Great, professional, prompt, Honest.

The workers arrived earlier than expected, and worked quickly. They were done just as I arrived at the scheduled start time. Don't ask me how they expected to get paid if I wasn't there. I noted bad responsiveness, because they were not clear and forthcoming in their communication about scheduling. When we provided them with the signed contract, we expected a fairly prompt response scheduling the job in about two weeks. After more than a week had passed without contact from them, I called to see when the job would be done. They said it would be done the day after next. Then they told me that they usually don't call to schedule unitl the day before. Fortunately, the scheduled day was a Saturday and I could be there to monitor the project. However, one day's notice isn't enough, and they need to be clear about that scheduling up front. I would have given them an A on quality, but they didn't provide me with a sample of the leaf guard material, and it wasn't what I expected from their description, nor was it the type I repeatedly told them I preferred. The material used is acceptable, but not at the price they charged, which is more than the retail cost of my preferred material. I realize it is my failure not to insist on seeing a sample of the product before agreeing to the project, but don't tell me a salesman can't carry a two foot piece of aluminum in their car. They know what they are installing is not premium grade product, and I think they are deliberately attempting to conceal that fact. That is also why they don't get an A on price or professionalism. If quality were divided between materials and workmanship, they would definitely get an A on workmanship.

Left an estimate at the door. They had the best price from several vendors that I called for an estimate. Responded rapidly, professionally, and gave a schedule for installation in the next week. Did a great job -- high quality work which looks great. Made a second visit to extend the length of some returns/ run-offs to my preference.

Asked and received an estimate, left it at the door as requested. went with another company due to price.

Excellent customer serivce throughout the entire process. We found out we needed 10 more feet the day before they came. All it took was a quick phone call and the change was easily made. The installation was quick and easy and they even showed me the work before they left to be sure I was pleased. The entire process from start to finish took one week. I could not have had a better experience.

Absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. I wish all businesses were this professional and efficient. Jason was very polite when he did the estimate which was amazingly low. (A neighbor paid over twice as much with ANOTHER company for the same gutters!) Two men did the fast installation on a date convenient to me. They sent me a bill in the mail and even gave me a guarantee. I couldn't ask for more!

From beginning to end, all went well, no problems

Called for an estimate which was provided the next day at the agreed time. Willing to work different options to change price. Installed the next day. Good quality, fast, professional service.

My wife called them up to get the work done. They showed up and installed the gutters. They didn't even leave an invoice. They did all the work and didn't bother us. I think they work out of Atlanta, as I got a bill from there. There wasn't any problem and they got the work done. Everything worked out perfectly. If need be, then I would use their services in the future too.

I had a little bit of difficulty getting the estimate coordinated. Once there, the individual went through his recommendations and explained exactly what the work would entail. I got an estimate on the spot which was 30% less than a competitor. The work was completed quickly and the workers left no trace. The installation was professional and high quality.

We were pleased with the folks at Gutter King from the initial phone to set up a time for the estimate until completion of the job. Initially we had decided to gutter just one section of the back of the house but were so pleased with the estimate that we asked for an estimate to do the entire rear facade. We were told that it would be a little over a week before they could get to our house. That was on a Friday and the following Friday we were notified that they would get to us Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon about 1:15 they arrived to do the job and about 45 minutes later, the gutters were on! The gutters are nice deep 6" gutters and are very neat looking. Shortly after the installers left we had a real down pour and the gutters worked perfectly. There was absolutely no left over mess from the job.

Estimate was set up w/in 48 hrs. Dale showed up on time to do estimate around my schedule. Pricing was great. Only problem I had was that I had to call twice to get the installation date. Installation was done in the week that it was promised. Workers were on time. Gutters were replaced exactly were the old ones were. Offered to leave the old gutters if we wanted to recycle ourselves to reduce the over all cost.

Went very well. The estimator Paul showed up on time and provided me a couple of options. When I faxed in the approval, Paul called to say that the job will be scheduled within 2 weeks. It was scheduled in 5 days and the crew showed up on time. They did a thorough job, cleaned up after their work and were very courteous. Can't ask for anything more.

The estimator was on time, listened to what we needed done, provided explanation and cost. The technician was on time, very professional and the job was done in no time at all.

I had called several different companies to get a quote on a gutter installation and found that Gutter King was able to get a person out to measure the area, as well as inform that it would be better to do the entire side on not just a section for very little more. The quote came that day and was able to get the service done within a week. They look perfect as if they should have been on the home along.

I called the main line and the operator informed me that the salesperson would call. The salesperson called that afternoon. He gave us an estimate the next day (Wednesday). I was not present for the estimate, so he left it at the door. I reviewed the estimate that evening, signed and faxed it the next day (Thursday). The salesperson informed me that they would come sometime next week (no need to be home). They were there on Monday and installed the gutters. Overall, a very easy experience. The gutters are, well, gutters. Nothing fancy, but overall functional.

They came on time, did the work quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I was amazed at how good they were.

A Gutter King salesperson suggested new gutters and drainpipe changes and gave an estimate. When the installers arrived, they declined to do the work because they did not feel the new gutters would not fit on the house, nor would they work any better and the recommended drainpipes would ruin the front of the house. A recent call to the same company for gutter cleaning resulted in a promise of a visit and estimate by a saleperson and I never received a call.

The guy from Gutter King was personable and polite. He used high pressure water to thoroughly clean the gutters and down spouts and tighten up a couple of loose connections they found, just to be thorough in their work. They are contentious and did a fine job at the house.

The job was promised and delivered on time! The two installers, Joe Goehrig and Gama Soto, came in the morning as promised and performed their job with skill and ease. There was no damage to the roof area which could have been a problem. Because the gutter was so long (70'), it had to be lifted onto and over the roof so that it could be put in place properly. It was obvious that these two gentleman were professional in all manner of speaking and did an excellent job. I would recommend this company and its employees highly.

They failed to provide technical information on their products after two requests.

Paul the estimator arrived when he said he would and gave us an estimate during that visit. He was professional and helpful and his bid was in line with others I had received, so I faxed him agreeing to his proposal. He scheduled the installation for about 9 days in the future which was about the lead time he indicated. The installers were supposed to arrive between 9 and 10. They arrived at 0850 and reviewed the job with me and went right to work. By 1045 they were finished. Their work looks very good, the gutters are straight and solidly installed, and they completely cleaned up any and all mess.

For the most part great, however the did not bring enough of the color that I ordered. They finished the job the same day using an off color only because the house will be painted along with the gutters.

They took a few days to have their sales person get in touch with me to schedule an appointment for an estimate. However, after that it went very fast. Everyone in sales and installation were very nice.

They were on time. I didn't have any problems at all with them in regards to their work.
