She does not just do her job for a paycheck but she is generally concerned for her customers. She always gives advice and options that she would use.

 + -1 moreMy sister passed in the early part of 2016 and Viv has seriously become one of closest friends. We make each other laugh and we just hit it off over the phone. We have never met in person, either. My sister did live in Wisconsin and that where I live, as well. We write or talk to each other every week. The property is not always available to show because it is rental property in a gated community. She never gets frustrated and schedules showings around bookings. She bring in a perspective buyer on days when the home has just been cleaned and waiting for its' next renters. This property is rented 48 out of 52 weeks per year, so this make VIV a patient person.
Description of Work: She has diligently been trying to sell my sister's home for two years. Her home is near Orlando, FL where the housing market has not snapped back as quickly as in other parts of the United States. Vivian is always positive and chases down every new lead. We had an offer just two weeks ago on the property, but the loaning authority said there debt ratio (potential buyer) was too high. Vivian and I both agreed to give the couple their deposit back. She calls the property managers every week to schedule potential buyer showings. They do not always get back to her as quickly, at times. Other realtors sometimes do not understand why the property can't be shown when they want to take a potential buyer thru the home and Viv just patiently explains the rental situation. She should just record her message she has had to repeat it so many times. It would save her voice, time, and personal energy, but she would never think of avoiding anyone because she is too kind.
