My air conditioner had stopped cooling. Called for an estimate and was scheduled the same day. I asked for an hour notice so I could make it to my house form work and they obliged. When I called they told me there was a $69.00 charge for the service tech to come out and assess the problem. Ernesto the service tech checked my system and advised before performing an electronic leak check that would be cost extra. He answered my questions and showed me where the leak was once he found it. He also advised before doing any work what it would cost so I could approve it. He was able to replace the entire leaky pipe piece, pressure tested it, added about 3 pounds of freon, and made some maintenance recommendations. All was completed in about 2 and 1/2 hours. I also received a very detailed invoice. He even cleaned my inside air vent of the cat fur and dust. I would absolutely use Greens again.

All went extremely well and they came out very promptly even thought it wasn't an emergency. We did purchase their 1 year tune up plan and they will come out 3 times in a year and 15% off any repairs needed. All in all we were very pleased and will use them from now on in.

The installers were very professional. They advised the steps they were taking to do the job. They were neat and careful of the area they were working in, and made sure to protect carpet and surrounding area. Supervisor came out to view the work and check to see if we were satisfied with the job. Follow-up occurred within the advised time. The experience of working with them and their recommendations for replacement unit was excellent. We are extremely pleased and will use their services when we need to replace our second air conditioning unit.

They were there the next day. They schedule appointments, call and make appointments twice a year. We're very happy with them.

From the first visit Brent, our sales rep, was very professional. The meeting took about two hours (others were in and out in 30 minutes) and I felt confident that he understood our needs and would recommend a unit that would best fit them. He also offered us an OUC rebate which no other AC company had offered I felt he was prompt in responding to my initial call and then all subsequent meetings there after, including installation, a follow up QC and the city's inspector. I would recommend Green's to anyone who is interested in getting a new AC unit or anyone who needs a reliable company for service. In the end he suggested one of Tranes most reliable unit, not one of the newer ones that actually have some kinks to work out. We expected to pay at least two thousand more and because of the unit he suggested we actually ended up saving money and that's after we added the upgrade of the Clean Effects Air purifier.

I called to schedule a maintenance check and was told after 1 p.m. the next day. I was quoted their $69 service. The serviceman did not show up until about 5 p.m., but it worked out for me, because I was at home with an injury that day. Frazier was the service tech and he was great and about 40 years of experience, so there was not a doubt he knew what he was doing. Frazier pointed out that my AC & heating unit was a gas unit and the maintenance price is higher, which is $84. Although Greens provided me with excellent service, I was disappointed with waiting 4 hours, before someone showed up and with the price change, which should have been clarified during my phone call.

George was on time, neat and knowledgeable. Advised me on how to properly install the A/C filters.

This failure happened on a Saturday night at the height of Florida's summer, we had to get it repaired. On Sunday I called a number of the "Big Boys" in the business (nationally known) only to be told there would be a two week delay due to backlogs, or, they didn't respond on weekends. This was a dry well. I called Green's and they were apologetic that there would be a 1-hour delay while one of their on-duty techs finished up the job he was on. Within an hour he was at my house, and within another hour the A/C was working at 100%. There was a small weekend surcharge which I was happy to pay to get the repair. I have had occasion to need air conditioning service since and I went directly back to Green's who responded within an hour. That job was less than sixty dollars and again returned my unit to like new operation. I consider this company to be the best in Orlando and unhesitatingly recommend them above all others. Thank you.

Last time our a/c went out, we waited out the weekend in the heat before calling them. We came to find out that we could've called them immediately, since they offer 24 hour coverage with no weekend fee if you have a contract. They've always been very nice to my dogs. They're animal-friendly, which belies their commitment to customer service. They're always careful to close the gate.

He did a good job and was on time. I would recommend him again. I have used him for years and knew he was reliable and honest. I could count on him to do the job.

THE COMPANY PROVIDED A QUOTE, BUT WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR INSTALLATION, THE UNIT ORDERED DID NOT FIT. A MORE EXPENSIVE UNIT WAS REQUIRED, BUT THE COMPANY STEPPED UP TO THE PLATE AND PAID THE DIFFERENCE DUE TO THEIR ERROR. THE INSTALLERS SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WE'VE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE NEW UNIT.

They are very reliable and honest. I've been a customer for over ten years. They are very responsive and good at working with the customer to ensure that satisfaction is met. Their rates are reasonable and their staff pleasant and courteous. I have recommended Greens to my friends and they have had the same quality customer service that I received.

THE SERVICE WAS TIMELY AND EFFICIENT. THE STAFF WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND HAD NO ISSUES WITH ANSWERING QUESTIONS. THEY PROVIDED EXPLANATIONS OF THE EXPECTED WORK AND COMPLETED IT IN A TIMELY MANNER.

GREENS SERVICE TECHNICIANS ARRIVE ON TIME, ARE RELIABLE, AND PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE. THE SIX MONTH TUNE-UP KEEPS OUR AIR CONDITIONER WORKING EFFICIENTLY.

SEEING THAT OUR COMPRESSOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, GREENS CAME OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS AND HAD IT REPLACED THE NEXT DAY. THEY HAD SERVICED THAT SAME UNIT THREE OTHER TIMES. WE WERE ABLE TO MAKE IT LAST AS LONG AS POSSIBLE.
