I am a seasoned professional that assists all clients with obtaining a mortgage for whether it be to buy or refinance a home. If there is a delay due to credit or personal issues we can discuss those and set a plan for the future. I enjoy educating my clients and helping them feel confident in the financial decisions they are making for their families and their futures. My company, which I founded and own, works with clients to purchase or refinance a home through FHA, VA, FANNIE MAE & FREDDIE MAC Conventional Mortgages. I am approved with many lenders that eliminate you from shopping, comparing, and receiving what is sometimes exaggerated offers. It's a tough business. I handle every one of your papers myself to make sure it is done correctly. I provided 100% confidentiality.

Credit repair - I don't endorse it or the costs associated with it. Most times the costs can be averted with some DO-IT-YOURSELF.

Description of Work: Michael Goldfarb was the single reason we had a smooth home buying experience. From the first contact to the last he kept us updated and informed. Buying a home is very stressful and I have to say he really changed the experience for us. This man is on it all day every day, anticipating each move and need.
