It started leaking on May 6th, 2014. Technician came and wrote that panel was defective, the service order clearly states. "Replace panel. Leak can't be sealed" Then another person had to review it, and demanded money to fix even with a guarantee. Now they refuse to repair because it was "freeze damage". In Florida, in May! It froze here ONCE last year in January. They want $500 to fix their broken solar panel, and it does NOT save any money as we were promised. RIP OFF. BEWARE.
Description of Work: Installed solar hot water 28 months ago with a 12 year warranty. Refuse to honor warranty now that it is defective and leaking.

They were very polite, punctual, and very accommodating.
Description of Work: We had solar panels, solar hot water tank, solar attic fans, they had to put in more insulation.
