Bill Stewart was our inspector for a home we are buying in the Avalon Area. I was so shocked and amazed to see how thorough Bill's report was with pictures and explanations about EVERYTHING in the home. Very well. Jason was installed extremely thorough and explained why he did the various tests he performed and what he was looking to find. He gave as a clear verbal summary before he left and the full report arrived by email later that day. It could not have been any easier or smoother.

My wife and I recently purchased a new home, which was also a new construction. We debated using an inspector of our own - as a new construction undergoes several inspections and should be in complete working order right from the start, right? I decided to call a few different inspectors, and was turned off by most I spoke to ... except Paul. My first call to PJM, Paul stayed on the phone with me for almost 20 minutes. He wasn't asking for my business. He took his time explaining what an inspector does, certain findings he has had, advising me to 'shop around' until I found the right inspector for me. My wife and I are big advocates for communication; and needless to say, we were both immediately impressed with the first impression we received from PJM. We decided to pull the trigger and hire Paul as our inspector ... for our first home. And Paul was the perfect choice for us. He even took time before our scheduled inspection to look through photos I had taken throughout the construction process. After introducing himself, he asked if we had any specific concerns. After that, he started. He executed his job at the same time we were walking through our home, but always being respectful of everyone. He was professional, thorough, and personable. You can tell how passionate he is about what he does - especially by the debris and sweat that comes along with climbing over, under, and through a home. (And yes, for those of you wondering, he did find important items needing fixing.) By the end of his inspection, he talked trough his findings, addressed the positives of the house, and answered any questions we had. The report was sent that evening as promised, and was extremely thorough, with pictures, descriptions, arrows, circles, etc. Ultimately, my wife and I are so thankful we had Paul there. For such a large purchase, it was worth the small price (which, by the way, was always a straightforward amount) to have that much more peace-of-mind. I can't say enough good things about our experience with PJM, Inc. (Obviously!) We will absolutely be recommending them to all of our friends, and we will absolutely be using them for any of our personal future needs. Thanks, Paul!

Jason was great!!! He listened to my concerns, addressed each by showing me specifically what effects they would have over time. Made sure I understood the condition of the home, and his recommendations.

It went great. Mike Troisi was my inspector. He was there before I was. He was very polite and friendly. He went to work straight away. I STRONGLY recommend you attend your inspection. Mike was able to point out things in each room. Overall the house was in good shape but he pointed out systems that might need to be replaced soon and approximately how to expect to pay. He also explained how to maintain systems to extend the life. He took pictures of everything and emailed a report that night. He was very funny and personable. Lou Cortes performed my WDO inspection. Lou was also very professional and personable. He explained all the types of critters he inspects for and made a recommendation for service that will keep the home bug-free. I would highly recommend both inspectors. (Home inspection was $275, WDO inspection $110)

The home inspection went very well and I was pleased with the results. Mr. Jason Solano did a thorough job in identifying the areas and items that need attention in his report. The report also provided me with excellent pictures of the items that need my attention.
