Description of Work: Unit quit blowing Tuesday afternoon. Had a little trouble getting a hold of anyone, but they fixed it. Said they were backed up, but would be here on Wednesday between noon & 4. He showed up at 12:20. Found the trouble in 10 minutes, then checked to see if the module was under warranty (Green's did not install the unit). Thankfully it was. Waited about 20 minutes to receive the part, when it came he fixed the unit in 15 minutes.Thank you Green's Energy for keeping us cool!

The Best
Description of Work: My air stop working so I called Greens . I set up an appointment they came out On Time the service tech. Came to the door introduced his self he had all of his credentials . Before he came in I was watching him to my surprise the tech. was putting covers over his shoes that was my first then he proceeded to the unit turned the unit on went out side checked out the condenser found out that I had a leak in my unit they gave me an estimate before he started the repair. Repaired my unit no hidden charges it was one of the best experience I had ever had with a air conditioning company. Thank you Greens for your help.

Description of Work: We called for emergency service gave all our info just to get a call back saying they were booked and couldn't come until the next day. So we were never given "emergency" service from them so called another company that was prompt and courteous. We live in Florida and had record highs today so I would think they would have staffed better to handle all emergency calls, well due to this I took my business eleswhere.

Very well.
Description of Work: I had a problem with my heater. I discovered that it was probably a bad thermostat. I purchased one at home depot and had them install it. A few days later the problem persisted. They came out again at no extra charge and fixed the problem. I called this company after having a negative experience with another AC company recommended by Angie's List. Greens was much cheaper and faster with fixing the problem.
