Description of Work: Very happy with these guys. The first job was a total upgrade to my breaker box, replacing the weatherhead and adding surge protection. It wasn't inexpensive, but I thought it was reasonable, and they showed up exactly on time and explained everything. Then when my cable (not electrical) box took a lightning surge right before Thanksgiving -- subsequently frying some of my electrical outlets that were connected to devices fed by the cable -- they came within 24 hours, even though it was a holiday week. They beat the cable company by a day.

Description of Work: I contacted them to do the electrical check up for the house. Bobby was there promptly and proceeded to do a full house inspection. He found a couple of areas that need addressing, and I discussed with him doing a few additions to the house. He patiently listened as I asked questions, and was very knowledgeable with the answers. I will definitely be using Phaze Electrical in the future for my electrical work.

In Phaze Electric did a good job and charged us the price quoted. They came at specified time and got work completed in quoted time. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Nick had to reschedule from the original appointment, but he was ble to do it with no inconvenience to me. When he did the work he was professional, punctual and really took the time to explain everything to me. He gave me options for future work that could be done and was a great help with everything we needed. We have since had Nick out to the house to do even more work and will be utilizing him again in the future. Thanks!!

Description of Work: They did an overall electrical system check for me. It was okay and they were fairly reasonable with their estimate to do any needed work. I didn't think the technician that did the inspection was completely thorough. He seemed to be kindof random and disorganized and I had to go back and show him some things that I would have thought would have been obvious. The follow up afterward was good and they were competent. If needed I would contact them again in the future.
