+ 1 moreI had a very difficult job that they did well. I had so many leaves. Most of the leaves where very hard to get at. I did read the reviews on this first and almost didn't hire them. But I decided to give them a chance and I was glad I did. They planted one of the gardens wrong but it was corrected immediately. They broke one of the sprinkler but it was fixed the next morning. The yard is now clean and looks so much bigger. I added several plants right before they finished and they didn't complain. They got the job done. 3 guys around 9 hours.

Description of Work: I used the services of Gray's Tree Maintenance LLC and they did a horrible job not only did they mess up timing the request trees in my yard, due to their carelessness they dropped large branches everywhere. Because of this they ruined another tree in my yard that had branches break on top of it (this tree was not supposed to be touched at all) they also took double the time they were supposed to take to complete the job. Biggest issue was that they completely smashed and broke our sprinkler pipe and instead of telling us they just left it. After they left when the sprinklers came on the pipe was completely out of the ground. We called them and they were aware that they had broken it and had no concern that they had ruined it! I would hate for another homeowner to go through the same situation as us.
