+ 3 moreHis price was very good. He is basically a handyman type of situation, so he can do a whole package without having to get all subs in it with one doing this and one doing that. He does home repairs. He is really good and does really good work. He came in almost $2,000 cheaper than a couple of large department stores. He just did a phenomenal job.
Description of Work: I have used him for handyman work. He did cabinets and plumbing for me. I had a flood and he had to do flooring for me and redo my bathroom, drywall and everything. He did the whole job. I have used him for the last 3-4 years.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. There was more work building a work area than the actual repair. I received some other quotes from them on additional work I will have them do in the future.
Description of Work: I had a window leak high on the 2nd floor over a gable roof. They had to assemble scaffolding and bridge the area to reach the window. They also found some wood rot and replaced the damaged wood, painted it and then caulked and washed the whole window.
