Tom was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and personable. I am quite pleased with his work and would recommend InPhaz to anyone looking for top-notch electrical work. Tom made two trips to my home, because the exhaust fan had not arrived from the store in time for his first visit. Also, I decided to order a different chandelier, so he actually replaced a chandelier twice. Before leaving, Tom did a walk around the house to check that everything electrical was in good order and made sure that I was happy with the work that had been done.

Very well, all work completed in 2 hours. Tito came for what we thought would be just an estimate. He sized up the job called his boss and in 15 minutes we had the estimate. Tito was ready to do the work right then if we agreed to the estimate.

Electrician showed up on time then left early promising to return the next day. Company called to say he could not come until the following day. He did not show up on that day before we had to leave the house. If he does not show up on Monday, it will be three strikes and you are out. I will call another company.

Went great. Very professional. I apparently had a lightning strike but there was not any repairs required.

I had an appointment to review the projects I needed completed and to obtain an estimate. My appointment window was 4-6 PM. At 7 PM no one had shown up and I called and left a voicemail. I received a voicemail later that evening indicating I could receive an estimate over the phone as it was straight forward. If that was the case, I don't know why I was asked to make an appointment in the first place. If they were late for my consultation, I have no confidence that they will be timely when it is time to get the work done. This was a poor first impression.

Ozzy and Oscar were both great, arrived on time, completed the job in less than the time estimated, job was done accurately and professionally and they cleaned up after the job was completed.

The installation went very well!! I have used In Phaze on several occasions. They always deliver quality and professional services.

Ozzy came to our house as planned for an appointment to see what we needed. He wasn't sure about some stuff so he said he would get back to us. This was fine because I wasn't really in a hurry to get it done. About a week or so later he called me to set up another appointment because he couldn't find what he needed and needed to come up with another plan. We agreed on a time and date for him to come back. I have 4 kids with very active schedules so my time is very limited. I let him know that there was only one day that I had available. As stated before, he agreed to the time and date. Well, this date and time came and went with not so much as a phone call. I texted him to find out where he was and he said he forgot about it. Something about his kid was sick or something and he forgot. Sorry, I don't give a second chance for being stood up. As I said, my time is valuable. There is always something going on in my life and when I rearrange my schedule for a professional to show up at my house and they don't, I'm moving on to the next company. I'm sure the workmanship is fine and I'm also sure they mostly show up when and where they're supposed to. I have no interest in hearing back from them nor interest in having them try to "make it right" in any kind of way.

Very well and for less money than expected

hired them to repair landscape lighting. When Keylin S. arrives, he said it would be $50 a half hour, with a 1-hour minimum and a $35 trip charge. He finished in 30 minutes, found the problem but said he didn't have time to correct the issue that day and would need to come back. He said the estimate would be $235 because he expected 2 hours. I had him come back, he corrected the problem in an hour. I expected to pay $135 for it, but he said it was $235 because that was the estimate. It wasn't made clear it was a fixed price job. If it was, I would have negotiated it like it was. When I discussed this with him he said that it was fixed price vs. what we had discussed on day 1. Their business practices are suspect since the repair could have been made on the first day. The second estimate was not clear that it was a fixed price vs. what he told me on the first trip. The problem was corrected but I would not use them again due to the deceptive approach. Buyer beware.

Everyone at this company is nice, and they are honest. HOWEVER, this is a poorly run business!! Start to finish on my job was months, when it should have been a day. If anything goes wrong, you may never hear from them again- they have no follow-through. SEE THE ORANGE COUNTY CLERK OF COURT WEBSITE for litigation against AND by this company to get an idea. It seems like financially, they run day to day, taking money they receive from a new job to pay past due bills on old ones. If you hire this company, DON'T pay them more than 1/2 of ALL money up front, including parts or equipment, and put it on a credit card so you protect yourself if necessary. Unfortunately, I can't be more specific, because, if you look at the Orange County Clerk of Courts website, you"ll see they have sued people for giving them bad reviews on Angie's List! While ultimately I am reasonably happy with the outcome of my job (which is why I rated them overall a "C" rather than an "F"), I personally wouldn't hire this company again, but would cautiously recommend them, only because they are honest, just bad at running a business. FYI, when giving me an estimate, they (illegally) offered to do it without pulling a permit to save me some money, and said they do it all the time! BE SURE to have permits pulled for any work they do, and don't allow commencement of the job until it is pulled and posted to protect yourself now, and when you sell your property (because these day's that kind of thing gets checked at the point of sale of a home).

Very well quick and efficient with a couple glitches

Job completed promptly with professionalism & friendliness. Had to bring sub panel up to code after inspection for home owners insurance. Added a 40 amp breaker & change a regular 20 amp for a 20 amp GFCI breaker. The price was lower then I expected due to a creative lower priced fix - appreciate that! (I expected a long conduit run back to the main.) Once the electrician walked the job, I got digital estimate sent text/email that you can digitally sign to began the job, I like that feature. Highly recommend this company. Bonus... got a thank you card in the mail!

Great experience! Ozzy was my electrician. He was friendly & knowledgable. He came out, analyzed the necessary updates I needed & everything was done the next morning and it didn't break the bank! The company text & emailed all communication which is very convenient. I would recommend this company for your electrical needs.

I think their offer of a free estimate is a bait-and-switch situation. Because he called the morning that he was supposed to be here and told me that would be a hundred dollars for the service charge and $35 service or trip charge so we were up to $135 before the cost of the material which he said I had to have a new dimmer switch and that brought it up to a hundred and $85 to get my dining room chandelier fixed. He offered not to come after I found out that it was going to be $135 but by then I didn't have time to call somebody else and get on their schedule so I went ahead and paid the $185 which I think for a dimmer switch. I will not ever use them again!

great! came the week called and very nice!

Firstly, the "free estimate" was $60.00. We were told we would need all of the wiring in our home replaced as well as one of the fuse boxes. We were told we would recieve an email with an estimate and further details. When I followed up two days later the business owner wrote back stating the ledger reported all work was completed and paid in full the day of the estimate for $60. Two days later I got another email asking for my review as "costomer service is their main priority." Another electrician had come out in the meantime, said he could repair everything bu replacing one fuze and one specific set of wiring, gave us a quote and set ut an appointment on the spot.

Job was completed as promised with no problems. Very professional.

Peter Ramos and Jason were top notch! They were on the job early every day to work full and productive days! They told us what days they would be onsite and they always showed up as promised. The quality of work is excellent! Everything passed inspection on the first call. The overall appearance of the work is very neat and organized. We didn’t have a lot of unused materials at the end of the job. We are beyond happy with In Phaze Electric and will recommend them without reservation.

I claimed an Angie's List Deal with this provider on Friday, 10/12/18, for two hours of electrical labor. I wanted to have a switch installed on a dusk 'til dawn light, and have an inspection done on my clothes dryer outlet. I received a call later that afternoon to arrange a time to visit. They offered Tuesday, however I had a doctor appointment, and asked for another day. The lady on the phone offered Monday, 10/15/18, from 2-4PM. She stated that I would receive a text with the confirmation. I never received a text, and no one ever showed up on 10/15/18, nor did I receive a call cancelling the visit. Very unprofessional company. I wouldn't interact with them again. I'm just glad those Angie's List deals are no longer pre-pay, as I would have been livid if I had paid in advance.

It went well. We bought a house that had an addition put on that wasn't up to code. The work was done quickly and correctly so that the light switches now work in a way that makes sense

We contracted with In Phaze Electric in June 2018 to install a backup generator using an Angies List coupon. After 2 months we were told that we would need to get our own permits. Calls to their permit manager were never returned. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he was in a meeting and would call me back; still waiting for that one. I honestly cannot figure out the Angie's List rating on this business.

Ozzy did a great job. Replaced our old outdated electrical service panel and made connections for an emergency generator. Showed up on time and performed the work on schedule.
