Description of Work: I called to get a bid on replacing lighting fixtures in our small office building. They forgot about our appointment and when I called back they were very apologetic and rescheduled for the next day. They showed up when they promised and gave me a bid but it was 45% higher than the other bid I received.

Description of Work: There was some miscommunication however they were able to deliver and compensate for the misunderstanding. Overall friendly and fair.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List deal with three projects in mind: 1. To replace some damaged security lights with new fixtures. 2. To have an outdoor outlet installed. 3. To get a quote on for installation of electric service to an addition. I scheduled an 8am appointment. At 8:10a on the day of the appointment, I received a call advising me that the electrician would be an hour late. He arrived at 9:20a. During the appointment the new fixtures were installed to my complete satisfaction. They work great. I was advised the the electrician did not have the parts to install and outdoor outlet and was quoted a price for that project including parts and labor. We agreed on a price and set an appointment for 8am the following week. That day at 8:15a, I received a call advising me that the electrician's car would not start. We have not rescheduled as I have not been able to find the time to be home. I have not received the quote for the room addition, but the electrician might be waiting for the next time I can meet to present it, as opposed to sending the quote. The electrician was a nice person who seemed to know what he was doing. The work he did was completed quickly and everything works.

Description of Work: Joshua replaced the doorbell, he had to crawl through very restricted attic space, I was satisfied with his work.

Description of Work: Juan from In Phaze arrived early, ready to work. Took the time to orient himself to the situation and requirements and hit it steadily and without a break. Very Pleasant and easy to work with. Definitely recommend this level of service to anyone interested. This was a relatively simple job which could have become a mess. Juan knew what he was talking about and did it effectively and efficiently. Have more work, but will wait. Thanks Angie

Description of Work: My Mom's 15 yr. old reclining bed was not working any longer and could not find anyone that would come out and look at it for us. We were thinking it needed a new motor. But when I called Phaze Elec. they sent out a teck and he checked it out and the motor was fine he told me that we needed to move the bed so it would not nock the cord loose from the wall. He could have replaced the motor and I would have been none the wiser. So in my mind they are a very reputable company and I would recamend them.

Description of Work: THE COMPANY NEVER SEND SOMEONE OUT WHEN I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHY SPOKE TO OWNER WHO ADDMITTED THAT HE FORGOT TO PLACE ME ON HIS LIST FOR THE DAY SO WE RESCHEDULED AND THE HE FORGOT AGAIN, SO WHEN HE DID GET SOMEONE OVER TO ME I WAS SO UPSET THAT I CANCELLED ANY OTHER WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. NEVER RECEIVED AND APOLGOLY FROM ANYONE .

Description of Work: In Phaze Electric is a company that I would definitely do business with again! Because they were very professional, helpful and accomodating to my time constraints by coming out the very next day. The prices that they quoted me were very competitive.I had them come out to do two things that needed ( I thought) to be done. They could have done something that wasn't needed and charged me anyway and I would have not know any different. So, the fact that they were HONEST and didn't charge me anything isgolden in my book.
