Very well and very thorough. Inspector was on time. Since this happened during the Covid 19 pandemic he wore a mask the entire time. Very much appreciated. Not only did he discuss the issues he found, but also took us around the home to show us the issues. Also gave us recommendations of how to fix a couple of them.

Inspection was very thorough and a detailed report was provided. Paul provided a full breakdown of his findings and broke it down in an understandable way as my wife and I are not too familiar with the terminology.

Bill was my inspector and he was attentive, punctual, thorough and answered all my questions even after he left and I called him with another question. It was 100% clear from the beginning that he had my best interest in mind and was knowledgeable in his field so all my questions were answered. The price for the inspection was right on par with the competition. He inspected all the functional and structural aspects of the house and made repair recommendations, he also even gave advice/input on some of the cosmetic defects he noticed and what to do for my final walkthrough. The report that was generated was easy to read and showed everything he noticed that needed repair and came with pictures. I would 100% use this company again and I would 10/10 recommend them to someone who needs inspection services.

Everything about working with PJM was easy for me. Thy were responsive through mails before the home inspection. The inspector was there on time and very helpful answering my questions. And paying online was very simple.

Paul was very thorough and great at explaining what he found. The report was detailed and easy to follow at the same time. The accompanying pictures of the areas needing attention helped in understanding and remembering what needed be corrected. Paul showed me up close problems I will need fixed now and for a look at some that can be corrected safely at a later date. There are even suggestions on how to maintain each area in the future. For safety reasons I especially liked his detecting breaker temperature and discoloration for the conductor that fed the condenser unit of the air conditioner. A 25 amp breaker was installed where the condenser unit specified a 20 amp breaker. There were two separate inspections done by PJM on a sellers home within aprox 1 month and both reports were in direct conflict. An independent company had to be hired to clarify the facts on the house because the two PJM reports did not match. The two PJM inspectors were like night and day. The second inspector in his notes seem to make the house like it was the worst ever. Whereas the first inspector seem to be much clearer and recommended minor repairs. It was an awful experience for my seller and I would never personally used this company. My comments are my perspective and from my experience with the seller and PJM two separate reports. My suggestion: train inspectors to check address to see if PJM did a recent report and work to bring those reports together, not sabotage his co-inspectors work by reporting contrasting information. We solved our problem by hiring an independent home inspector that did a thorough inspection on the home and found no major damages. The house is in overall excellent condition minus a few repairs such as garbage disposal not working etc.

Great! This is second time we hired this company, in 2011 and 2019. We are absolutely happy to the job well done. We recommend PJM to anyone, needing an inspection of their property either newly built or old house.
