Perfect Devon showed up on time and spent hours going over the new house. After he provided in my case a 93 page report detailing good and bad. This report gave me leverage to get things fixed prior to move in and a credit for less major things. Bottom line if you want somebody on your side to protect you from the pitfalls of purchasing a new house call this company. Devon and PJM home inspections are a relief due to the stress of moving.

Fantastic, Jason arrived on time and completed everything quickly. Gave us an accurate estimate of when he would be done so that we could arrive then, explained everything in easy to understand the formatting and returned the report to us by the next morning. Overall we found him quite knowledgeable and very personable and it was a great experience.

Jim Sisco, the Inspector was very punctual. His inspection was very thorough. The inspection report including recommendations for addition inspections outside of his scope was received as promised. I would definitely use them again.

Paul did our home inspection for the house we placed an offer on. He was VERY thorough and easy to work with. He was able to give us piece of mind that the house we fell in love with was in good shape and pointed out any areas that might need to be addressed. Besides providing our home inspection he also provided, wind mitigation (savings on your home insurance), a 4-point inspection and if needed has a variety of other services that he can provide. We were very pleased with his inspection and would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to others.

PJM recently performed a general home inspection on a home that I'm purchasing. PJM was extremely thorough and their documentation was the best that I've seen. Their report was not some pre-made generic form that they just checked boxes on, but rather a detailed customized report written specifically for this property that included color photos of the actual house, appliances, attic, plumbing electrical etc. The report is so detailed that I had to read it twice to make sure I got everything in it. As a buyer, I can't stress enough how much I value the thoroughness of this inspection. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a home inspection.

PJM was very timely and quick to respond to my request for a home inspection. The inspector, Jason, arrived early and did a very thorough assessment of the home. He achieved all of the stated objectives through a detailed and rigorous inspection. He utilized a drone to inspect the roof. He provided a very detailed post inspection walkthrough for me to point out areas of concern and considerations for what/how to monitor. His inspection report was very detailed and accurate which allowed us to extract the pertinent information and provide to the seller. Overall I am very happy with Jason’s efforts and PJM.
