When he came to perform the estimate, he didn't even bother to knock on the door and talk to me in person. Everytime I call, he sounds scared and he -never- calls back ''oh, I had lost your number''. Very unprofessional. My complaints go unanswered. He doesn't show when he says he will. You couldn't pay me to use his company again.
Description of Work: Hired company to re-sod my lawn with St. Augustine and install a sprinkler. The sprinklers were handled by another company; no problems there. But the Grass Master, Hugh, did a lousy job with the sod. He did a minimal one time spray for weeds and now my previous bahia is growing back in. Also, he obstructed several sprinkler heads with turf so that, by the time I found out, several dead spots had occurred. Finally, they mismeasured my lawn and I wound up not getting a complete lawn (missing a whole pallet's worth in the back). Worked it out so that I now have plant beds instead, but they did not own up to their mistakes and wanted me to pay for more grass.
