Obviously, this gentleman has some sort of issue with me or with my address. I am unclear what it is, and of course he has the right not to tell me. However, a polite response indicating that he is unable to provide services to me at this time would be the professional thing to do.

After the tenants were evicted from my rental home, it was obvious they had not been maintaining the yard as they were supposed to do. Hogan came out promptly, gave an estimate and started work the next day. When I checked the landscaping the next day there were many things that were not done. I contacted Hogan, and was told they had an employee suffer from heat stroke so they were not able to finish that day and would complete things the next day. When I arrived the following day, everything was beautiful. They went above and beyond what was agreed upon in the estimate. The landscaping looked fantastic. I was very impressed with the quality of work and pleasantly surprised they had done additional work not required by the estimate. My expectations were exceeded. The following day, I showed the home to a potential tenant and they decided to move in and sign a lease. You never get a second chance to make a first impression & I am sure the quality work by Hogan made the place more appealing to my new renters.

I called Hogan by finding them on Angie's List after my current company just stopped showing up and my yard was a mess. I called them at 4pm on Thursday before Labor Day. Not only were they very receptive to taking on my property, they went by THAT afternoon, supplied me with a quote that night, and arrived the VERY NEXT DAY to get started. It was the Friday before Labor Day weekend and it was pooooooouring rain. The owner himself showed up with his crew at 4pm and spent 2 hours in the pouring rain just to make sure that my property looked presentable for the long weekend. They arrived today for my second service and it looks even better!! THESE are the kind of people I want to give my money to and I'm sure you'll agree if you try them out.

We were looking for a full service yard care company and Hogan Landscapes, Inc had the most of what we needed at a reasonable price for the size of our yard and amount of work that needed to be done on a routine basis. They were quick to respond for the free quote with a no pressure and professional approach, which was nice. Once we finalized pricing and use of services they were able to start our yard work within the same day.

They were very fairly priced. They responded immediately. They’ve come every week. They are reliable, prompt and do a great job.

I was in a jam and needed to find a landscaper to cut my lawn on short notice. I called Hogan and he was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. He gave me a quote that same day and was able to start right away. Lawn now looks amazing due to Hogan's commitment to quality. I would highly recommend.

I used Hogan landscapes for a cleanup at a house that had overgrown plants everywhere and the work this company did was detailed and thorough. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone. They were professional and on time. To top it off their pricing is fair. You can't go wrong with Hogan Landscapes!

Service provided was excellent. All the trees (mine are smaller and only a couple years old) and bushes were trimmed. The grass was cut and edged. All the clippings were cleaned up. Everything looked great. Very happy with the service!

Thank God for Hogan Landscaping! The morning of the 23rd I found out that I was going to have to host Christmas Day for family and friends. Well of course I had cut down my lawn service to biweekly because of the season and my flower beds were full of dead annuals and weeds. (I tend to the flower beds myself). I called Hogan Landscaping in a panic, explained my situation and was told not to worry about a thing that they'd have someone here ASAP. Well within a couple of hours a crew arrived including the owner. Not to soon after my lawn and flower beds were completed and everything looked just perfect. I am so very grateful that I have a landscaper who really cares for their customers and is always willing to go that extra mile to be sure they're complete satisfied.

I have been using Hogan Landscapes since sometime in 2012 but I have owned my home since 1996 in Downtown Orlando. My neighbors keep very nice yards and I am glad to have joined them thanks to Hogans Landscapes. You can pay to have your lawn mowed and trimmed or you can have a real Landscaper for the same or less money. THANK YOU HOGAN LANDSCAPES! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Horrible experience. The irrigation expert was supposed to 1)identify zones not working 2)identify which irrigation heads do not work 3)provide an invoice for service 4) do a walkthrough to show what needs to be fixed The problem is the irrigation expert works for Hogan and he won't let me not call him directly. Instead. I have to call the owner, Hogan. I placed four calls to Hogan and have left voice mail messages on four separate occasions over a ten day period. He NEVER called me back. I sent him an email to call me back within 24 hours or I would terminate him. He did not. When I hired Hogan about two months ago, I informed him I needed an expert to repair irrigation and my lawn was suffering. He was very clear in that he had someone to fix things. I informed him that once fixed, I would need the dead grass removed and re-sodded. Hogan did not call me at all until after I emailed a termination letter. He stated his irrigation expert fixed my irrigation. I informed him by email that this was clearly not the case in that several zones were not working. He never apologized for not returning my calls or even tried to get my business back. Simple things like return phone calls to give updates on work done makes all the difference. There was no communication on his part to notify me of what was done. I received no estimate for repairs and work may have been done without my knowledge. Therefore, I do not recommend him for lawn or irrigation work.

I was very happy with the service. I was concerned how busy they were getting. I did notice they were getting behind slightly. I started using someone else, but I may be switching back soon.

We have always had a positive experience in dealing with the company, with any issues addressed quickly, and cost effectively.

I contacted Hogan to see if they would service my sister's yard ~ this was her birthday gift. I live in a different state and found Hogan on Angie's List. My original contact was on Wednesday, October 3rd, and the reply came quickly as did the requested estimate. Service began on October 4th, and my sister was thrilled to come home to a much improved yard ~ they pruned, edged, trimmed, weeded and did some curb enhancements. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Hogan landscapes has been truly great in our experience! We called Hogan among others to get quotes on what we consider some major weeding, trimming, and general restoration of some overgrown landscaping at our home in Metrowest. When Hogan arrived, instead of simply giving a quote to restore the property; Hogan pointed out that our current landscaper should not have let it get to the state it was in in the first place, and that if was one of his properties it would have already been correct. Instead of hiring him for the restoration, we let our current landscaper go, and hired Hogan. We couldn't be more happy. They treat our property like their own. Thank you Hogan Landscapes.

These guys went above and beyond. Not only did they respond quickly, but they sent a team of 4 guys and spent 4 hours perfecting the details. In the end, the property looked show ready and rented immediately after just one open house.

They have always been courteous and professional in any of my dealings. The attention to detail along with proactive treatments for weeds and pest is above and beyond expectation. I have referred them to several neighbors and have been thanked for similar results. I have found the pricing to be good and service to be better. I highly recommend Hogan Landscapes and the owner Brett makes himself available at a whim.

Our initial exchanges to obtain a quote and agree to hire Hogans went quickly and smoothly. Mr. Hogan was responsive and answered questions cordially. His business office is very close to our home and he indicated he has other accounts in our neighborhood/area. Also, he indicated that he and another of his employees had formal training in horticulture. So we considered the company would be a good option. There were a couple of questions that we had about ants in the first few weeks of his service and he responded by email promptly. After a couple of months of service we noticed small piles of topsoil here and there in the lawn. Mr. Hogan indicated that they would take a soil sample and would likely put down topsoil to help start the sod well so we didn't think anything of it when we noticed it the day they put it down. We did consider it odd that it wasn't spread out but figured maybe the crew didn't have time to finish the job when they came out and we waited to see what would happen. That was several weeks ago and it is still that way. The St. Augustine grass had a dry look to it for most of the time Hogan's has maintained the lawn. We increased the watering frequency and waited to see if it improved the look and feel of the grass and it did not. We contact Hogan's asking if Mr. Hogan would come back to our property to discuss our concerns about watering and other concerns about the yard and were told the assistant, Jon, would speak with us. Jon works as a foreman for the crew that maintains our lawn. He did come and review the concerns we had but we were left with other concerns after the discussion. For example, when asked about spreading the topsoil, he said they did spread it. It's obvious that's not true if you walk through our yard and look for it. He criticized his own employer several times and indicated he is "the brains" behind landscape planning and design. So our concerns are larger now than before. We have called many times asking for a phone call back to discuss our concerns and we have emailed that request also. To date we have no response and Hogan will not answer the phone. We have emailed a notice to Hogans informing them that, per their requirement, that we are giving 30-day notice that we will no longer be using their services and are searching for another lawn maintenance service.
