about an hour, but otherwise, he was efficient and professional. I would recommend In Phaze for electrical needs.

Description of Work: Nick our technician arrived at the scheduled time. He immediately explained his rates and the time it would take him to complete my electrical concerns. He also looked at future electrical projects I need completed and how much time and material they would require at no additional cost.
