DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!! Poor service from Joanne Bracero. The broker Justin Lamanna is worse. There was an issue with background checks that the company refused responsibility for leasing my property out to a criminal. Justin said he didn't have time to waste on this matter. This company has poor reviews everywhere online.

We have been using Elizabeth Fels at HomeVest for property mangement for almost a year now, and it has gone really well. Elizabeth and her team handle all the tenant inetractions, including finding new tenants, credit checks, and so forth. HomeVest's fees are quite reasonable and they do a great job. A friend recommended Elizabeth, and I would recommend her too!

We dealt with one agent of the company. She was very professional and thorough. She assisted us even after we were moving from West Coast after Florida. She was very helpful. She did her job very well. Her name was Garlene O'Hara. She did a fine job. I would use them in the future.

She is the one who sold me on this house. It has been a year now. I have been here for a year and she is always professional, courtesy, and very thorough. She gets back to you quickly when you have a problem and takes care of all the problems. I trust her to get on top of all maintenance needs and is extremely nice. Jaclyn is honestly one of the nicest people ever. She had been very accommodating. She stands miles above other property managers. When I was in the process of finding a place to rent she was fantastic. She was on top of everything and called me back. I would give her A+!
