We have used PJM 3 times now and each time has been met with exceptional customer service. Extremely detailed inspection reports with photos and easy to understand descriptions. The reports are emailed in a timely manner so what else could I ask for. Highly recommended!

It went very well. Paul was extremely thorough and spent the time to explain all of the issues to me.

Was awesome, Liviu did an excellent job and he checked everything and I mean everything, from top to bottom and everything in between, which I was surprised to see since I thought he would just walk around and sign a paper and say ok, that didn't happen he actually went in the attic and checked everything up there and took pictures also checked the entire inside and outside of the house, I was blown away to say the least. Liviu was so thorough that after his inspection we actually ended up saving money. I highly recommend this company.

The inspector was on time and was very thorough. He actually got on the roof and inspected the workmanship, instead of just using binoculars. I appreciated that he explained how each system worked and how I should maintain it for optimal longevity. I will definitely consider using Home Inspections by PJM Inc. in the future.

Inspected a 2008, 2 story home I wanted to purchase. Luis was prompt, professional, courteous and mostly thorough. The inspection came back with a couple of very minor issues that were addressed prior to purchase. Unfortunately non of them has to do with a roof. After I purchased the house I recieved an email from my insurance company that thier inspector found some "lifting shingles and uneven roof deck areas". Something I didn't catch during the PJM inspection is that they don't bring a ladder to get on the roof of a 2 story house, so he looked from the ground. The insurance company inspector did the same thing, but found some issues Luis did not. I have a roofer scheduled to inspect/repair/certify the roof and I'm just hoping and praying it's not expensive. I really wish this would have been caught during tge initial inspection. I has Luis look at it a second time after I found out about the issues that and he did see a lifting shingle, but still from the ground. Morale of the story, if you're purchasing a 2 story I would coordinate before the inspection to make sure there's a ladder tall enough to reach the roof, so the inspection is thorough. My initial contact with PJM was good, but I just tried to call to discuss the situation and the mail box was "full", so I was unable to even leave a message. The charge was $375 if I remember correctly, but im not 100% sure on that amount.

Luis did a wonderful job inspecting a home I was wanting to buy. Because of his attention to detail, he found that the house was not suitable for us to purchase. He did a wonderful job and will use him again when I find another house.

Paul was punctual, and worked diligently. He was professional, courteous (even offered to help me carry things in from my car when I arrived home while he was working!), knowledgeable, and took time to explain certain fixes that would need to be done and might not be easy to find for the builder's sub-contractor and offered to help by phone if any additional information was needed. Excellent, above and beyond customer service which is so hard to find these days. Thanks Paul!

Paul did an amazing job. He was extremely thorough and really put my mind to ease. He called me promptly the next morning after I contacted him. He told me how the process would go and what to expect. I received the home inspection report THAT night that he completed the inspection. He included a video which was a HUGE help to understand what he was talking about. That next morning he called me to see if I had any questions or if I needed anything explained. That gave me time to look at the report and try to "digest" it. By the next morning I DID have a few questions that didn't seem worth calling to verify the answers, but it was really nice that he called ME and he answered them all in detail, no matter how small they were. Unfortunately, the house sale fell through, due to the property. I will DEFINITELY use PJM for my next home inspection and would definitely recommend them to someone else!

Mike went way above and beyond our expectations. He was thorough, explained what he was doing, and took his time. Since we were first time homebuyers, he gave us advise on the process as he went and informed us of the advantages of getting a 203K loan for the property we were inspecting since it would not pass a home inspection for a loan. Further, he referred us prior to the appointment to a bug/termite inspector who came at the same time as he did. This referral was just as advantageous. Although this house did not work out for us, we will be using Mike again when we find the next house. He provided a full detailed report.

It was a terrific experience! I had called around for quotes and left messages with a few companies here on Angie's list and even had an appointment scheduled with another company, but still needed an earlier one since I had a very short deadline. I was lucky that Paul had a cancellation and could fit me in. He was very quick to respond and extremely professional and a pleasure to talk to. He was early to the appointment and got to work immediately. He was extremely thorough and informative about every aspect of the inspection. It lasted over 2 1/2 hours for a 1500 sf townhome and Paul was running around like crazy! So energetic.... I could hardly keep up with him! He sent the completed, professional report the same evening and his rates won't hurt your pocketbook compared to the other companies. I'm so thankful I used his services. I will definitely hire him for our next purchase and highly recommend you do the same.

This is the second time that I have engaged this company. Paul conducted the first inspection and Liviu the second. Both were very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't use any other company. If PJM weren't available when I needed them, I would wait (and you should too)!

Billy arrived 4 minutes before appointment. Was very friendly and professional. Quickly went about his business, said Good bye and left. I received the report by e-mail 4 business days later.

Paul from PJM was incredible to deal with:professional, knowledgeable, thorough and patient with all questions. Even as we were deciding on which inspector to use, he spent at least 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining his inspection service in great detail and answering all of my many questions regarding how a new home inspection would be performed. Scheduling was easy and we ended up with a time that was perfect for us. On the day of the inspection, he was punctual and got to work right away. He even spent time explaining his inspection philosophy to the builders representative, which was much appreciated as some builders have a confrontational attitude towards inspectors. The inspection was incredibly thorough and Paul employed a wide array of high tech equipment to not only look for things others couldn't see but also to help us, the homeowners, visualize what he was talking about. He encouraged questions at every step of the inspection and never hesitated to stop what he was doing to fully explain what he was seeing. Paul had the detailed inspection report completed and emailed out that afternoon as promised. As a matter of fact, he kept his word on absolutely everything he said to us. How refreshing in this day and age! And did I mention, that his price beats just about everyone out there?! We have had a handful of inspectors in the past with previous home purchases, and some of them were quite good, but none of them can touch Paul and PJM. Very highly recommended!

First time home owner that knows didley and I couldn't have been more happy or pleased with the service provided by Mike. He took the time to answer every question I had and even gave me approximate costs for repairs/fixes. Was a wealth of information on how to maintain items and get the most out of them (ie a/c unit, appliances, water heater). Said he would be there at 9 and was there before I arrived at 8:55. My report was very well written and easy to understand and arrived the same day of the inspection. Paul even did a fast turnaround with a check on everything to ensure I was completely happy. I had a pre-purchase home inspection done and it went very well. Mike provided tips on things I should have fixed and items that required immediate repair. He was kind enough to turn it in to a 4-point inspection for home insurance purposes. He did get stuck in traffic on the way to the appointment and was about 15 minutes late, but overall for the money and service I am very happy and would recommend!

This company is excellent. They properly informed me of all the facts of whether I should have purchased my home. I felt they were very thorough. I've now had my home 18 months and have not come across an issue. I would highly recommend this company.

Both Mike and Lou were great and provided a lot of information. Both were willing to assist and answered all questions. the inspections were very thorough and left nothing to wonder about. I would recommend them and PJM to everyone.

Paul did our inspection. He was very accommodating and described exactly what inspections we needed for a home that we were purchasing. He even talked us out of a few that we were told that we should have but were not needed. Very thorough inspection and offered suggestions on what we should do throughout the inspection. Report was prompt and extensive and even included pictures to help us correct the issues.

Michael did the home inspection for us. They were able to schedule us on short notice and even communicated over the weekend to arrange the Monday morning inspection. He showed up promptly for the appointment. He was thorough in checking the house, attic, mechanical systems, etc. and noticed a few items that I hadn't seen prior to the appointment. The price charged was exactly as agreed upon, and I received the full report with photos that same day via email. I liked that I didn't have to point out areas of concern to him ... he was thorough and found everything I had questions about. Would definitely use the company again in the future.

Overall everything went well, Paul was very nice and courteous and explained everything that was going on and even answered questions when I had any. He was on time to the inspection and was very thorough in checking everything in the home he could get into check. At the end of the inspection he explained everything to me and even gave me some tips on how to keep things working longer, and he also told me of anything that he saw during the inspection that were going to be problems (in my case there was not much). I recieved my report later that afternoon which was good timing considering that we had the inspection done early that morning.

Very well and I'd use him again! I contacted him through his website, he called me back that same night. We arranged a time for the inspection that worked for everyone's schedule in a timely manner. He explained the process. He was on time for the inspection, did a complete job (so complete that the people selling the house are going to use him to inspect the house they are buying!), explained everything to us, wrote a very detailed report including pictures. We had the report that same evening. he made suggestions regarding things we should plan for in the future (how long the roof, air conditioning etc should last), made suggestions re: trimming back certain shrubs to give us better access to outside water/electrical. He showed us where everything was, told us how to work/check/maintain certain things. He was friendly and pleasant and hard working. It was about 94 degrees outside the day of the inspection and he was crawling around in the attic annd on the roof at 3 in the afternoon and he maintained his professional and personable demeanor despite the heat. We were very pleased! He even arranged the terminte inspection for us!

Paul Magrone was at the home for the inspection on time, actually early - he was very courteous, professional and obviously experienced and well informed about his business. He thoroughly looked over the entire house. He encourages you to accompany him on the inspection and gave me information on maintenance and preventative care for the house. He was happy to answer any question about the house and made the entire inspection process pleasant as well as extremely informative.
