Everything was excellent. That was probably the best air conditioning company I ever dealt with. Every step of the way, he told me what he was doing. He didn't try to rip me off by putting in things I didn't need. He explained what I needed, why I need it, and he did a good job and he took care of everything and everything worked great. I don't have anything better to say. Back when they replaced my air conditioning, this was a different contractor, they put a wrong kind of thermostat in there, it didn't adjust and when the system stopped working outside, it didn't do any emergency heat or anything so they took care of that and fixed some points that needed to be replaced and got everything working again.

They did good by us. First they charged just to check the system and then found significant leaks. We scheduled for them to come back for the line replacement. They were very responsive and their techs were very professional. I had them come out before, maybe for a quote, but I did not use them at the time.

Had a service call pre scheduled for 07/16/2014 between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM to service my A/C unit. No one called to cancel or reschedule the appointment and no service tech's ever showed up. I will not use this company again.

I had a coupon from Angie's List. They are pretty good. Their quality is good. They are excellent in responsiveness.

They are very professional, on time, and courteous. He wasn’t just the salesman but he knew the business so he was able not only to give us a quote but to diagnose the problems that we had. It has been amazing for the price. In this parts of the country, it's like $2000 to $3000 but for Florida $6000 is not too bad.

I liked everything. They were courteous, prompt, and save money in my area. I have not had any issue since the service was provided. It has been wonderful.

We just stumbled upon this company based on Angie's List reviews. We used them a few years ago. Then we moved and used another service provider (the same service provider that the previous owners of our new house used. We were so very disappointed in the service (they kept insisting we buy a whole new unit or at least bought some sort of ultra-violet-type light upgrade for our unit. We were so dismayed that we went back to Greens and have been happy ever since.

I met with Russell Lee, Greens Energy Consultant, as our unit had expired. I called him in the morning, and he was at my house that afternoon. He was prompt and professional. He made sure that we had a new unit installed the very next day. The next day, Joe and Cody arrived to perform a 2-day installation process. They were both knowledgeable and went above and beyond to show me how to work the new thermostat and to educate me regarding future maintenance on our new AC unit. Joe rebuilt our boxes that had mold from previous water damage. We were very pleased that we changed from Del Air to Greens Energy.

From the quote to the install, customer service was great. They were able to get me a more efficient A/C unit by leveraging multiple rebates. Communication was great and since my old unit had died, they were able to get out and install the new unit within a week. They at one point had 3 different trucks out at my house to get the job done quickly. I will definitely be using Greens for all my future A/C needs.

I hadn't used Green's before. I called on a Sunday afternoon, requesting a call back early Monday. They called at 7:15 Monday and scheduled service for 11 am. The serviceman was prompt, polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and executed the repair in less than an hour.

Green's was terrific. They were prompt and did very good work. They have since followed up and will come back out to my house to make sure everything is working well in about another week.

The estimate was for 655 dollars. The 79 dollar service call was charged . Coupon not accepted. I got a second opinion from Renaissance Air who fixed the unit for under 300 for less than an hours work. In addition Greens wanted us to sign up for a maintaince schedule for over 200/yr. I felt scammed.

They were very wonderful, punctual, courteous, reasonably priced and I would highly recommend them.

After having a bad experience last year which I posted on Angies list, Greens contacted me to hear the issues I had. The service manager Walt refunded my money and was very apologetic. I had been using Greens consistently since they installed my AC back in 1999. I decided out of fairness to try Greens again since they went the extra mile to retain my business. What a difference. My technician Steven was very professional and thorough. He performed all services including cleaning the outside unit properly and explaining ways to help the longevity of my system. Very satisfied and will definitely use Greens in the future.

Contacted very quickly and scheduled same day. They offered a coupon $20 off service repair on Angieslist, while on the phone I asked could it be used for A/C maintenance check ($84) since its technically not a service repair. The contact I spoke to on the phone checked and then advised yes it could be used and provided the time to expect technician. As soon as the technician arrived he immediately tells me "they told you, you could not use the service repair coupon?". In which i replied no I was advised I could. Secondly he asked how many systems we had, which was two and he stated it would be $84 each systems. I already felt like we were starting out on the wrong foot as he only had stepped two feet into the door. I felt it should have been mentioned about the charge per system on the phone but understood the charge. He returned outside and contacted the office they agreed to honor the $20 coupon. With that being said the gentleman was knowledgable and provided a good service. I will definitely call them again slight hiccups with companies sometimes occur but I appreciate that they did the right thing.

Greens found that Carrier was offering a reduced price for a replacement compressor or a special deal on a completely new system. They were very informative and did not pressure me in any way to get a new system. I went with the replacement compressor and it took about 3 days to get it (over a weekend) and they installed it that Monday. They were extremely helpful, friendly and competent. I worked with 2 different technicians and the manager, and everyone was first class.

George was great. Prompt, professional & very courteous. Everything went very well, price was good. Would recommend without hesitation.

We are very happy with the performance of Greens Energy. We contacted them originally over a year ago to quote out the replacement of a relic of a system that barely cooled the home. Brent was our primary contact who did an excellent job understanding our needs and determining what solutions Greens could provide. On 10/11/2012 a great team of installers came out completed the installation. Coming into the home they laid down protective covering on the carpet, were extremely neat in their work and cleaning up afterwards. From the first day the unit ran it worked flawlessly and performed better than we expected. We were able to cool a portion of the home that we hadn't planned to cool with the new unit and that had previously used a separate window unit. They also balanced the performance of the system perfectly throughout the house so that all areas were at the same temperature and the bedrooms were no longer hot. A few weeks in they did a routine check-in to ensure the system was performing appropriately and that we were satisfied. We asked them to look into a noisy relay which they offered to replace. During the course of the replacement some components of the unit were damaged. Again, Greens did a phenomenal job ensuring the system was like new. They had a professional team of technicians and management that addressed the situation and repaired it to our satisfaction. A year later the system is continuing to perform perfectly. Excellent work Greens and thanks for your quality and professionalism.

Was told our unit is old and we should probable think about getting a new one. We agree. But can't afford it now. Was told to look and compare prices. Good advice.

I have a water geothermal heat pump system that I had Green's install about 6 years ago. Yesterday afternoon the compressor would not come on & I called for a service call. Green's scheduled the call for this afternoon. The tech quickly diagnosed that the well pump that feeds the heat pump with water had lost it's prime, which shut the compressor off automatically. Tech reprimed the pump. A low freon level was also diagnosed with a probable leak cause. Freon was filled for immediate fix and a quote will be given for leak fix. Tech was extremely informative & made other suggestions for improved system utilization in the future. Tech are never hard sell types just to sell more.I recommend Green's highly.

Greens Energy Service was awesome!! The best service I ever received.Lived here for 20 years, he did things to clean the AC that I have never seen in my life. I was thrilled. Would recommend anytime very pleased with my service.
