It was perfect. I didn’t know where to get the granite or how it would work and they really helped me in answering the questions. I also needed to replace my sink and he gave me great recommendations. He’s great at finding what you really work. Everything was done on time and he was very precise. He followed up very quickly. All of the information is available on the internet. He was always very available and if he wasn’t, it didn’t take him long to follow.

I found them to be very competitive in their pricing. They provided an accurate estimate of time and materials, showed up on time, and did an excellent job removing the old counters and installing new ones. They were very responsive through all phases of the project. Many thanks to Terry, Junior, and their crew for a fantastic job ! Highly recommend !!

We worked with Donny and he was excellent. From the beginning and all the way through the project he was very attentive, thorough and honest. Donny came out to measure and sent me the estimate the next day, which was surprising because it was taking other contractors several weeks to prepare an estimate. Donny's pricing was competitive, and what I liked the best is that it was very easy to understand. Pretty much everything went according to the schedule that Donny laid out for our project. There were a couple of small issues that needed extra attention, but Donny took care of them right away. I4 kitchen and bath did a great job with installing a new kitchen. They were very good at the planning and layout of the new design, making sure the new cabinets and countertops not only fit in the space but looked good as well.

We were so satisfied and pleased how everything was completed and done so professionally. I like the way I-4 Kitchen and Bath and Donny returned calls and were so very helpful when I asked so many questions. I liked the way Donny would guide us and give us help in deciding the pros and cons of the decision. Donny also planned the kitchen so that it flowed and would make my job in the kitchen easier. Everyone that has come into our home has oooed and ahhhed over our new beautiful kitchen. Donny even found contractors for us so we could get estimates for all the plumbing, electrical, carpentry work that needed to be done. We also had an emergency come up, our 92 yr. old mother in law wanted to come home early. Donny came through and got our sink in early so I could cook. My wife and i recently purchased a new (old) home that required extensive renovation. We did our homework and looked at several vendors who provided cabinets. Ultimately we went with i-4 Kitchen bath mostly due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews on angieslist.com. Junior's service was impeccable! I love dealing with businesses that under promise and over deliver. Time, pricing and service are all top notch. I would definitely recommend them to others. You will not be disappointed. A+++

In today?s market where every product is hyped and almost every company over promised but under delivered, it is rare to find a company that does the opposite ? and in the end leave you with that great feeling that they just didn?t want your money but wanted you to be happy when the job is completed. That company is I-4 Kitchen and Bath We spent a good amount of time doing research on kitchen remodeling and were not very encouraged when we found out that a complete kitchen remodeling can easily set you back north $30K for a standard kitchen. Following our research we called three companies to come out and give us estimates. One company sent a sale man out who simple gave us a price for what we asked. Turns out their estimate was for their entry-line cabinets which were simple, bland and plain with no choice of countertops. Another company impressed us with their products, prices, and design services but was quickly eliminated when they took five business day to return a follow up phone call. I-4 Kitchen and Bath won our hearts and wallet because they took the time to listen to what we wanted and then make the kind of design suggestions that make you say, ?oh, why didn?t I think of that?. In the end we ended up with a kitchen that ? six months later we are still looking at it and saying ?wow!?. If I finished here, it would be only half the story. We had heard horror kitchen remodeling stories from people who have been without their kitchen for up to a month, and thought all we could do is hope for the best. Well either we are very lucky or I-4 Kitchen is the most organized and managed remodeling company around. I would like to think it's a bit of both. Both the owner, Junior and the project manager Donny came for all our meetings and they both walked us through the project schedule and timeline. They showed us how we could save money by having Habitat take out the old cabinets for free in addition to writing it off on our taxes. They coordinated with our drywall contractor and plumber to ensure there were little to no time lapse between the various steps. They showed us how we could be somewhat functional in our old kitchen while the remodeling was in progress. In the end, the project was finished three weeks ahead of the schedule they gave us and we were only without our kitchen for eight days ? yes you are reading this right ? eight days. Finding a reliable and responsive company to undertake a kitchen remodeling project can be a very stressful experience. I-4 Kitchen and Bath is one of the few companies that can make this stressful process tolerable and I cannot recommend them enough for your next remodeling project.

I'll preface this review by saying that this was not the first place we looked at, and I consider myself to be a very particular (IE difficult) customer when it comes to the finer details. We had shopped around at a couple Kitchen and Bath places, including the big box stores like Lowes and Home Depot, and all we got were responses of "you will have to schedule and appointment to discuss your options", and were not given the time of day. I saw an ad for I4 K&B, and my Fiancé and I decided to stop in to their showroom one weekend. We were warmly greeted by their salesman Terry right off the bat. I immediately appreciated the professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and direct nature of our conversation. We received no grimey 'used car salesmen' feeling you sometimes get with some places, where you can tell they will promise you anything just to get your business. The entire process was laid out for us where we know what had to happen and when, prior to leaving their showroom. They did have to set up an appointment to get measurements, which was scheduled promptly, and I had a full quote and 3D CAD drawing of what our kitchen would look like in no time. We went ahead and placed out order, and was told up front about the cabinets taking several weeks to manufacture. At this point, we had already done our homework, and knew this wasn?t an unreasonable amount of lead time to wait for a good quality cabinet. Only drawback was that they did require a significant portion of the cabinet costs paid up front before placing the order. This is obviously to protect them though, in the event someone cancels during that wait time. The cabinets arrived pretty much exactly when they said they would, were delivered in good shape, and came well packaged from the manufacturer. I had already removed my own cabinets (this is an added costs to have them do) and my cabinet install was promptly scheduled. Unfortunately, this required another payment, which I did not understand as much, but gladly paid since the project was going smooth and I had nothing to worry about. There were a couple hiccups on the day of install, but nothing out of the ordinary, and Terry was quick to make sure they were corrected. I actually made a "punch list" of little things that needed to be done, and they were done without any pushback or issue. Now come the granite tops... This is where I felt the project started slipping up a bit, but would not be a deal breaker if I ever needed to use I4 again. My concerns were always addressed, and I never felt like was being 'blown off' just because my product was towards completion, and they already had the majority of my money. Unfortunately, the granite guys are not able to be scheduled the same day as the cabinet guys, and it took several days to get the templates made. Due to me wanting to use my own sink, this set me back even more, and required me to personally drive the sink to their fabrication shop (but this was on me for getting the wrong size sink to begin with, I just wish I had more direction as to what size sink would fit into the sink base I ordered). Unfortunately, I got a call at this time letting me know that the Slab Depot, (the granite yard they go through to purchase their granite), had sold the slab of granite we drove 30 minutes to go see in person and hand pick at the yard. Terry was able to get me some pictures, and put my mind at ease, but there did wind up being a 10? flaw in the granite that was not visible in the picture, that did make its way into my tops. The tops were fabricated & installed quickly once the templating was done, and they did work to get my project finalized quickly. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience with I4 K&B. As with any large home project, there are going to be hiccups, but they made sure all issues were addressed in a timely manner, and taken care of ASAP to my liking. They do NOT do plumbing or complete tile backsplash work, but they make this known right up front, and these trades are easy to find to come in and finalize the project once I4 is done. Do not hesitate to stop in and get a quote from I4 if shopping around for Kitchen and Batch cabinets and counters.

The company was cooperative in scheduling the appointment to measure, the representative arrived when scheduled and the plan was delivered when promised. We decided not to go ahead with remodeling at this time.

I-4 Kitchen Cabinets had a nice selection of cabinet grades and hardware. Their staff is polite and Professional and the installation team was very proficient and easy to work with. Materials were delivered on time as promised and the install was promptly scheduled within a week of delivery. As with every makeover there are always challenges however the I-4 team was very cooperative and took care to ensure that all our requests were met and all work performed by their team was preformed efficiently and professionally.

Having the kitchen renovated is a huge undertaking and we are satisfied overall with I4 and love our kitchen. Donny was able to offer great suggestions when it came to making the most of our space. He was responsive when we had many questions during the process and addressed concerns as they came up. We would recommend I4.

During my design phase, their advice was top notch. Then the chosen materiaal was set aside waiting for my completion of the cabinetry which I did on my own. Then they promptly visited my house to take measurements and make a template of the cabinetry that I had built in order to proceed with the counter top cutting prior to delivering the materials for the installation. They called for the scheduled installation and offered to deliver and install a day early. They then showed up at the earlier date as promised. The material was perfectly cut to my kitchen size and layout. Even the location of the joints where made to be invisible to the naked eye. I highly recommend I4 Kitchen Bath as a reliable specialist.

Everything turned out just as I expected. I was concerned with the fact that the cabinets and granite tops were installed by a different crew from the last time, but I have to say these guys were just as good, if not better than the last ones. When doing a kitchen/bathroom remodel it is always a little stressful. I do have to say that the schedule was right on and I actually had my counters installed before the time specified. I spoke to Jr about getting the counters installed sooner due to family coming into town and he made it happen. That is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The cabinets are good quality and I like that they are American Made not the Chinese made cabinets the other companies where trying to sell to me. The countertops look very nice with the extra touch of lighting that were incorporated this time compared to my other kitchens. That made a nice difference. When and if we buy more homes in the Orlando area I will definitely be calling I4 Kitchen Bath for future projects. Thank you for all the hard work.

I didn't not wind up using the deal as their estimate was too high. They also weren't able to do the complete job, as they could install tile but not grout it, and I would've had to hire a handyman to finish the work.

When I spoke with them about scheduling they informed me that this is for both cabinets and countertops, I only need countertops. He suggested that I repurchase a different deal for just countertops. They did inform me how they can achieve what I was looking for.

I felt that the company had limited product options and was not flexible with what I wanted to do. I was able to find services elsewhere that were much more responsive, and provided a fuller range of product options as well as specific assistance with kitchen space solutions. I had purchased a discount "deal" coupon but do not feel it lived up to its promise, and have sought a refund. Update - Yes I did say I would come look at the cabinets. That is because the company did not give me enough information. I specifically talked about my concerns about needing more space and they made NO space saving suggestions other than deepre cabinets. No inserts, no additional cabinets in the extra space that I have, nothing. Furthermore, when I mentioned that I wanted a farmhouse sink, the estimator said "We don't do those, that requires a different cabinet, here is the sink you can have." Hardly a lot of options. Certainly not for the money. Then they called and asked me to change my review because they did not think it was fair. I found that extremely unprofessional. In fact, I went to Lowes and the designer there spent about six hours with me helping design a kitchen with all sorts of design elements to address my space needs. There were far more options and significantly more savings as well. The countertops alone, which are quartz, just like I4 quoted, were $1000 less. I was not only not impressed with I4, but was offended by their follow up approach.

Last montth i purchased a Big Deal for approx fifty dollars to have a picture drawn depicting new cabinets in my kitchen. Terry from I4 Kitchen and Bath came to my home and measured for new cabinets and spoke with me at length about the potential project and invited me to come out to the shop to look at cabinets. Terry was professional and courteous and knowledgeable. I was surprised to learn tho that I4 Kitchen and Bath does NOT do any of the prep work to get the kitchen ready for installation of the new cabinets i.e. they do NOT remove the old cabinets nor perform the other etcs readying an area for the installation of new cabinets. Terry did however give me the name of a handyman that his business refers customers to for the purpose of old cabinet removal as well as the plumbing type work involved in this type of project. I did call the recommended handyman who was leaving on vacation later in the week but assured that he would call me upon his return to come out to the house to prepare an estimate for the first part of the potentiql new cabinet project. A week later Terry was also leaving for a weeks vacation and he did call me when he returned to town to get a status on my headway with the handyman. I told him that i had never heard back from the handyman and Terry said that he would follow up with him later that day. Here we are about 3 weeks later and i havent heard back from either Terry or the handyman. And thats okay because no way would I give Terry or anybody else for that matter the required 60% deposit for new cabinets since i have no one to remove the old cabinets and ready the area for installation of new cabinets. In reading the reviews before purchasing the Big Deal for the kitchen drawing which by the way was a terrific drawing i didnt pick up on the fact that if purchasing new cabinets from this company you either have to be a do-it-yourselfer or hire out the first part of the job to someone other than I4 Kitchen and Bath. This is not by definition a bad thing but before spending money on Big Deals it would be helpful to know if you are dealing with a company that is able to complete a job from start to finish. In the case of I4 Kitchen and Bath, they simply are not set up to do a complete new cabinet project. Just good info to know.

These guys were Great After checking with 4 other companies I called these guys and got Terry on the phone. I asked for an estimate on gave him the scope of the Job. To my surprise he said he would come by the next day in the morning if that as OK. He was on time and professional. He really listened to our needs. He said hed have a quote for me ina day or two. Terry called me a few hours later and asked me to pick out a door style for more accurate pricing on the web site. I happened to be within miles of their office so I decieded to stop by and check out there showroom. Upon my arrival and to my surprise, he had allready had some preliminary drawings made up in their CAD software. I picked out the door style and made some suggestions on changing the design a little. By the end of the Day he had sent the revisions via e-mail and the quote. I was very pleased with the numbers and felt they were fair for the scope of the project. My wife and i drove into their showroom again on the weekend to go over a few things with them. they were very attentive and professional. We firmed everything up and they made some changes to the design and Quote. I told them Id let them know in a few days. after looking over the other quotes they were very fair. The other companiees I had called took 10-14 days just to get me a quote. I almost went with another company and was about to pull the trigger but their service was very Poor. What one me over with I-4 Kitchens- Their Service!!! These guys always Did whatever they said they would do and More. I could not find a reason not to go with them and within a week from my initial call ,we pulled the trigger and signed on for the work Junior and Terry came out to do a final inspection and re measure to verify the order. The cabinets came as soon as they projected and right on track. The installer came out the following day and began installing them. The Granite guys came out the last day the installer was there and templated the Granit and returned a week later to install. All in all a great experience, and im not an easy guy to do buisiness with as I have a high attention to accuracy. There were a few things I wanted adjusted and they were handled professionally and to my standards. I referred them to one neighbor allready and they are doing their kitchen now. I have a few more friends who i have given their numbers to as well I would use these guys again without hesitation. Great Job Trry, Junior you have a good crew- thank you.

The price and the work came in at the contact price and at the time promised. The owner Junior and the salesmen Donny both came to the job on a regular basis to make sure that everything was going well. The company is very honest, and they are not satisfied until we were satisfied. I highly recommend them, and would use them again.

I would say this company/product was OK. The price was good and the quality of the product was about on par with what I paid. I do think that the finish of the front of the cabinets is really beautiful. The sales person was very professional and courteous when I spoke with him but did not make callbacks or give shipping updates in a timely manner. Also, I was expecting the cabinet to come in sooner than it did based upon the estimate that the sales person gave to me. One thing that drives me nuts is that the drawers do not close automatically with a soft push, you have to push it hard for the auto close to engage. I don't have this problem with my other new cabinet from Home Depot. Would I use them again? Maybe, if I got another really good deal with the price. But otherwise, no, based upon quality of the product and having to track down the salesperson for an update on shipping.

Everything went perfect. This was the first time I had granite counter tops installed. The company was very professional and very quick to do the install. I got to go to the slab yards and choose my own granite slabs. I would definitely use this company again when I need granite.

Once we asked for an estimate, and Junior came to our home to measure and show samples, everything came together pretty quickly. The project started at the beginning of August when we signed the contract and was done by middle of September, but the installation was timed to coordinate with the remodel of our master bath. Our custom vanity arrived a little earlier than planned (better than the alternative), but our contractor was able to rearrange the remodel to accommodate it. The plan had been to install bathroom counters first and then the kitchen on another day, but Junior encouraged us to do all counters the same day. This meant we were without usable sinks for 24 hours (wait time required for faucet installation), but we were able to work around it. In the end it was less hassle to us than having everything spread out over multiple days. Only one problem came up - the piece of granite installed in the guest bath turned out to have a large crack in it that wasn't apparent until installed. I immediately notified Junior. He gave us the option of keeping it, but taking a discount, or waiting for replacement. I wanted it replaced, and luckily, so did Junior because it was below his standards to have mediocre work out there. When I told him that company was coming in two weeks he rushed to find a replacement piece of quartz and had it finished with time to spare. We are so pleased with how everything came out. Our new quartz in the kitchen makes it look like a brand new kitchen. The quartz and custom vanity in our master gave me the luxury bath I was wanting. Overall working with I4 Kitchen and Bath was a very good experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company..
