I just wanted to say thank you to Paul for the extremely thorough home inspection, and the incredibly professional report that he generated for us from his visit. It was brilliantly organized and all points were accompanied by photo evidence, which heavily supported our final negotiations with the seller. I'm in the business analytics industry myself, so if I'm praising how a professional report is, consider it very high praise!

I felt extremely comfortable that Luis was very thorough and covered all of the bases when doing the home inspection. He was on time and started the inspection immediately. He took the time to explain all of his findings at the end of the inspection, which made it ten times easier for me to review and interpret the inspection report once I received it (which was in less than 24 hours.) He emphasized what items were important to repair as soon as possible and gave recommendations on what types of things to repair and maintain periodically in order to prolong the life of the home. I will definitely recommend this company to any friends or family who may need a home inspection in the future.

Luis Nigaglioni is an absolute proffessional! He was extremely thorough in the inspection and left no stone unturned. His explanation of his findings were in laymen’s terms and he made sure we understood the inspection process and report.

Karen was amazing, she helped me schedule and worked with both agents to get access to the property. I could have sat back and she would have taken care of everything for me. This was wonderful because usually during a real estate transaction you are spinning your wheels in all directions. Bill was my home inspector he called me right after he left the property and mentioned the concerns which was wonderful I was able to ask him questions - very knowledgeable by the way! A couple hours later (less than 24 hours) received a very thorough report with all the concerns and clear pictures, Bill and I had discussed earlier.
