IT WAS PLEASANT. WHEN I NEEDED THE WORK DONE THEY SCHEDULED A PROFESSIONAL TO COME OUT AND GIVE ME A PRICE. THEY FOUND A PROJECT MANAGER. IT WAS EFFORTLESS ON MY PART. ALL I HAD TO DO WAS SAY YES, AND THE WORK WAS DONE. THEY MADE IT EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Description of Work: I HAD MY OLD CARPET TAKEN OUT AND HAD CERAMIC TILE INSTALLED.

THE PURCHASING OF THE TILE IN THE STORE TOOK A LOT OF TIME DUE TO NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE HELPING WITH THE ORDER. THE INSTALLATION WAS GREAT. THEY KEPT IN CONTACT WITH US TO UPDATE ON ARRIVAL OF THE ORDER AND SETTING UP THE INSTALLATION DATE. THE INSTALLATION COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, WERE VERY DETAILED IN REPAIRING CRACKS IN THE FLOOR PROPERLY, AND INSTALLING THE NEW TILE CAREFULLY WHILE CREATING A VERY PROFESSIONAL OUTCOME. THEY HELPED SELECT THE CORRECT GROUT COLOR AND EXPLAINED HOW TO CARE FOR THE TILE.
Description of Work: THE TILE IN THE FRONT ENTRY OF HOME WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH NEW TILES. THE NEW TILE WAS GROUTED AND SEALED.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WENT WELL. THE SALES STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ON THE PRODUCT. THEY WERE ABLE TO ORDER THE MATERIALS WE NEEDED TO COMPLETE OUR PROJECT.
Description of Work: THEY ASSISTED WITH THE SELECTION OF A REPLACEMENT VESSEL SINK AND THE FAUCETS WE WOULD NEED TO USE.
