+ -1 moreOur overall experience with Richard Olson (sales rep) was spectacular. We actually used Hall Brothers rather than other companies whose price was less. Our problem was when the roof leaked a year after install. I contacted Hall Brothers and Don Hall (owner) came out and recaulked some areas. The problems continued and we inquired about our warranty. He said the company is insolvent and he has to feed his family so he will not fix anything else. My wife complained to the BBB and Department of Business and Professional Regulation after we could not get any responses from the company. So basically, our 15 year warranty is only as good as the insolvent company we purchased the roof from.

Description of Work: Hall Brothers installed my roof . It has been an issue from the word go. they have come out and performed bandaid. repairs with mismatched roof tiles and anything they found laying in the trash. I would not ever have them step foot on my roof. This roofer has cost us years of aggression. I would not get them to patch a hole in a lean too. The owners husband came out last year and said if he would repair the roof and all the water damage it would have bankrupt him. So he walks away an leaves me and the builder holding the bag. I still had to pay for all the interior repairs with the monies from the insurance company. This ordeal has taken over 6 months and still not sure if all the problems have been resolved short of knocking the entire walls and ceiling down. p***** off home owner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

+ -1 moreWe have been very impressed with their work, their follow up and their pricing. They matched tiles up with existing ones and performed the work in a timely manner and at a very competitive price. Will continue to use them on any work needed.
Description of Work: We have used Hall Brothers roofing for repairs and for replacing a flat roof section of the main house and the roof of the guest house.

+ -1 moreIn December 2006 I filed a complaint with the BBB. This company does not stand behind their work. They would make appointments and not show, promise a fix, and never show. They did good for the first year, but after that there was no response.
Description of Work: I had a roof put on by them. I had shingle issues constantly since they installed it 10 years ago. They tried to blame it on the shingles, which I didn't pick the shingles.

+ -1 moreContacted company based on neighbor's experience with them. Response was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. The work was done within two weeks, work was done well, workers were polite, fast, energetic, very professional. They worked until dark and completed the entire roof in two days. They did a great job cleaning up the area each night. County inspector approved the job and was very well done.
