This company was thorough as well as professional explaining each step and submitted a comprehensive report including photos the same day via email. In turn, I was able to forward the report to the builder. The builder acknowledged any issues and agreed to fix all issues based on the completed report. I couldn't be happier!

Mike, the inspector, arrived early to start the work. He is thorough with his inspection and has the whole inspection report finished by evening the same day. The report is in full color and very easy to understand.

Mike was Very professional, and courteous. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very at easy with the whole process while still being very forwardand truthful about potential issues. Luis performed the inspection and was very thorough. He was engaging the entire time and made suggestions about future upkeep/maintenance as the inspection progressed. The written report was well formatted and professionally presented. I requested a follow up Wind Mitigation Report (commonly performed in FL) and it was promptly delivered. I have worked with many home inspectors (I am a real estate agent) and the service provided by Luis and PJM is top notch. The office receptionist was also extremely helpful. We are buying a home from out of state, and the climate/conditions in Florida are new to us. I was appreciative that PJM's home inspector - Jason Solano - took a great deal of time to walk me through a lot of the issues he saw. He also provided some important context ("normal", "concerning") to his observations, which was incredibly helpful. In addition to being extremely helpful and very thorough, Jason's final report was 65 pages long and included a great deal of detail regarding what he found in the inspection. I would definitely recommend him and PJM to anyone looking for this kind of work.
