Junior guided us through the kitchen remodel process (cabinets and countertops). He provided several options for different solutions we hadn't thought about. As new questions came up, Junior was easily reachable and made himself available. His install team was very professional and respectful. During installation, Junior regularly checked in to make sure everything was going smooth. Overall I was really impressed with the level of professionalism of the entire team. We were never rushed and treated with upmost respect. I couldn't have been treated better as a customer.

I-4 Kitchen and Bath was highly satisfactory. Junior was outstanding with the design of my new kitchen and was extremely helpful in choosing the cabinetry, granite and sink. All of his employees were professional and courteous. The price was fair with no surprises.

Donny did a great design, cabinets are great, Javier did a good job getting the kitchen ready for the redo. The cabinet installers did a good job too as did the counter top guys from Stone World. Good experience and kept us informed and were responsive.

I couldn't have hoped for better. Junior was so friendly, polite, knowledgeable, so attentive to our needs and genuinely cared about our project from start to finish. He always checked up on the work being done & stayed in touch with us constantly. He helped us create what was in our mind and always had advice and suggestions to offer. I have never had better customer service in Orlando from anyone. The quality of the cabinets and counter top , the workmanship, the detail, the professionalism, couldn't have asked for better.

We worked with I4 Kitchen and Bath on our kitchen remodel and master bathroom vanity. Junior worked out all the details for the cabinets and the countertops making changes each time I requested. He was so easy to work with, offered great ideas, and helped me decide what design elements were worth the money and how to adapt other ideas I had to save money. The cabinets arrived on schedule and were installed on the days that I requested. The cabinets look beautiful and were exactly what we wanted. Junior worked to reuse my existing granite counters where possible and found a granite slab that was a perfect match to my existing counters to use for the new undermount sink. We highly recommend I4 Kitchen and Bath and are very pleased with all aspects of the remodel.

It went fine except for one issue. The slab of granite we selected had a section with a unique design that we particularly liked and wanted for our island. After communicating this by phone, email and note from the slab yard, the message was not conveyed to the fabricators and they cut it out as they considered it a flaw. After speaking with Donny and Junior, it was resolved in a way we were satisfied with.

We found I4 kitchen and bath here and recommended from granite yards. We submitted pictures and measurements via email to get an estimate. Junior was helpful to recommend other Quartz brands with the design we liked which would cost less. What I found strange is the Quartz provider does not give me prices but only gives to I4. The guy that came to measure wouldn't answer much questions and said talk to Junior. Junior and I had to go back multiple times to make the measurements work in the slabs. I felt I had to be too involved to ensure the job was done correctly. If you sign off on the layout before cut you are held responsible if any mistake which is not correct way to do things. I spent hours of my own time to layout the pieces to be cut on the slabs and get it right. I4 sent Granite Magician to cut and install our counters. Granite Magician did an amazing job with the installation and cleanup. I will use Granite Magician again.

Terrific! Designer Donny was pleasant, professional and highly competent in kitchen design; cabinetry is high quality; customer service was excellent; and price was very competitive. I-4 Kitchen's installers were top-notch, and the installation went very smoothly. I highly recommend.

Amazing! We are so happy. We shopped at several local competitors but decided to hire I-4. We worked with Donny who is so professional and organized. They had the best price and helpful suggestions for our installation. The installers were very skilled and fast. No problem at all. Their work is excellent and something to be proud of. Down time for the remodel was minimal and James & Will did excellent quality work. Prior to contacting I4 Kitchen we met with three separate companies/contractors. We obtained plans and estimates from two. One we immediately ruled out, the other two for various reasons. Searching for another option we tried Angie's list which we had never used before. We came across I4 Kitchen that had a number of positive reviews and decided to give them a shot. We met with Donny at the showroom. Our first impressions of the products and Donny were good. He put together a proposal that we felt was fair for what we believed was a superior product compared to what we had been looking at elsewhere. The project took almost two months. We are beyond pleased with the results. I was very particular about cabinet quality for our price point. The functionality, appearance, hardware and construction of the Waypoint cabinets we chose I believe is exceptional. James and Will were the installers. Very pleasant, professional and detail oriented guys. I looked over the cabinets from end to end and did not find anything I had an issue with. These guys are exceptionally skilled hard workers. Donny recommended Javier for all the remodel work. He and his team are multi talented "remodelers". They did everything except the cabinets. Javier is meticulous and attentive to detail. They did a great job on a large project. After completing our project Javier also did some work for my parents. Over 2 months I called or texted Donny a handful of times. He always responded and was always good for his word. I had never hear of I4 Kitchen but will not hesitate to recommend them. There is nothing inexpensive about remodels. However, this company's estimate was better than the two I received and there was no compromise on quality or features. My wife loves her kitchen.......... that is the litmus test.

Junior and his team were amazing and really worked hard to give us the kitchen counter-tops that we wanted. From the very beginning, the team at i4 Kitchen and Bath were very good at responding to calls and emails. We were happy with the thorough and detail oriented emails from Junior, and he even gave us a comprehensive list of granite showrooms to select a slab from. Both Junior and the granite showroom (Ohm International-very nice!) were understanding of our budget and treated us like valued clients. When it came to the installation, Dennis and his crew were very hard working, polite and meticulous with details. Junior went above and beyond to make sure that that we were happy- and I wake up every morning a smile when I see my gorgeous granite counter-tops and breakfast bar.A++++++!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Donny & Junior are the best. My wife and I wanted to redo our countertops in the kitchen and add in new vanities in our 2 bathrooms. We visited their show room and picked out a cabinet style as well as a remnant quartz top for the bathroom vanities, and they were able to find us a great deal for a large enough slab of granite that we loved for our kitchen top. After the cabinets came in, they had people working hard to install everything quickly and it looks amazing, couldn't be happier. Unfortunately a couple months later a new faucet that we had a plumber (unrelated to I4KB) install malfunctioned, ruining our bathroom and even kitchen floors and cabinets. We are in the process of dealing with insurance and getting everything straightened out, and one of our first calls was to I4 Kitchen and Bath, to replace our vanities and upgrade our Kitchen cabinets. Junior came out, after hours checked all the damage and sat with us in our half destroyed kitchen to go over different options for cabinet upgrades that would look great with the new flooring we are also installing. We are still finishing the work on this repair, but I didn't want to hold back on reviewing too long, as they have been so great to us by helping us design a beautiful kitchen within our budget and helping us with all the obstacles that we have been put through with insurance, that I feel it is the easiest and best recommendation I can give for people to check out I4 Kitchen Bath if you are wanting to upgrade the look to your kitchen or bathrooms. They are excellent, and we highly recommend them. **Approximate cost listed was from the original work done in October for our granite kitchen countertop and bathroom vanities, I will update after we are completely done with the rework and new kitchen cabinets.

I was very pleased. They came right out to do the service when I asked. They fixed everything my wife and i wanted and they paid good attention to detail. When I found a scratch on the cabinet door, they reordered it from the company and reinstalled them. Everything was done to our satisfaction.

I recently used I4 Kitchen and Bath to remodel my kitchen. Their crew were very hard working, trustworthy and finished the job on time (even working around our crazy schedules). Junior really went above and beyond. He was very patient with us and always took the time to explain all the details of the project! I would highly recommend this company. Donnie, the sales rep is a great communicator and follows through on the details. We ensured all expectations/requirements were appropriately documented in the contract and we are very happy with the outcome of the project. A few months after installation we noted a kitchen drawer was "dragging." Donnie dispatched the installer who made adjustments to the spacing of the glides (had to physically move a glide) to ensure smooth operation. If you are looking for a contractor that provides good oversight of their subs (installer and fabricator), this is your go-to company. We only needed to schedule the work of our plumber and Donnie managed all other work required. Yes, I would definitely recommend to my friends and would use again.

I-4 was referred to us by a neighbor that also had the company install a kitchen. We had several estimates, and I-4 was within our budget and provided high quality cabinetry and finishes. The task of remodeling our kitchen grew from replacing the cabinets and counter tops with our original floor plan to replacing all floors throughout the house and adding custom lighting. This additional work altered the timeline of installing the cabinets. I-4 worked with us holding the cabinets in storage until all additional work was completed. The installers were professional and courteous. Donnie with I-4, made walk-through visits throughout the installation. In the final stages of the installation, we had a design change with the granite. Donnie assisted us with making our suggestions a reality. We love our new kitchen. The cabinets are beautiful and exceeded our expectations. I-4, especially Donnie, was a pleasure to work with throughout the remodeling process. We highly recommend I-4 Kitchens and Baths.

Jr. Is amazing. His expertise and vision for the design of the kitchen really helped transform our home. Everything came out beautifully. He even went above and beyond and installed some granite window sills free of charge. This is our 2nd time using them and we will definitely use them again in the future.

It went well Some mistakes were made and I was impressed how fast they honored any issues and made sure that i was happy with all the items. I would do it all over again and refer them with a high reccomendation

My husband and I received several quotes from different companies but I4 Kitchen was the only one that provided a quick and detailed response on what I wanted and needed. I was very happy with everyone I had to deal with from the beginning to the end. Jr was very informative and detailed with the kitchen layout. I liked most of the suggestions but because I was on a budget I couldn't add alot of the extras I wanted. James the cabinet installer did a great job and managed his time very well. Having to run a family while construction and installation is not easy but James made me a small area to work with, which, made it much easier to handle my daily routine. The countertops came in less than 10 days after the cabinet install as I was advised and the granite looks beautiful. I was very impressed with this company and would definitely recommend them. I love my new kitchen and hope to do my bathrooms soon with the left over material from the job. Thank you for trying to make this project as stress free as possible.

This company is outstanding. Junior was extremely patient through several iterations of the design and made change after change all the while maintaining an extremely positive attitude. You can even access your evolving design online if you download the software. The Waypoint cabinets are very impressive. The company is very professional itemizing and clearly labeling each box on the delivery list. The I4 Kitchen and Bath installers were absolutely meticulous with their craftsmanship and very friendly and professional. This company is one of a kind in that the kitchen designer Junior went with my wife and I to personally okay the granite. That was truly surprising and increased on comfort level. The granite installation was extremely well done. And, it looks absolutely beautiful. This company is a breath of fresh air and I am so happy we picked them... And believe me I talked with a lot of people in getting estimates. They even delivered the leftover granite to our home. The owner of this small company really cares about what he does.

My refrigerator had a tiny leak in the water line, which wound up damaging the kitchen cabinets next to the fridge. The insurance company and the bank decided that meant I needed new cabinets. I wasn't particularly happy about that, because it seemed like a total pain and I liked my old kitchen just fine, but I started talking to kitchen cabinet people. I think I talked to five companies before I settled on I4. They were not the lowest bid, but I felt the most comfortable with them. My general sense from a couple of my other conversations was that my kitchen was too small a job to be worth much time. Junior, on the other hand, never treated the job as anything less than important (and it is important to me, obviously!) He said up-front that he didn't think it could be done for the insurance company's settlement and spent a good while talking to me about different aspects of a kitchen redesign. I wound up getting the soffit removed and upgrading to taller cabinets with corner lazy Susans, so it was a bigger project than I'd anticipated, but it was so worthwhile. My kitchen looks amazing and I have cabinet space for absolutely everything. Along the way, everyone involved always called when they said they would, showed up exactly when they said they would, and worked really hard. The guy who actually installed the cabinets did it in a day and a half, and worked non-stop from about 8:30 AM until 7PM. (After checking with me that it was okay to arrive then and okay to keep working into the evening.) I would absolutely work with I4 again (although I'm so happy with my kitchen that I hope I never have to!) and recommend them without reservation.
