Great, They were supposed to come in the afternoon but called early to say that they were hung up at a clients and rescheduled for the next morning. They showed up the next morning right on time. The trees look great after the work and they cleaned up the grounds so well you can't tell they were there.

Their team yanked out the old and replaced it with new. They were able to find a drought-tolerant solution to my landscaping needs. I don't have irrigation on my property and wasn't ready to install a system. They helped me install a drip system to help the plants get started and even replaced the faucet it was using which was old and rusted. Very professional, easy to work with, and flexible.

My husband and I are thrilled with the results of our project. Mark (the designer) really listened to what we wanted. Our yard now looks like a beautiful park and the plants Mark suggested are unique and special. They installed planters around our pool area and patio that look so nice, as if the pool area and the planters were designed together. We actually decided against Mark's original design. It was exactly what I wanted, but it was just too much $ for our neighborhood. As we are not sure exactly how long we are going to be here, we had him draw up a new plan. The new design allows us to install those upgrades at a later date if we find we will be staying here. I appreciated his flexibility. We just finished a pool renovation and this was the last step to updating our backyard. Hogan did a wonderful job and I have to say, the crew cleaned up better at the end of the day than some of the others we have had during the pool/screen reno. As a dog owner, I really appreciate that.

Things went well except about 3 weeks later noticed that tree in yard was dying. Mark came out & looked at it & said they would replace as they accidentally cut a root on tree. Completely removed tree & ground down stump & replaced with a very attractive tree at no cost to me. Fast forward about month later & one border plant was dying & I took pix & sent Mark. Told him it was dying, too & that I probably over watered it. Mark came & said they would replace it as they planted in pot without adequate drainage. Again at no cost to me. These are most professional & responsive folks! I would recommend & will use again when the need arises!

Never heard back after quote. Emails, voice mail, and message system here used. Went with another company.

Back in July Hogan Landscapes did a phenomenal job on completely overhauling our landscaping. Because we were so pleased with their work, we decided to give them a shot at managing our weekly lawn and landscape maintenance. Starting in September we made the switch. Besides the very reasonable monthly price, we have been really pleased with their work. Anthony and his crew work meticulously to make sure our landscaping looks neat and orderly. Anthony especially pays close attention to everything and is quick to react if something needs fertilizer or pest control. Overall we have been delighted with their work!

Excellent service. My prior service company had become unreliable, sometimes no service for two weeks which is a problem here in Central Florida during the summer, and, despite repeated requests, their staff kept blowing cut grass against the house and into the bushes. None of those problems with this company. They did an excellent job. Trimmed my palm trees. Edging was perfect. I would totally recommend this company to anyone.

I have been using Hogan lawn service and landscaping for nearly a year, and they have done a great job! I needed some landscaping done initially and Mark came over to do estimate, and saw to it that the work was completed. They have been taking care of lawn as well, and are very reliable and always do a nice job. Highly recommend.

Prior to our landscaping being installed Jeffrey met with us a few other times to incorporate some of our last minute tweaks. In the end we decided to completely overhaul our landscaping. Hogan's team of landscapers were very friendly and hardworking. They were extremely knowledgeable and made sure to place all of the plants and trees in just the right places to maximize their growth and enhance the curb appeal of our home. We are overjoyed with how our landscaping turned out! We have received so many complements from our neighbors and have had people go out of their way to tell us how great it looks. After receiving a referral from a friend, we called and met with Jeffrey Lee, the sales/project manager for Hogan Landscapes. We basically gave him a blank slate to work with and wanted his ideas. Jeffrey along with Mark, the company's designer, were great at working with us as a team to come up with the perfect blend of ideas for our front yard including new hedges, sod, flowers, rock, mulch, and even accent lighting installation. They also ordered custom made, gorgeous, concrete pots for us and installed self watering systems in them, so we don't have to constantly worry about watering the flowers. We could not be more happy with the results!!!! We have had neighbors constantly stopping by outside to comment. Hogans was very punctual and attentive and, with an impending party at our home, were miraculously able to complete the work within days. They worked rain or shine! Jeffrey Lee checked in with us every step of the way and never missed a call.....we really liked the personal approach as opposed to having to communicate through an office. Any issue that came up was immediately handled to our liking. We also appreciated the way they took time each and every day to clean up any mess that was made. I have never left a recommendation on Angie's List before, but I really wanted to get the word out about this impressive company. The personal service we received seems hard to find anymore and was greatly appreciated!! Thanks Hogan.

I hired Hogan Landscapes to not only completely redesign my entire backyard landscaping, but to also add onto and "re-arrange" our front yard landscaping as well. I had been taking photos of the kinds of landscaping I was drawn to (i.e.: different plants, trees, shrubs as well as the look and feel of an entire property's tropical design) and knew EXACTLY what I was hoping for. Hogan Landscapes was phenomenal to work with and he and his team was able to take my wishes and make it all come alive. His knowledge of what plants work well in direct sun or indirect sun, as well as what kinds of flowers/plants/trees/shrubs would look really great together was outstanding. Hogan Landscapes tied in so many of my wishes with things that just made them stand out even more. Hogan Landscapes was also true to budget. He was timely and efficient. His team of workmen were also timely and great to work with. I would hire Hogan Landscapes again in a heartbeat and will recommend him to everyone!!!

They did many jobs for us to date and i am very satisfied.

I was impressed with the responsiveness of the gentlemen I spoke to. They answered their phones, they called me back, they got a quote to me quickly, and performed the work quickly and professionally. Mark met me at our appointed time on the job after completion and encouraged me to tell him if I wasn't happy for any reason. This was a thorough, professional job and I will highly recommend this company to anyone looking for landscape services. We also hired them to continue with the monthly maintenance since it was the fault of the previous company that the yard fell into such disrepair. Thanks, Hogan!

They were very quick to respond to my request for an appointment. Mark, who was very nice and knowledgeable, came to the house and I explained what I wanted done. He made some recommendations and said he would provide an estimate. I figured I would hear from him the next day at the very latest. It's been a week and I haven't heard from him or anyone else. I could follow up and ask why I didn't get an estimate, but I use the initial appointment to see how reliable a company and their service will be. And based on their lack of follow-up, I give them an F.

After soliciting competitive bids for landscaping services at a newly purchased, lakefront home on more than a half acre, I accepted a $10,000 bid from Hogan Landscapes and Brett Hogan, who ultimately defrauded me into paying more than $20,000 and committed unfair and deceptive trade practices. In the written bid, Hogan Landscapes and Brett Hogan emphasized the shade-tolerance of Seville sod, yet in a bait-and-switch, instead installed a cheap, infected St. Augustine, and further neglected to treat the sod such that it quickly died. Part of the sod had gone to another residence and it also died. Moreover, Hogan Landscapes and Brett Hogan dispatched a deceptive and unqualified crew that, among other things, improperly installed irrigation which sprayed exterior walls and caused property damage. The irrigation also sprayed the neighbor's home, and had to be adjusted. The crew continued to ask me for additional checks, well beyond the amount stated in the bid, and certain services were never performed or were performed negligently. The maintenance services were sloppy and unprofessional. The entire crew was terminated by the company. Hogan Landscapes and Brett Hogan had agreed by phone - and in writing - to remedy the issues and reinstall the lawn, so as to protect their reputation and integrity, but delayed and then ultimately reneged, causing me to suffer additional delay, labor, expense, and the embarrassment of having no lawn as a new neighbor in an upscale neighborhood. Hogan Landscapes and Brett Hogan failed to respond to a detailed demand letter from an attorney, and I reserve the right to pursue legal claims for rescission, penalties, compensatory damages and punitive damages under multiple causes of action, including but not limited to FDUTPA, in the civil division of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial District, in and for Orange County, Florida.

After a bad experience with the original sales guy (who was fired) the work went as planned and looks good.

They did a Huge cleanup and trimming of trees and bushes and weeded beds -- then hauled it all away the next day.I would recommend them to anyone who needs a yard cleanup!!!!!

Instead of 1 person for 6 hours they sent 3 people for 2 hours, It was pouring with rain and they soon got to work. They were very nice people worked very hard pulled lots of weeds trimmed trees and bushes they even took a pile of my neybors rubbish bagged it and took it away. I locked myself out while they were working everyone tried to get me in finally the door popped open that saved me about $70-00 time was up and everyone was happy. Logan the owner called the next day to ask how it went I told him I would like to have some planting and landscaping done and so a week later he came round looked to see what needed doing. He filled 2 garbage cans of mine wth extra rubbish and would not let me give any money for the work he did.I will have them come at least twice a year in future. It had been neglected for over 2 years due to ill health. Thank you Hogan and crew.

I think that was fine. I don't remember what they did but I have no complaints.

Thy were nice, spent a lot of time reviewing my property and discussing ideas. They said they would get back to me with a quote and we NEVER heard from them again.

Initially communication was very slow. Despite messages left through Angie's List and also by phone, it was 6 days before I heard back to schedule the work. But, I did hear back, and we scheduled for the following week. They showed up on the designated day and on time. We discussed what I wanted done and they went to work. I crew of 3 completed the work, cleaned up, and disappeared. I am happy with the job done. Those bird of paradise were easily 25ft high and 6 ft in diameter at the base. Also had some 8ft high Viburnum that have been tamed to 4ft and weeds removed from all the beds. All in all, a pretty good experience. Thanks!

.For a month, my husband and I have been out of town taking care of family. Since we have been a way the yard had become a huge mess. thanks to Hogan Landscaping everything now looks pristine. They even brought in the garbage cans from the curb. and sprayed wasp nests that had made homes under the eaves.
