+ -1 moreJohn acted like a total p**** at my house today - and we were verbally fighting - he is knowledgeable and can do a good job, but was trying to find a particular zone and was having trouble finding it - I called the prior guy who put in the valves, and he told us exactly where it was, and John got mad that I called the guy - deciding that I was questioning his abilities - I was just trying to ge the job done. I didn't want John to take forever as his bills are sometimes quite high - and he likes to explain a lot of things. He was unwilling to finish the job and stormed off - I am concerned he is going to try and rip me off and we'll end up fighting over it. I asked him to finish the job and he says no go get your expert or implying that - that my guy is so great, when I was trying to locate the valve for him - the guy said it was the correct zone and John wouldn't finish the job. Now I have to coordinate with someone else and pay someone else, he probably could have fixed it pretty quickly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU FIND SOMEONE ELSE. Pathetic behavior - he didn't need to go off like that - use him at your own risk.

+ -1 moreJohn always does a great job and he gives you a warranty on the work he has done. He is dependable, knowledgeable and friendly. He can be counted on for emergency service (who would have thought that a sprinkler system would not turn off!).
Description of Work: Replaced, added and moved sprinkler heads to provide complete coverage on grass.

Description of Work: We were having problems with our sprinkler heads and what we thought could possibly be a broken pipe. John came out to the house, adjusted all the sprinkler heads and repaired the broken pipe. His bill was much less than we thought it would be, and will definitely use him again in the future.
