Todd and Regina Cassidy of Greenway Roofing were very professional throughout the whole process. Todd has an amazing crew, large in numbers, and they were so efficient. From start to finish they literally did the entire roof replacement in about 7 hours. I highly recommend them. I will use them again if needed but won’t have to for a long time because the quality of the work was superb! Thank you Greenway Roofing!

Todd and his crew did an amazing job on our roof. First let me say that we have had roofs replaced several times during our 25+ years as residents of Central Florida. This was by far the best service and quality we have ever seen. The attention to detail, the quality of the work and communicaton surpassed our expectations. They followed through with our Insurance agency as promised, making it virtually hassle free. They replaced my roof and gutters using high quality materials. A few neighbors have complimented on what a nice job they did. I've never gotten a compliment on my roof before! Honesty and integrity still exists in a solid company like Greenway. Give them a try, you wont be dssapointed!

From first contact via phone I received nothing short of excellent customer service. Very responsive to calls and I was always informed of the the different steps of the re-roof process. His sales team is was amazing too. Would definitely hire again and have recommended Greenway Roofing many times.

Amazing service. Very reliable! Todd worked great, giving us a Very quick response on getting an estimate. They came out the following week and did the work and did an excellent job. Everyone from Greenway Roofing always prompt and courteous. Couldn’t ask for a better communication and service! Would recommend all my friends and neighbors.

Their licence is no longer active so beware! No after service! Tod installed a new roof in 2016 on my 650k house in Merritt Island. During Andrew part of the shingles came off eventhough he told me roof was 130 miles rated (storm peaked here at 90 mph). MY ADJUSTER STATED BAD WORKMANSHIP. I called and told his wife (?) I had damage. She said they were very busy but would come out and to call back immediately if I had any leaks. Weeks later same answer. Then last week I called because it now had been 4 months (!) and all of a sudden she tells me there is NO warranty on the work because of the hurricane!! REALLY?? First a definite promise then 4 months later the cold shoulder? These people are stormchasers, going around areas that are hit to drum up business. I am filing a complaint with the BBB, Florida Attoney General and the news. Go elsewhere with your business unless you want a long hassle in court AND an unprotected house. Picture shows only one area, there are several areas affected which I cant access.
