Description of Work: We bought the electrical home inspection. They scheduled as stated and arrived on time. They were thorough and estimated a list of work we requested to be done. Their estimate is reasonable and we are going to schedule a return visit to complete the estimated work. Very professional but relaxed with no upselling.

Description of Work: They are doing a full breaker panel replacement and installing an outlet for my new dryer. They are also fixing the ac unit wiring because whoever had done all of these things before did a horrible job. I am very thankful for the staff at In Phaze Electric!!

Description of Work: The installer was a nice guy but he left a couple of blank circuit breaker slots in the new service panel--a bit later, we had other work done by another contractor with regard to a new kitchen installation--the electrical inspector refused to OK the new kitchen wiring due to the two open slots in the panel...so the second contractor had to fill/cover the open slots. Also, the second contractor asked how much I was charged for the new panel....he had nothing to gain...he told me the job was worth maybe half that amount as the panel was wall mounted with easy wire access and not recessed. My opinion===>In Phaze was just OK.

Description of Work: Victor replaced a light switch that was shorted out. He was on time and I was very pleased with his work.

Description of Work: I had four different electrical jobs. I needed to have 6 overhead lights switched over to LED. Next, I wanted LED under-cabinet lighting installed, together with a switch. Then I had three pendant lights installed over a bar together with a switch. Finally, I needed 7 overhead LED lights installed with a modern dimmer switch. | |Jay from In-Phaze did an outstanding job, knocking everything out perfectly. It took two days total. The results are literally illuminating - the light is so warm and bright. | |I'm going to have In-Phaze do additional work in the near future.

Description of Work: Every light switch in our house was failing at the same time due to a cheap builder. In Phaze sent someone to replace them all. I think his name was Victor... He was super professional and one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. I'll be recommending In Phaze (and Victor!) to all my friends.

Description of Work: Conducted eletrical inspection of home. The first appointment was an overall estimate. The rep just did not show up. I called him, no response; called the office, and they promptly returned my call. The second appointment for the actual inspection was completed by another rep. He was an hour late. It would be great if they would call the client ahead of time if they are going to be late. The first experience, in my opinion, is very poor customer service. The inspection itself was fine, no problems.

Description of Work: Accessed all GFI outlets and repaired issues. Also, fixed issues with crossed wires in two rooms by builders. Lastly, changed/installed 2 light fixtures. I put a B for punctuality because they indeed were late for work but, that being said...he kept me informed with the why,when, and how.

Description of Work: They installed an outdoor electrical outlet to the front of our house. It took them only 1/2 hour to complete the job with no mess left behind and they took time to show me how to use it and that it was working properly.
