Home Inspections by PJM INC were everything we expected and then some! Their inspector Jason arrived promptly with a smile on his face when I answered the door. He was efficient, professional, personable and willing to answer any questions we asked- still with a smile on his face. We wouldn't go anywhere else for home inspection needs.

Jim Sisco completed 4 home inspections for us recently - 1 for our Buyer client and 3 post- hurricane inspections for us and our family homes. As always, Jim was on time, courteous, thorough and quick to issue all reports. We've hired PJM many times since 2017 and continue to recommend them to our clients. Always a good experience.

It went really well .. I'm out of state and couldn't be there, but my realtor attended and a thorough inspection was performed. It always makes everything simpler, when you’re dealing with professionals! We’d just signed a contract on a house and needed and professional inspection done, quickly. PJM was very responsive to our needs, they were out within 2 days of request, and didn’t overcharge us for the inspection of our new home .. and with short notice too, they really covered a lot! Identifying and expertly assessing some items we’d already noticed, but more importantly, a myriad of issues we had not! Devon Christopher was our Inspector, and he performed a very thorough inspection for us. In his inspection, he examined all of the “surface” type things you’d anticipate but he also referred us to the appropriate professional for each issue identified – plumber, electrician, pool company – all of which is a very logical and analytical approach to what was needed. Moreover, he provided a very detailed written inspection (it’s 96 pages long!), which coupled with photos, will make our task easier in identifying and getting things corrected and/or repaired. Devon provided us so many pictures of the issues identified, which is a huge help in supporting his findings, along with excellent "going forward" advice and recommendations, for "checks and maintenance" of systems and equipment to prevent costly breakdowns in the futures. Everything from filters on various home appliances and equipment, to home laundry appliance issues and the pool lining for possible recoating in the near future; all of this important to us and ALL of it VERY valuable information to our purchase, since we've a) never lived in Florida before, and b) never had an inground pool! So, from professional handling, quick response time to meet our schedule, and a very reasonable price for their service, I’d highly recommend PJM. If you’re looking for a proper, thorough inspection, it’s good to leave that to professionals.

Very thorough inspection. The report was very detailed, 54 pages long for a small condo with pictures of everything inspected. Jim was very nice and personable. He answered all my questions.

I contacted the inspector, Devon, the day before and he answered my questions clearly. He advised I could call or text if I had additional questions. He also texted me right after he completed the inspection and sent the report after payment. He then took his time to review the most concerning items with me verbally and again invited me to call or text if I had more questions. I would hire him again, as his inspection was clear and thorough.

I did some research and inquiry before I hired PJM for the home inspection. Like everyone said, I think the company is the best in quality and cost in the area. They are very responsive, answering my inquiries via emails/text messages even during off hours . The home inspector who did the work, Mike Troisi, was very experienced and professional. Not only he did a through job in checking all the details and finding even small issues, but also he was very patient and friendly in explaining to us everything in and around the house. I would not hesitate to hire PJM and Mike again for my next job.

Home Inspection went amazingly well. Our surveyor Jim was punctual on arrival, extremely professional and approachable. He spent over 2hrs at our house and explained everything he was and would be doing, and he answered all our questions. His report was emailed an hour earlier than he said and it was informative with pictures and included his qualifications. Areas of concern with recommendations were highlighted in different colour inks and a full guide and explanation given. I would highly recommend PJM Inc. Great customer care and service and a great price.

Excellent! PJM, and especially our inspector, Bill Stewart has an experienced eye for details that a new home buyer does not have. He knows the industry and the builders and the common areas where corners may have been cut. He pointed out items such as flashing missing and stucco cracks that the builder was required to fix before we moved in, that would have led to a much larger issues had they gone un noticed. PJM came back to do the same inspection at our onw year anniversary. For consistency sake, PJM sent Bill Stewart back. I was very impressed with their detailed report that included pictures, as well as a General Summary to give to the builder so they knew what to focus on. I would use them again in a heartbeat and will continue to refer my neighbors to them. They do give a military discount and are enjoyable to work with- from the initial scheduling through the timely delivered report. They show up when they say they will and were early with the report. Excellent example of knowledgeable customer service.

First of all I would like to thank Jason for driving over an hour to arrive at my prospective home right on time. He was beyond excellent in his complete inspection of this home. His attention to detail and and extensive reporting of all aspects of this home were extremely important to our making decisions on this house. His cost were very reasonable and his services were exactly what we needed. If you are looking to hire a profession to make a huge financial investment in a home, you need to have this man on your team. I can not thank him enough for his services

This is the best home inspection ever. The most in deep inspection I have got so far. He paid noticed every single detail. He provided excellent descriptions and recommendations, just like if I were to hire separate certified professionals for roof, electricity, grownd, AC, plumbing, and everything else. I am giving this long review just for people like me who reads the reviews before hiring someone, I do not have gains for this review, also do not know the inspector, we only talked on the phone the day of the inspection, I was not present for the inspection.
