Description of Work: We hired Rudolph to complete our bathroom remodel. His pricing is fair and his quality of work is excellent. Rudolf is both personable and professional and a joy to work with. We are pleased with his attention to detail, the suggestions and recommendations he has made, and his dependability. He truly wants to provide us with what we want and takes pride in his work. Description of Work: Nov. 2014 Assured me he would get back to me on phone and come out to provide an estimate in first part of Dec. I have called multiple times in Dec. with no response. Such a disappointment

Description of Work: Excellent job of painting a brick house. Perfectionist in every way. Have reached out to try and use for other needs since. He stays very booked. Well worth the wait if you want honest, excellent work.

Description of Work: He responded to me quickly. Unfortunately he explained he is too busy to even give a quote at this time. I asked him to let me know when he is available and I would try him again later.

Description of Work: I contacted with Rudolf Stock and Holden's Handyman Service to do a quarterly check of my rental property in Orlando, FL. He checks and services the HVAC system, the plumbing for leaks or clogs, and the general condition of the property. He then sends me a report and invoice via email. Since I live in SC I am not able to check on my rental property and my tenant regularly. This property maintenance service has been great and I look forward to a long relationship with Holden Handyman Inc. and the monetary savings from doing proactive preventative services vs. reactive repairs to my rental property.

Description of Work: I contacted Holden Handymen Inc.by email and all of my communications with him have been by email. I live in SC and I needed work done on my condo in Orlando. Rudolf Stock replaced about 600 sq. ft. of carpeting with ceramic tile, creating a transition between the existing tile in the condo and the new tile. He purchased the tile, moved all the furniture, removed and hauled off the old flea infested carpeting, installed the new tile, hired and supervised a service to clean the existing tile, hired and supervised a service to refinish the 50-yr-old tub, sealed all the grout in all of the tile, purchased and installed a new kitchen sink, and painted the walls and trim in the interior of this 900 sq. ft. condo with odor sealing oil-based paint. He did this promptly and communicated about the progress on a daily basis. My sister went by and looked at the work before he was finished with everything and she was very impressed with the work he did. Along with this big one-time job, I have contracted with Mr. Stock to go to the condo every 3 months and inspect the A/C unit, change filter, and inspect the old plumbing for possible issues. Although I have not met Mr. Stock, I am thrilled to find a "dream handyman" to help me manage my second home in Florida.
