Description of Work: Dennis installed a whole home surge protector for my house. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and even came out on a Saturday to fit my schedule. He took care of taking off the old surge protector and putting the new one on and did it very quickly. I even had him give me a quote for some future work. I would definitely use them again. My only complaint was that the person who originally scheduled the service did not give all my information to Dennis and he could not contact me and the first scheduled service had to be rescheduled. But they handled it right away when I called the next day and Dennis came out and everything is great!

Description of Work: When my townhome unit had electricity problems and the top floor was out of power, I called In Phaze for a check-up due to their good reviews on Angie's List. Lamont came to my unit and told us that we have to replace the unit's sub panel for $1437.75. I was shocked at their price and couldn't make a decision at that moment. Then, he changed a current device in the sub panel to temporarily bring the power back to the third floor and charged me $359.00 for it. I called the company office's that evening to ask more questions about the quote and never got a response. A couple days later, I found another good reputable electricity company on Angie's List to replace my unit panel for only $890.00 and never had any electricity problems since then. I was very disappointed with their price and service. I don't know where those good reviews come from. I will never use this company's services again !

Description of Work: Scheduling of the installation was quick and easy. Installer was punctual, and his work was very professional. Only difficulty was that the installer did not provide warranty paper on the surge protector. It took some back and forth over a few weeks to get the warranty paper work. But the job was done well, and I'd highly recommended this company to provide this service.

Description of Work: Installed a whole house surge protector in main exterior circuit box. Called to confirm stated arrival time and get information about what band of circuit box our home had. Then explained they were going to make a side trip to get same brand siege protector (stated better fit when using same brand protector as circuit box). Took longer than expected for them to make the side trip, but all was well when they arrived 45 minutes later and installed the surge protector.

Description of Work: Installed whole house surge protector. The installer did a great job. Because of the location of the panel the installation was somewhat difficult. He went the extra distance, took his time and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: We had no lights in our bedroom or bathroom. Mike diagnosed two open electrical circuits and devised a plan to fix it. We traced the wires further back in the wall and Mike devised and tested a different plan that was a couple hundred dollars cheaper. He was friendly and easy to work with as well as persistent and knowledgeable. He knew his stuff and could explain it to us.

Description of Work: They replaced my electric panel box. Well, first they said they would come at 9 am, then called to change to 10 am. I was ok with this, but nobody showed up. Then they called about an hour later and asked me to take some Smartphone photos of the breaker box. So I did and then they said they were not large enough and please retake and send again, so I did. They finally showed up around noon or a little after. They did the work but it took much longer than anticipated, plus they found a crack in some breaker on the outside of the garage and it cost and additional $850 to replace. They were not finished by 6:30 when I had to leave to go to work. I had no choice but to leave. I had to call back the next day because one of the breakers was not connected properly
