They pretty much didn't do anything. They should actually do the job that was requested and do the job that they proposed.

We asked HCC to do an After-construction/Move-in clean for our house. We couldn't emphasized more than enough that the house is after construction and we expected the house would be all clean and ready to move in. Our contractor moved all the garbage and constructing tools out of the house and he did a little sweeping before the cleaning team came in. The house was under a reasonable condition, of course dusty, some paint dots on the tiles. The previous owner of the house actually hired some professional cleaning company before we closed the deal, so all the draws, oven, microwave and fridge have been kept pretty clean. HCC sent the cleaning team (2 people) to our house and wanted to charge us for $400, claiming the house is pretty big (3000 sqf). We left them there doing all the cleaning as we had to go back to work. We went back to check the house that night, not only the ceiling fans and windowsills are still very dusty, I was barefooted walking in our rooms for 5 minutes and my feet are all dirty, and all the painting dots are still on the floor. We tried to scratch the paint dots out by ourselves and those dots actually came out very easily. Apparently, they just did not make any effort, not even trying. I called HCC the next day and telling them I am not happy with what they did, the owner immediately accused that I was the one did not make things clear...Not only that I made myself very clear that this was after-construction, they couldn't even meet the standard of a normal house cleaning. I am not sure what they actually did if the house was still pretty dusty after they said they cleaned it... I told her either she sends people back and redo the work or I am disputing the charge. The owner obviously didn't like the idea and said that I was playing game with her. Finally she agreed to send the same team back to redo the work. The cleaning lady called us a day before and saying they did not have the tool for the paints on the floor and asked us provide our own tool, and also she claimed that it would be a lot of work of scratching all the paint dots off. We really feel that they were very reluctant of doing the job and trying to push things away. We even had to show them how easily the paint can be scratched off. With all the experience with HCC, I would never ever recommend to anyone who wants to have their houses cleaned. This place is overcharging you, and the worst part, they don't do the job!
